je regrette le réglement de soirée étape alors que je n'ai pas pris de dîner (pas de formule plateau repas du lundi).
je pense qu'il serait nécessaire d'avoir un tarif pour uniquement chambre hotel le lundi soir (le lundi le restaurant étant fermé)

Superbe escapade depuis Toulouse, pour goûter un Cassoulet absolument délicieux en effet. Par contre, le caractère roboratif de ce plat nécessite bien de dormir sur place pour en profiter pleinement !!!

Chambre 4 , à l’entrée, la chambre semble belle, puis grosse déception, La vue bloquée par un mur de 3 m de haut à 1,50 m de la porte fenrtre,. les radiateurs sont caches par les rideaux ont ete decouvert le matin ce qui a reduil desagreablement la chaleur de la piece., merci de prévenir la clientèle avant de proposer cette chambre

Nous cherchions une étape près de Castelnaudary et le guide Michelin et l'auberge du Poids Public de Saint Félix de Lauragais est proposé.
Anne nous accueille avec beaucoup de bienveillance au téléphone et malgré 1h30 de retard sur l'horaire prévu nous sommes attendus avec beaucoup de soins.
Le dîner préparé par Céline Taffarello et sa brigade (foie gras, veau de lait, dessert exotique pour l'un et salade gourmande, Cassoulet, tarte tatin Revisitée) un régal et le vin ... un Cabardès.
La salle est belle et le service attentionné.
La chambre était très agréable bien sûr.

Nous n’aurions sans doute jamais mis les pieds dans ce charmant petit village de St Félix sans y être attirés par un désormais célèbre cassoulet! Le plat était encore au-dessus de nos attentes! Goût très personnel et vraiment succulent ! Moelleux très richement servi, un vrai chef d’œuvre gastronomique… L’accueil et le service très sympathiques, ainsi que la chambre confortable et spacieuse complètent ce tableau de rêve. Merci à Celine et son équipe pour nous avoir offert ce moment magnifique.

We had a very good night, the bed is very comfortable as well as the room. The staff are charming and the cassoulet is excellent. A small downside, we pointed out that we were on our honeymoon, a little attention would have been welcome.

Very pleasant surprise for this establishment. Small disappointment however for 2 of the desserts where the puff pastry did not seem to have been made the same day. However, we will not hesitate to return there during our next visit to the region.

Establishment chosen to taste the cassoulet prepared by the 2022 world champions, which introduced us to a modern establishment, a comfortable room, exemplary cleanliness, quality towels, a friendly welcome. as for the cassoulet.....excellent! (and cassoulets, in this beautiful region, we have eaten a certain number of them over the past thirty years!!), with impeccable restaurant service. We will warmly recommend this address to our friends and will offer, as a Christmas present to our children, a weekend cassoulet!!

Excellent value for money, top team (welcome, kindness, professionalism)... type of establishment that has become rare. We are a little hesitant to give such a rave review for fear of finding an available room as often, but too bad: it is so well deserved. The restaurant alone is worth the detour, and the pastry chef is an artist.

It was one of the best evenings we had in a long time: the fine and balanced meal was a delight, accompanied by a delicious mineral wine recommended by the very professional and competent maître d. The room had nothing to envy of the local menu, spacious and tastefully decorated. And finally all the staff are very welcoming, smiling and friendly.

This was our second stay at your establishment. Regarding the hotel everything was perfect…. We stayed in the suite (very pleasant) then in room 3, the heating did not work but the manager provided us with additional heating, problem solved, only downside the TV is fixed to the wall and does not turn , not pleasant when you are on the bed. Last night in a comfort room €75 on the site, billed €110!! The restaurant: very good quality products but a very rich menu, we would have appreciated a choice of lighter dishes (soup, salad, etc.) we would have had lunch or dinner there more often. When I say very rich card….. also a little expensive!!

Excellent stay, very pretty room and above all very clean, pleasant and warm welcome. We spent one night at the inn, eating the same evening at the restaurant which is simply excellent and good value for money. We returned to the restaurant at lunchtime to eat the cassoulet which is quite simply the best cassoulet we have ever eaten. We will gladly come back.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. as planned. I just ordered a cassoulet and was served at 8:30 p.m. even though at that time there were only three tables occupied.

