Personeel aardig en behulpzaam. Locatie top, aan leuke boulevard. Gratis parkeervignet voor parkeerplek voor de deur van het hotel voor de duur van het gehele verblijf. Klassieke kamer te krap, de omschrijving op de website van "18-30m2" doet een ruimere kamer vermoeden, maar in werkelijkheid was het maximaal 18m2, maar dan moet je de inbouwkast en de vensterbank wel meetellen. Slechts 1 stoel en geen zitje met 2 stoelen, zoals op de foto's op de website. Wel een enorm grote TV, maar daar kwamen wij niet voor. Schoonmaak gebeurt enkel oppervlakkig, zowel in de kamers als in de openbare ruimtes zoals wellness/zwembad. Voorbeeld: tijdens ons gehele verblijf van 4 dagen heeft hetzelfde vuil (wattenschijfje, propje kauwgom) onder hetzelfde ligbed bij het binnenzwembad gelegen. Onderhoud van kamers (wanden, plafonds, kozijnen) kan ook beter, bedden wat te zacht.

Mooi hotel met zicht op de Moezel. Vriendelijke huiselijke sfeer. Goede kwaliteit van de keuken. Heel mooi zwembad en sauna. Enkel infraroodsauna werkte niet.
