Hôtel accueillant, calme, très bien tenu. les chambres sont spacieuses et le restaurant propose des menus à des prix très convenables. La seule réserve est l'absence dans la chambre d'une bouilloire et de quelques sachets pour une boisson.

Bon hôtel Logis, où nous nous arrêtons un fois par an, au retour. Toujours bonne qualité de service, accueil agréable, bonne table. Wifi ne fonctionne pas. Nous sommes chez Orange comme l'hôtel pourtant.

Bonjour Cela fait maintenant 2 ans que je viens dans cette hôtel au moins 2 fois par mois et j’ai été déçu du restaurant et de ma chambre. L’entree que j’avais prise, un œuf poché, à été clairement réchauffée au micro onde. L’œuf était bien trop cuit et caoutchouteux. Concernant la chambre, j’ai perdu 15 minutes le matin à enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche avec mes ciseaux car strictement rien ne coulait et la porte de douche tenait je ne sais comment . Nous avions choisi un 3 * avec restaurant ouvert le dimanche soir. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée , mail précisant que le resto est fermé le dimanche soir mais que la réceptionniste nous donnera des adresses d'établissements ouverts et de niveau comparable. A notre arrivée , 1 seule adresse nous est renseignée . Nous appelons le restaurant pour connaître l'heure d'ouverture et le répondeur nous apprend que l'établissement n'est jamais ouvert le dimanche soir. Aucune initiative de la réceptionniste . Résultat : repas pris au Novotel ! Exiguité du passage de part et d'autre du lit : pas digne d'un 3 * Joseph T

Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Manque un grand miroir dans la chambre. Wifi à répéter trop souvent. Café du petit déjeuner pas terrible. Nous aurions aussi aimé des céréales sans sucre. Mais les petits croissants sont excellents.

Après quelques péripéties durant notre séjour tout a été réglé avec gentillesse. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très réactif envers le client. Un grand merci à eux. Une glace dans la chambre pourrait être utile quand la salle de bains est occupée. Il manque de quoi ranger les affaires de toilette dans la salle de bains. Il faudrait au moins une étagère. Mais ce sont des détails qui n'entachent pas le séjour. Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs.

Seul manquement,à mon avis : en étant inscrit au programme fidélité des logis,disposant d'une carte,j'ai d'ailleurs,remis un chèque cadeau de 15 €,au moment du règlement,pas de commentaire à ce sujet.Les points sont-ils attribués automatiquement ??? Ou pas ??? Ma facture 19004008/01 du 2/8 s'élevait quand même à 192.20 €. Dois-je faire qq chose ou les points vont m'être attribués ? Merci de bien vouloir me répondre.
