Accueil souriant et chaleureux, chambre confortable et propre, bonne literie. Douche dans la salle de bain de dimensions réduites, pas de connexion WIFI et surtout problème avec la TV, un bruit parasite toutes les 3 ou 4 secondes même éteinte. Gênant lorsque la regarde mais surtout empêche de dormir. Obligé de la débrancher. Et surtout, oubli de la réservation du groupe pour le petit déjeuner , morceaux de pain trop petits.

Pas de restauration les soirs des lundi et mardi, non seulement dans l'hôtel mais dans tout le village, en plus, en soirée étape, un seul et unique menu proposé, donc si tu n'aimes pas, il faut que tu descendre sur Annecy.

Établissement bien situé et personnels sympathiques, les chambres sont simples mais confortables.
Le restaurant est très bien et la cuisine très bonne.

Very good stay. Simple room but with all comfort. Excellent bedding and very warm welcome. We just need to be able to have breakfast until 10 a.m., that would be perfect.

No dilapidated parking not up to date no air conditioning about very noisy equipment from the 90s on the other hand the price has evolved over the years the opinions and the notes of 10 are all false impossible to put 10 at such an establishment. I do not recommend this hotel at all

Aankomst niet netjes. Een uur van te voren gaan telefoneren waneer wij komen, is slordig.
Bij aankomst alles donker, even snel inchecken en betalen, en zoek zelf alles maar uit.
Geen mooie kamer, lelijk vertrek.
Ontbijt; waardeloos.
Gezin van 4 personen; 6 mini stukjes stokbrood en een mini croissants is absoluut niet toereikend.
Geen aardig personeel, kattig, geen personeel bij de balie voor vertrek.
Nooit meer naartoe gaan.

The property is located in a small village near Annecy in a characteristic and very nice building. The family room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. I would go back and highly recommend it.

The staff was very pleasant. The restaurant is very good and the accommodation is very adequate.

Very good stay, very comfortable bed, the hotel restaurant is really good and the waiters are very pleasant and they are super responsive. Only downside, the noise of neighbors in the room and a pity that there is no receptionist at the end of the stay. But we will come back because the bed is really very comfortable!

young team, very pleasant, dynamic. excellent cuisine and beautiful presentation. Room "old" but spacious and clean. only downside, soundproofing, but no noise past 11:00 p.m.

Very good value for money, perfect welcome, and a large car park right next to the hotel. The night was very calm. No la carte catering that evening but a fixed menu.

The rooms are comfortable but impossible to block one of the shutters and the access to the shower is not very wide just like the shower. The restaurant is very noisy. It deserves an acoustic treatment at the ceiling level. And there is obviously a personnel problem. Many errors in orders when they are not forgotten. Everyone had finished their glass of aperitif when finally the long-awaited coke after several requests finally arrived.

Spacious and very clean room. Very good value for money for the room. The gentleman I had online for the reservation was very helpful and very good advice for our arrival. However, the breakfast was very average. Already, barely arrived, the lady asks us to pay for the room rather than doing it after breakfast, as if we were going to leave like thieves. Then she filled a pitcher with first price apple juice in bricks in front of us, very average and filled a jerry can of water in front of us for the coffee machine. I've never seen that anywhere else, I didn't even know there were jerry cans in these machines. 2 mini pastries per person calcined and the lady waits for us to finish our breakfast to offer us others and especially cheese which was at least three days old very hard not very good so breakfast really limited. So I recommend for the room but not for breakfast.

The welcome from the young team was excellent. Very kind and professional. The restaurant's cuisine is very very good. It's a pity that the room was outdated (shower, wall tiles, leaky toilets, electric "toaster" heater, doors .....) it really contrasts with the rest of the establishment which is very pretty and warm.

EXCELLENT WELCOME AND HELPFULNESS OF THE RECEPTION DAMAGE FOR THE ROOM SERVICE BECAUSE THE HOTEL HAS RECRUITMENT DIFFICULTIES. FOR INFO THIS IS A GENERAL PROBLEM FOLLOWING COVID AND ALL SECTORS ARE AFFECTED ESPECIALLY RESTORATION AND HOTELS.

The walls are made of cigarette paper, you can hear every passage in the hallway and even more. The music in the bar is very loud and up to the hour, preventing us from sleeping before midnight.

The teams were great, very friendly. The room (for 4) was spacious but very dark as the window was small and without any view. The bedding was very good and the hotel very quiet. The room was clean but rather a bit dated. The renovated parts of the hotel are very successful.
