L'hôtel est tres propre et parfaitement situe
Le petit déjeuner bien servi.
Le lit est bon.. Er la ambre très propre. La. vue sur la baie est un vrai plus.
Néanmoins je regrette qu'au restaurant un poisson surgelé inscrit à la carte soit servi sans nous avoir informe. Nous aurions parfaitement compris que l'on nous dise que le produit était manquant. Nous aurions pris autre chose.
Cependant la direction été sensible à notre remarque et nous a offert le café.

You cannot enter before 5 p.m. The welcome was not friendly. We didn't feel comfortable. The lady didn't show us the room. However, the room was clean and the view of the port was superb. The dining room lacked atmosphere, but the food was ok. We won't come back.

Coozy hotel. Clean rooms comfortable bed, but somewhat worn out.

Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast on the first 2 mornings was a good buffet selection but on the 3rd morning the only offering was a coffee or tea and a piece of bread and a croissant per person. For this the hotel still charged 19 euro per person. Not good enough customer service so this would not make me stay again or recommend this hotel.

The hotel is superbly located, with very good views from some rooms and the restaurant. only small downside - the high price of breakfast (19€) even though it is a cold buffet.

The only positive points: the geographical location and the bedding. Otherwise, some staff members are unfriendly or even unpleasant. "The apartment", room 28, furniture and fair cleanliness, you have to choose between the kettle and the TV for the socket in the entrance and between the phone charger and the lamp in the room. And above all, no hot water in the shower!! We had to stay 2 nights in the end fortunately we only booked one in this hotel because with 2 children including 1 baby without hot water... especially considering the comments (read later of course!) and the reactions of certain staff members, the problem seems to have been known for quite a while now!!! Very expensive for the quality of services!! Our stay deserves neither 3 stars nor this price (165 euros per night). The breakfast is good but nothing exceptional which justifies the price either (19 euros per person!) And no wifi connection in this room

I will not recommend this hotel. For €180 per night, we could hope for a more spacious room: 15m2 bathroom included + corridor. Hairs were left on the toilet bowl. The bathroom smelled so strongly of a disinfectant product that we had to air it out for part of the afternoon. In the evening, this smell was replaced by a smell of mold. Not all electrical outlets worked. Additionally, we didn't feel very welcome. The staff is neither smiling nor friendly. This hotel apart from its location in the city is not to be recommended. The quality/price ratio is very very disappointing. We would estimate it at +/- €70.

Welcoming people not smiling, very very disappointed

Bedding with plastic mattress pads on a double bed which are in fact 2 single beds put together. We weren't very hungry and had in our formula a starter main course dessert menu and just wanted to eat less without changing the price because we didn't want to waste food and well that didn't matter to the manager and we had to negotiate for 20 min to have a meal for 60€ but charged 80€ (we agreed on that!) friendliness absolutely absent except by the breakfast team. To top it off, no hot water in the showers (but known problem….)

Small room and especially tiny bathroom, all very clean.

I had reserved 2 rooms: in mine apart from a broken bulb reported but not changed (!) nothing to report. On the other hand, in that of my couple of friends, faulty flush in the toilet, the door of the cupboard for storing clothes blocked, came out of its rail despite several attempts to put it back in place, total absence of door in the cabin shower (!), in the shower the tap for the water supply remained in the hand as soon as you touched it!!! In the 2 bedrooms, only one electrical outlet which is complicated to charge a phone and connect a computer...

If the hotel was ok, the restaurant is a real disaster. No professionalism from the waitresses, really not friendly. Endless waiting time (arrived at 7 p.m. and left at 9:40 p.m.). Prices that are not justified. Cocktails served hot, no carafe of water or salt and pepper on the tables, a horrible chocolate fondant... in short, we will avoid the "Logis" label from now on

The hotel staff: helpful and friendly!

