Restaurant Terrasse Hôtel

Ein unaufmerksamer Empfang der Gäste, keine Englischkenntnisse. Nur ein Tuch im Zimmer, das eigentlich nur auf den Boden vor der Dusche gehört! Im Bad kein Becher zum Spülen oder für die Zahnbürste. Eine dünne Decke, sodass ich nachts gefroren habe.

On a passé un super moment, très bien placé
L hôtel a mettre au goût du jour . Un coup neuf serait pas mal . Mais les sanitaires et les chambres bien
Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le repas très très copieux.
On s est régalé avec la crêpe normande et les frites
Une petite remarque dans le menu faut rajouter que la crêpe Normande est accompagnée frites maison et salade verte. Car on ne savait pas on avait commencé par une entrée potage de légume.
Du coup on a pas pu manger les frites maisons 😭
Elles étaient excellentes.
Pour le service du petite déjeuner sur le tableau écrit 7h30 en semaine. Mais prévu pour 8h15
Le jour de notre départ on est partie sans déjeuner dommage
Petite suggestion les petites déjeuners doivent débuter plutôt tôt. Chez vos collègues cela commence a 6h00
Surtout on vient visiter les Lisieux. Commencer les.visites tôt ce serait mieux

Well received, I had a room on the top floor, pleasant, perfect bathroom. The walls and floors in the common areas are not inviting but the room has bedding from another age, relaxing. Just that I felt uncomfortable for the young woman Laeticia who is called upon at all times by the authoritarian and strong voice of the owner. It was stressful, embarrassing, I put myself in the place of this Laeticia, who seemed to love this relationship and her work. So much the better 😅

very generous breakfast

Absolutely avoid! Borderline cleanliness. Blankets in the beds which are of course not washed between each client, I have never seen that. An end of a roll of toilet paper, for 2 it's just right and to make matters worse, when we returned in the night we couldn't access our key. We went upstairs and the key was on our room door where anyone could come in and have access to our stuff.

Partially clogged sink (room 4); second breakfast paid but the service was not provided; impossible to wait since I had a train to catch and the invalid that I am moves slowly. Friendly and helpful staff; restoration function very good.

The Hotel is very well located, which is what guided our choice. But he is getting old. which (perhaps) explains the price of the room. The catering is not the best!

A little more soap in the bathroom and toilet paper without having to ask for it

The hotel is very old and this is not in line with the proposed rate. Very average bedding as well as the quality of the rooms.

The facility is dated but very clean and welcoming. The managers were very helpful and kind.

Clean but old and very noisy. Review soundproofing and glazing (single glazing) Small model television to be muted so as not to disturb neighbours. To renovate. Bed lamp bulb missing.

There was no water 3pm, and later there was no hot water. Evening and morning it took 15 minutes running tap for any hot to come through. Unfortunately I had bites all over including face in the morning, so think the bed was not good. Breakfast was very basic coffee and bread. However, the location was good, and Madame was very jolly.

Very noisy street side room

The reception was rather cold, the lady not smiling at all! During the meal, the same, we were the only customers in the restaurant and between each course there was a very long wait and no one in sight!. At breakfast it was better, the person on duty was friendlier,

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Stationnement aisé. Proximité immédiate avec la basilique. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot (surtout la cage d'escalier) mais les chambres sont équipées comme il se doit (TV, salle douche nickel, et même terrasse avec sièges et petite table lorsque la chambre est côté rue... bien agréable quand il fait soleil)

Hotel very well located in the city with parking. Please note that there is no elevator and our room overlooking the street has no double-glazed window, so it is noisy at night.

Hotel too old, and noisy. Expensive breakfast for what it is, and a billing that I happily checked.

Very good reception. Customers are made to feel comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom is clean. Very good breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly, including our dog! We could take him to dinner. The menu was delicious.

Too old will require a very big overhaul because they are still single glazed and the walls are very poorly insulated sound only the shower room was correct

Would require serious rehabilitation.
