La note "correct" pour le restaurant est une moyenne : "très bien" pour les deux premiers jours, "très décevant" pour le troisième, le chef était en congé.

Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, gutes Essen, ruhige Lage, großes Zimmer.

Hotel simple mais très sympa avec un restaurant génial

Nettes einfaches Hotel in der Nähe von Kaysersberg. Man macht viel an den älteren Gebäuden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail schön eingerichtet gerichtet. Es ist ruhig und erholsam. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit zivilen Preisen und schönen Menüs. Gute elsässer Weinauswahl! Aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Das Frühstück umfasst alles was man wünscht, leckere Croissants, pain chocolat, Käse, Schinken, Obst, Müsli, leckerer Kaffe und und und. Zu diesem Preis wirklich mehr als gut! Kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof. Und nicht zu vergessen, die nette schwarze Hotelkatze, die die Gäste auf der Terrasse begrüßt 😃

De overnachting was goed, kamer voldoende, iets te zacht bed.
We hebben dit hotel ook uitgekozen van wege de categorie restaurant. Het eten voldeed echter niet aan die standaard helaas.

The room was simple, but everything was very clean. The bed is large and not too soft. Particularly noteworthy are the very good breakfast buffet and, above all, the 4-course menu in the evening in the restaurant. The service was very accommodating.

We stayed one night to walk in the Vosges woods. Room 106 was very nice and clean. Large and clean bathroom. We had a very good dinner. Excellent service and very kind staff. At the end of dinner the chef passed through all the tables. All very pleasant indeed.

Great stay, attentive and very warm staff, the rooms are comfortable and very well appointed. The restaurant and the breakfast of very good quality, I recommend 100%.

The staff is super nice. The breakfast is very hearty. Only good things to taste. The bedding is very good, we appreciated the air conditioning in our room. However, we did not have a lift as indicated in the description of the hotel. If I have to come back to Alsace, I would come back with pleasure. The boss is great as well as the staff.

We were very satisfied during our stay at Hotel de Faudé. The restaurant is top class, high quality and the food is delicious. High quality food with great service. 👍 The team was friendly, the atmosphere very warm. The hotel was very clean with an aesthetic decor and a great garden. Very welcoming and competent staff, all with a big smile. Decent room with a tiny TV, anyway we don't go there to watch TV. In the restaurant, the menu was more gourmet than tasty, the attentive and well-dressed waiters, we don't ask for more.

Quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. On the restaurant side: correct service, good advice on wine, good dishes, a portion of vegetables and a little less starch with the chicken would have been a plus.
