We arrived on 8 August 2021 expecting to stay for two nights and have restaurant meals provided each evening only to learn that the restaurant was closed for the both that day, Sunday evening, and the following Monday. Neither the hotel or Logis Hotels Group centrally which took our booking had warned us about this two day closure despite the fact that we had asked to reserve a table for dinner on both nights, the term restaurant being part of the name of the hotel and the Logis Group centrally had sent us a confirmation email stating:
"PLUS D'INFORMATION SUR VOTRE HOTEL Votre hotel dispose d'un(e) Restaurant de Terroir ... Le Restaurant L'Unique vous accueille ... Bon appetit !"
[In English: "MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOTEL Your hotel has a Local Restaurant... The Restaurant L'Unique welcomes you... Enjoy your meal!]
In reality this hotel is about 5 kilometres from Lyons-la-Foret in Normandy which was crowded with visitors and we were forced to eat what we had - it amounted to sharing one banana for our dinner. We left the next morning hoping never to need to trust Logis Hotels again. Both the Logis Hotel Restaurant l'Unique and Logis Hotels Group should not have taken our booking or should have warned us transparently in advance that the restaurant was closed.

We always book a hotel on our way to and from Holland and this time we found a gem.
The hotel room was spacious, basic furniture but very good beds and spotlessly clean.
But what really stood out was the cooking- the set menu for the evening offered variation and was delicious!
Sadly, we had no time to explore the area this time, but we plan to make this our stop whenever we are driving south via Rouen.

Je trouve un peu cher de ne pas prendre le petit dejeuner à 8.50 euros mais de demander 2 cafés parce qu'on part tôt et de payer 10 euros deux cafés au lieu de 17.00 un petit dejeuner complet, le ménage etait très vite fait avec beaucoup de poussière et un escargot sur une vitre mais le lieu est très agréable ainsi que le personnel.
