Restaurant les Bords de Seine

Nous sommes partis et avons annulé la chambre.
Nous avons ete placê dans une annexe à 200 metres de l hotel.
Annexe sans age,sol et porte de travers,une pauvre dosette de savon,et,une ampoule sur deux qui fonctionne !
Et surtout pas d'eau chaude ni de chauffage !
Faisant plus de 200 chambres d'hotel à l' année.
Ce n" est pas dans les standards logis hotel.
Sois disant que cela fonctionnait la veille!
J'ai ai de gros doutes!

Superbe lieu et très bon accueil.

Accueil sympathique et efficace suivi d'un agréable séjour avec un personnel à l'écoute de nos besoins . Le plus, le restaurant où nous avons très bien dîner.
Je recommande très fortement . Idéal pour passer un week-end de détente et loisirs.

Accueil du patron très mauvais l impression de le déranger
Chauffage à fo.d pendant 2 nuits impossible de régler voir couper. Obligé d ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit avec les contraintes indigne à mon sens pour un logis hôtel

Une équipe peu agréable avec un service client insatisfaisant

Agréable sejour dans cet hôtel peu fréquenté à la fin de l hiver. Chambre bien chauffée, vue sur la Seine où passent les péniches...
Bon accueil, plats goûteux, calme, bon rapport qualité prix..


Calme

Joli ensemble logement (chambre dans l'annexe avec vue sur le Château), accueil et restauration. Certes hors saison, mais ambiance sympathique (play list Jazz Live) pour cet établissement en bord des boucles de Seine dans un magnifique village. L'hôtel est un peu en retrait du passage et on s'y sent très bien le soir après une journée étourdissante en région parisienne.

Old hotel with small rooms. Some updating has been done but more needed. Beautiful and quiet setting on the Seine. Staff was very nice and attentive. Excellent restaurant which has been updated.

The welcome and interaction were fine, the accommodation, we stayed in an annex building, was disappointing. an old building, toilet and shower in need of renovation. floors were crooked so you also lie on a crooked bed. I wouldn't book again myself, despite the beautiful location.

Overall the room is OK but what is disturbing is to see that there is no protection on the mattress. The sheet placed directly on the mattress is not suitable, which means that it comes undone and we end up lying directly on the mattress. In terms of hygiene there is better. Room 7.

Very warm welcome, but poor bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was limited (hair and other things on the bathroom floor) with a lot of dust on the bedside tables and the bathroom wall light.

Beautiful setting, the food is very good

Exceptional location on the banks of the Seine with a view of the river and the Castle of La Roche-Guyon. Adequate quality of the accommodation (refreshment of the rooms and some modernization adjustments are necessary). The restaurant is very good with a varied menu and friendly staff as well as fast service.

Ideally located, it is a shame that the maintenance of this hotel is a little neglected. The bedding is average, the rooms a little too noisy. It has charm but not enough, in short, the place is not everything...

No Wifi in the room. Truck engine (delivery) running for about 30 minutes on a Saturday morning right under our windows (single glazed). No water in the room. No hand soap in the bathroom (2 miniature soaps for 2 nights, totally insufficient in our opinion). Request for a photocopy of our credit card on our arrival (both sides), which is incomprehensible given the risks involved. But the service was great (very friendly and attentive staff).

Quiet hotel, a beautiful view of the Seine, parking and very close to the Castle to visit it. A little renovation in the rooms.

Correct but nothing more - sound room which would require to be "groomed" - Shower tray drains very gently. Too expensive .

Correct pity no buffet breakfast but only continental. The proportions of the meals are a bit fair and the supplement for animals of 15 euros is overpriced to finish the double bed of 1.60m wide is too narrow these are my negative points

Hotel well placed on the banks of the Seine, pleasant welcome, we had a good stay, the street to access the hotel was closed in the early afternoon but open in the evening.

The location was beautiful. The staff were very helpful even though there was a slight laguage barrier sometimes. The room was basic, but adequte for the purpose of my stay although i wasn't expecting to stay in the annex on the town square! . A little noisy sometimes. All in all we have no complaints.

Good welcome. Poorly placed room, noise from the hood, narrow bathroom. Fly in the room with a not very pleasant smell.

Good food, great view and nice people. An excellent stay.

Wonderful location by the banks of the Seine

A little disappointed with the correct room but the bed squeaks and the pillows without protection and of poor quality. The bathroom tart on the shower part, joint all black paint that is peeling off... In short, a bit expensive for the price...

Nice location and decent restaurant but prices too high especially given the small inconveniences (no towels, not so clean and not very comfortable bedding).

The staff is wonderful, especially since we don’t know any French. The restaurant food and wine were delicious. The room is okay for 1 night (it’s small) but 2-star at best. Our room faced the street so we got all the noise from the late night people returning to their cars. The unfortunate issue is during the night, our rental car was scraped by another car leaving the space beside it. It’s a public lot outside the front door (not the hotel’s). No note or witness, just a headache for me with the rental agency.