Corridor of the rooms very shabby, dirty limit, doors of the rooms damaged with screws coming out (room 12), very small room, with peeling paint in some places and dirty wall, toilet flush pitted by oxidation, shower tiny, in short, nothing that makes you dream and above all nothing that justifies 3 stars and the price that goes with it (129 € per night), apart from the view of the Baie de Somme. On the other hand, the breakfast is sumptuous and the local menu very correct, well cooked with fresh products, served in a beautiful and pleasant dining room. The private parking advertised on the site does not exist: parking is in the street and it is paying.

A horror this hotel, dilapidated room, lack of cleanliness, no reception, the site is a pure lie, the photos do not correspond at all to reality. And the price is way too high! It's shameful Room available at 4 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. Impression of disturbing the staff .... To flee !!!!

Hormis une vue imprenable et une situation de rêve, à "recommander"si vous optez pour un acceuil raide à votre arrivée, une attaque en bonne et due forme après la 1ère de nos 2 nuitées parce que cette même hôtesse d'acceuil nous voyait partir sans payer, oubliant que nous restions encore jusqu'au lendemain; si vous avez un penchant pour la chambre sans charme, la sdb de 1.8m/ 1.00 m, avec douche aux portes cassées et enlevées, sans ventilation, et robinetterie qui verse à côté de l'évier. Literie très étroite et digne d'une auberge de jeunesse, sans ventilation non plus...
Je suis d'un naturel conciliant, mais là, ils font fort.
Jamais eu pareille expérience.
À éviter pour la sérénité de vos vacances.

Apart from the view and its location, this hotel has no interest.

The hotel itself is ok but it was the location that gave me the problem, lots of traffic and even very early in the morning. Hence, impossible to rest properly. 2nd negative point, the accommodation guide informs about private parking, but you have to park on the public road at the price of 40 euros for the one-week package.

Very average welcome, disjointed table service, friendly but overwhelmed waiter, alone, poorly prepared food, not very tasty. Intervention moved from the boss to his server. The next morning, when we left, the restaurant bill presented to us did not correspond to our consumption, we had to recheck and discuss everything (4 cocktails, 4 desserts for 2 people). Price paid for 2 shameless people...Bad 1st evening for our arrival in Baie de Somme...

Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel, the exterior setting is charming, we expected the same thing for a 3-star hotel with the Logis label. To begin with, the room did not correspond to our reservation despite a nice upgrade made by the management we had the right to 2 separate beds instead of a double bed and it was very practical to bring them together with a telephone located right in the middle … Then we saw suspicious white spots on the ottoman .. it was a bad start quality of the bedding is poor, so after a night of poor quality a good shower was welcome and well after closing the glass door which was missing the central wall of the shower door then after 3 minutes of hot water it was the cold shower… as the water only came back intermittently The management offered to wash us in a room occupied by someone… we had the explanation that the hotel was full which could cause water problems hot and that they were aware of this hot water problem in this room, it would have been better not to make this room available to customers rather than to offer us a breakfast as a gesture of goodwill.. To conclude, I would not recommend this hotel to Anyone despite lovely staff who tried to find us solutions they couldn't solve

Perfect location for visiting the bay, perfect welcome and helpful staff. Delicious restaurant and rich and varied breakfast. Disappointing soundproofing of the rooms and limited heating in the dining room. Parking space nearby but paid for the day,...

Staff attentive, very friendly, a small complaint, access to the shower cubicle in room 11 a little acrobatic. More than 90 kg abstain. Otherwise I will be happy to come back.

This hotel is in a fabulous location in a beautiful bayside town. The accomodation is very good especially the superior rooms overlooking the river. The bathroom though well equipped and clean was very tight, a pregnant woman or a large person would find it difficult to pass the door and the mirror was placed far too high to see your image - but, the basin plug worked unlike many hotels. A fabulous place to stay and plenty of choices to eat elsewhere in the attractive old town a few steps away. Would book it again despite the erratic restaurant service.

