The reception staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Although the hotel restaurant was closed the nearby one they recommended also Logis and part of the hotel group, was excellent. For this this reason I have included this under the restaurant section

The hotel was, in fact, not easyto find. No fault of theirs though and my satnav took me to the Spa of the same name. The town signs were unhelpful in this respect. Hence my lower rating of accessibility.

Après plusieurs mois de fermeture, rien a été fait à l'intérieur. Dans la salle de bains un radiateur rouillé, une lunette de wc avec des traçes, je vous laisse deviner et dans la douches les carreaux avec des traces de savon.

Heel raar dat een hotel in een zeer druk toeristisch gebied personeel heeft wat geen engels spreekt. Is tevens een termeresort dus mag je dat wel verwachten. Restaurant van het hotel was dicht en men raadde aan naar de overkant re gaan, reserveren hoefde niet. Komen we daar aan blijkt dus dat reserveren wel moestt want nu was alles vol zei men. Uiteindelijk even verderop een prima restaurant gevonden wat wel klantvriendelijk was.

Merci pour le sur classement de notre chambre , par contre le petit déjeuner fut une vrai déception , pas du tout a la hauteur d'un logis de France, pas de variétés , pas de salade de fruits , jus d orange très moyen , pain industriel ...pas de table de dressée à notre arrivée pour le PDJ , bizarre quand même ???

Tout d'abord l'hotel n'a plus de restaurant intégré sans pour autant en informer le client à la réservation....
Chambre propre et correct mais lampe de chevet cassée! Petit déjeuné sans beurre......
Restaurant partenaire avec carte soiré étape plus que "light" avec des problème d'appro, la moitié non disponible.....
Globalement décevant et plus de l'ordre de la "tromperie"

Le ménage n'est pas systématiquement assuré pour les recouches, même si vous placez la petite pancarte sur la porte le matin lors de votre départ. Il faut en faire part à la réception. Le motif COVID est très souvent mis en avant pour se dispenser de certains services.