Particularly heartbreaking to have had to call reception to request another room. The bed sheets had not been changed!!! The person at the reception was responsive and friendly.. Only downside… he visited at least 3 rooms.. to find a remade bed with clean sheets.

An excellent welcome, impeccable service in the restaurant and at breakfast, you can see the professionalism and competence of the staff. Only small downside, but I was able to work anyway, the WIFI connection, only 1 bar, I was on the 2nd floor room at the extreme, this may explain it, but hey that does not prevent me from having reserved again in this hotel in 15 days and it will be like this every month

Well located hotel, clean but basic room, the bathroom needs some renovations! (black joints, chipped wall, etc.)

The staff serving the restaurant very well. The bathroom a little disappointed in the shower you have to redo the seals (all yellow). There is no radiator, I think it must be hard in winter.

good overall experience in this hotel, ideal location for a stopover at la roche guyon, beautiful dining room, service a bit messy. the rooms are not all renovated and the bathrooms are scaled

Nice but old hotel - very good restaurant, great location on the Seine, but rooms are small. Surroundings are magical, including the place la Roche Gouyon. Beautiful terrace with a view of the Seine, friendly, nice service! A good starting point for excursions in the area, where there is a lot to see!

All round excellent small hotel. All members of staff were helpful, polite and very welcoming. Superb location, too .

hotel a bit dated and courteous welcome but nothing more

We've stayed at this little hotel a couple of times now. Not because its a great quality hotel; its a bit quirky with very thin walls and adequate accommodation (some say poor - but they were expecting too much), but the location we find is quite wonderful, right on the banks of the Seine and a bit off the beaten track. The restaurant is quite nice but in early August there weren't many quests and everyone eat on the veranda in the sun.

The hotel is in a great location and the service is friendly. On the other hand the hotel deserves a serious refreshment.

average restaurant (kitchen too basic) given the prices (high)-dining room without "soul" (few decorations, plastic plants everywhere ...) menu with too limited choice. room: correct, but bed without bedspread (plain white duvet covers - it's more hospital than hotel) bedspread would be a plus. The young staff, visibly ephemeral, yet do their best. Incoherent value for money. Too bad, bucolic setting.

I really like the location and atmosphere of this country hotel on the banks of the Seine. The rooms are well equipped, the beds could do with updating, but everything is clean and tidy, the service impeccable. The wifi in my room was a bit weak. The restaurant delivers good quality, the selection could do with a little more variety. I would recommend the house with a clear conscience at any time, even with the small defects.

Decoration of the rooms to be reviewed otherwise the superb and calm setting. Friendly staff.

The hotel was in a nice location. The room seemed fine. Sometime midnight, the room became infested with bugs. There were thousands of tiny ants and many larger flying ants of some kind that swarmed on the floor, on the bed, on the tables, and on the walls. We had to sleep in our car because no one is available at the hotel after hours. They don’t even have an emergency line to call. Even Hotels.com, who we had booked through, could not reach anyone. Hotels.com refused to help us even though we were stranded in a remote location in rural France. We slept in the car until 8am when someone was finally at the hotel. We showed the owner the disgusting videos and photos of the room. He gave us a different room to crash for a few hours before hitting the road. When we left he tried to charged us a “discounted” rate for the room. The experience was our only bad experience in France. The hotel owner and hotels.com are disgraceful jerks who don’t care about their customers. 0/5 stars, would NOT recommend.

Ok but disappointed. I expected more than that based on the reviews.

The hotel was in a lovely location although in need of renovation. Our room was basic but functional. The food was good in the restaurant and breakfast adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bedside lamp was not functional when we arrived...and still not 2 days later despite being pointed out.

The staff were not good. They seemed not to be interested in serving customers. Two of them stood chattering with a coffee whilst we sat awaiting ordering breakfast.

Service rather hazardous, atmosphere of dubious staff! Too bad: beautiful place on the banks of the Seine and beautiful old establishment, but risky management! Attention: tiling in bathroom defective and dangerous for injury to the feet, shower not very clean and technically outdated!!

Hotel located in a very beautiful village. Room in the annex on the road / quite noisy during the day due to insufficient insulation. Satisfactory comfort but a hook for towels and a shelf for the toilet bag do not seem to be exorbitant demands for a room at 90 euros per night. Moreover, accessibility is not only a room for wheelchairs, it is also a support to get out of the shower, a handrail on the stairs which are steep…. Satisfactory restaurant but no "formulas" unlike Logis restaurants usually. Have the rules been changed?

Reception on Saturday quite cold and distant. But the Sunday shift is pleasant and efficient.