Very impractical hair dryer No small bottles of water in the room, contrary to what the site says, there is no plug to plug in the kettle at the desk, forced to put it on the floor. Hard, stale bread at breakfast, unappetizing presentation (cheese and charcuterie on the same plate), not fresh croissant, some homemade cakes and very cold crème brûlée. 19€ per person is shameful

Very beautiful, family spirit and very well located. A very beautiful view of the Bay. The small downside, a lot of people in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and very little parking space.

The room is small, difficult to move around the bed. The shower did not work properly, either the water was very hot or very cold, impossible to get under. Disappointing stay for a price of 110 euro. The boss still offered us a coffee and a croissant in the morning following our complaints..

Everything was perfect. We have booked a room with meals for a birthday. Welcoming and very helpful staff (with a smile despite the fatigue of a hard day), remarkable quality of the meal (both in terms of taste and visual pleasure). Nothing to say except THANK YOU

The hotel is clean, but we took a seafood platter called "ROYAL" with lobster, a disaster, a shame... Platter at €119, Winkles, whelks, gray shrimps, pink shrimps, 1/2 brown crab ,, langoustines and a 1/2 person lobster. To sum up: Impossible to eat the periwinkles, because by woodpeckers adapt. And what about the "Boss", disconcertingly friendly. No prawns. The cake, piss the water. "Cottony" langoustines. And the "pompom", the 2 1/2 lobster, 250 gr, the size of a langoustine, poorly cooked, the coral all greenish. 119 €, a shame...

Decent hotel but no more. Bathroom not very clean and there were no washcloths. The room was not worth the price paid.

If the owner of the hotel ended up making up for it by assigning us 2 other rooms in another hotel belonging to him (and for which we have nothing to complain about, to be honest), it still seems important to me to specify that the reception in this hotel was catastrophic, and that the owner was on the verge of rudeness. I have never seen this anywhere else! Curiously, the behavior of this gentleman is known to his employees (we were able to chat with some) but also to the town hall of St Valery sur Somme. The hotel le Port et les Bains is to be avoided!!!

Lack of reasonable parking. Restaurant experience overcharged. Staff in restaurant would not let us choose from wider menu even though it was a cheaper option! There was no apology or explanation. No wifi connection. Room on top floor up three flights of stairs with heavy bags. No lift available

Impossible to find parking, no elevator, no air conditioning: We were three in the room (baby of 15 months), placed on the second floor in a not very big room, we were dying of heat. Opening the windows was not an option because with the restaurants below the hotel and the road there was too much noise. In addition the shower door which did not close completely... And finally, no cleaning the second day... When you have a baby with nappies it would be good to at least tell us because the garbage cans are fill quickly .. In addition, leaving by checking the bill: 60 € more ... Fortunately we checked ... In short zero.

The room was pretty shabby and for example the loo roll holder was broken and there was only a tine bit of loo roll all felt very basic
the view was lovely but it feels as if there hotel relies on its position and so does not really make an effort with the rooms or the service

I enjoyed the hotel, but found it an odd mix of the refined and the crude. My room had a sea view but was very small. This was exacerbated because it was furnished with a very large bed. The only way to get to the bathroom was by edging sideways along the wall. If my partner had been with me, we would have been crowded! Similarly I had some excellent magret de canard for dinner but they were accompanied by chips. Obviously the client is expected to pay a premium for the location, but the prices build expectations that there will be more than just a view. The wifi was terrible.

Testimony a bit special because I did not stay in this hotel but I sincerely wanted to thank and underline the professionalism of the manager who managed to find us a hotel other than his at 10:30 p.m. the day before the stay. Indeed, having made a mistake in the date of a day, I had left to find myself with my beak in the water without his phone call at 10:30 p.m. wondering about my non-presence. Thank you again for your gesture :) you saved our stay!

Despite a very nice view and a good breakfast, the room was not up to a 3-star standard: hair dryer out of order and squeaky bedding.
