Agréable hôtel et accueil sympa. Proche des commerces notamment du marché le samedi sur le quai et un autre (de producteurs) aussi le samedi dans le centre.

My friends ( not me , i just made the reservation for my 2 friends) , they stayed 2 nights in this hotel , the day of check out , while waiting in the reception ( before 10h00) the responsable asked them to go out ( it was raining out ) to wait and the hotel is under cleaning hour!!
This is not professional work , guest must has the right to stay in the reception !!

Accueil chaleureux, grande et belle chambre avec une vue dégagée, au coeur de Tournon. Très bien isolé de l'extérieur, moins de l'intérieur.

Pleasant hotel, in an old building full of charm. It is located a stone's throw from the Rhône in the center of Tournon. We recommend it.

Very disappointed ! Establishment rated with 2 stars but very old, shower to avoid if large and spacious! 3rd child on a camp bed (but comfortable) Very very noisy! Partitions too thin: you can hear the washing machine at night and people talking or getting up very early! Too bad because very well located

a very well located hotel which allows you to immediately enjoy the quays, the old center of the city, the castle etc. Close to traffic but efficient windows so as not to be bothered by this traffic during the day. No traffic at night. High quality catering on site. Other quality dining options nearby.

The room is small. We are far from the 19 m2 mentioned in the ad. It was located on the 2nd floor without a lift. No air conditioning. The TV is difficult to use: too many menus. The reception and the cuisine are good.

Pleasant hotel, warm welcome. Charm of an old building with exposed beams, wooden ceilings and floors, but, on the other hand, there is a soundproofing problem. Good comfort as well.

Hotel in the heart of Tournon, on the quays. Large room for two adults with a child, with all the necessary comfort for an affordable price.

It's true that there are stairs and the bathroom is small, but that doesn't interfere with your sleep at all...only the busy road can get in the way.

Very nice home. Suitcase brought up to the room where a tray of drinks (tea, chocolate, coffee, water) was waiting for us, a "nice little touch". Excellent evening meal served with kindness and friendliness. Good inexpensive breakfast. Thanks to all the people who pampered us without forgetting the cook for his sublime and hearty dishes worthy of Great Chefs! Very satisfied with our stay on October 28, 2022, we will be back.......................

For professional reasons I had to leave 30 minutes after taking the keys without touching the room that the boss asked me to pay immediately. The boss refused to reimburse me when potential customers showed up. So I left and she rented the room a 2nd time. It's scandalous

Location in the city center and therefore heavy traffic. Quite noisy. Very steep staircase, difficult for people with knee pain!

My favourite family run hotel in France after 30 years of travel…right in the heart of the town opposite the river,delightfully friendly hosts, super comfy beds, delicious food from a first class chef and all at ultra reasonable prices. Love to stay here on my route south…

Historic building, great location. Perfect for walking around town and across to Tain l'Hermitage. Great accommodation (beds, bath, water pressure, etc.) Some notes for future guests - 1) There is no elevator. 2) Parking is across the street in the public lot. Figuring out how to drop off luggage was confusing, but is possible. (NB: I had Very Big Luggage.) 3) check-in is a desk in the bar of the restaurant just inside the hotel door. 4) connect first to Wifi downstairs before going up. Thick walls!! 5) breakfast was traditional French continental, ie, butter, jam, croissants, baguette, coffee, juice. Very fresh. Don't know if you can ask for eggs.
