The hotel location is good, close to the tram to take you into the city easily and free parking which is good.

However, there was a terrible damp smell in our room, which was extended to damp mould between the wall and ceiling. We had to go out for the evening, and because we were on the ground floor we could not leave the window open for security.

The mould / damp was very bad and certainly not good to breath in all night. I would not stay again.

Reception staff did not seem too interested on check out.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hôtel de Bordeaux. La chambre pour 3 est très petite et un cheveu était dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner est donné au compte goutte et ce nest pas un buffet. On se sent infantilisè. Sinon personnel très sympathique.

Hôtel de très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel sympa. Literie confortable. Dommage qu'il y ait de la moquette au sol dans la chambre. La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer (des zones grises par terre apparemment non nettoyées ou mal nettoyées entre autres)

L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel donne une impression d'établissement vieillissant malgré une mise à jour de la décoration. L'escalier n'est pas très avenant. Les deux projecteurs au dessus de la réception donne un éclairage désagréable contrastant avec le reste de la réception qui est plutôt ""cosy"". Le confort du lit est vraiment appréciable. Et au final, ce que je recherche avant tout dans un hôtel c'est un bon lit! Rien à redire concernant l'accueil

Hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre à une moquette vieillissante, des joints dans la salle de bain vieilli par le temps et noirci voir par endroit limite insalubre pour du 3 étoiles, manque de luminosité et interrupteur mal placé, literie ou couette qui ont du vécu car réveiller le matin avec une odeur de chaussettes imprégné sur mon t-shirt. alimentation bon restaurant le soir de très mauvaise qualité, exemple pour le plat viande rouge dure et sauce au roquefort trop prononcé limite un mangeable. Pour info j'étais à la chambre 38. Étant habitué à séjourner à l'hôtel pour des raisons professionnelles j'ai trouvé votre hôtel vieillissant et pas digne de ses trois étoiles.

L’établissement est calme et nous avons eu un bon accueil. Cependant, la propreté n’est pas totalement au rendez-vous. Le radiateur est mal accroché au mur, il en est de même pour le téléviseur. Le prix n’est pas élevé mais j’ai était un peu déçue