For the hotel and breakfast everything is ok only downside is the stained common carpet. For the restaurant, the maître d’ masterfully directs his entire team to serve us traditional and gourmet cuisine mastered to perfection with a real cheese platter. The lobster cassoulet is delicious and shows that we can also innovate with a traditional kitchen. Overall, the quality of the products served (foie gras, poultry, soufflé cheeses for dessert) are exceptional. The wine list is quite impressive! Finally, this restaurant is in direct competition with certain starred restaurants but with Le Pois Public we remain on the fundamentals and we are therefore sure to never be disappointed. VR.

Beautiful hotel on a privileged site, terrace with exceptional view. Perfect welcome and service, we regret not having had time to discover the restaurant. a coffee point on the entire floor, a well-equipped bedroom (Comfort n°2): electric blinds on the windows, air conditioning, refrigerator, WC separate from the bathroom with hand basin. Cons: a slightly dated decor of the bathrooms, the bathroom is quite cramped and it would be desirable to have at least one guest towel for hand washing, a rail but no dressing room door but especially a not very positive experience of breakfast. Arrived at 9:15 a.m., no more pastries, the waiter reacted very quickly to find some for us. Despite this, the offer and the products offered are, in our opinion, below the level of a Logis de France where we expect more "homemade" or local products and choice.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. The duck dish for dinner is very delicious. There is a shared refrigerator and coffee corner, which is very convenient. The staff are also kind.

Beautiful spacious room. Comfortable sleeping. Impeccable cleanliness. Calm. The best breakfast we have ever eaten in a hotel: small buffet but high quality (ultra fresh brioche, homemade jams, croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice….). Excellent restaurant in the hotel. And all crowned with people who are passionate about their profession, according to the spontaneous welcome they give to their customers. A small downside for the restaurant chairs which lack a little comfort 😃 Thanks to the whole team and well done.

Good hotel with very good family welcome

Pleasant hotel on the heights of Saint Félix Lauragais with a panoramic view from the restaurant. Large original room under a rotunda with a small associated independent courtyard, excellent bedding for a peaceful and restorative sleep. Quality restaurant with impeccable service and a wide choice of dishes. I almost regretted not liking the cassoulet which seems to be a reference and which looked really appetizing (and copious) for fans. As an alternative, excellent place in a herb crust and soufflé. Buffet breakfast with soft pastries, oranges to squeeze, fresh fruit while enjoying the view. Beautiful stopover in the heart of Lauragais for a pleasant evening and night.

Perfect welcome, attentive staff. Catering faithful to the reputation of the establishment. Cassoulet St Felicien at the height of the 2012 gold medal. Clean hotel room, perfect bedding but lacks a fridge with a few drinks to choose from and not just a bottle of water. The bedroom is not air-conditioned only the small living room. Also missing a small safe in the closet and a box of Kleenex in the bathroom. The setting of La Terrasse du restaurant is idyllic but honestly deserves a real boost of freshness.

Invited to a wedding, we were looking for accommodation for 3 nights. We were very well received. The freshly renovated room is well designed, bright, with a superb panoramic view, even from the bathroom. At the evening meal, excellent "Cassoulet" menu, which of course cannot be repeated every evening.

Spacious, clean and very well equipped room. We had a problem with the mini bar which was not working, this one was changed for us quickly. The staff is available and very pleasant, it's a real plus. Our room being above the kitchens, however, we found the soundproofing insufficient. But it remains a charming hotel for a romantic getaway. We also tried the restaurant and the cassoulet was delicious. A little crush on our server, a connoisseur of wines, pleasant and informative.

It is a very nice hotel, very pleasant - an unforgettable restaurant. The only problem is that I had specifically requested a twin room, with two beds, and we got a room with a queen bed. (So we took a second room).

Everything was very good, except for breakfast, there were no more croissants we were told, curious given the price... For the rest it was very good

Loved the hotel and especially the restaurant. The room had been tastefully renovated with the walk-in shower a real bonus.. For an over night stop it was perfect. We dined in the restaurant which in addition to the excellent food also had lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was also very good. We can’t speak highly enough about the approachability and helpfulness of the staff. Given the surrounding village is a quaint and historic place this is a really good place for a stopover and if we use this route again we’d definitely stop at the hotel.

Hotel is in a beautiful location close to the centre of the village with wonderful view of the surrounding countryside from the restaurant. Staff very helpful. Great food.

The hotel is on the street. The place on a hill. Had a relatively quiet room with a view of the dreamy village. Beautiful view, a few parking spaces in front of the house, others a little to the side. The restaurant was closed on Monday. But something was offered. I was kindly offered to store my motorcycle in the garage, but I left it in the trailer. Thanks very much!

With regard to accommodation, we had a renovated room - quality TV screen + quality bathrobe and towel - on the other hand, empty shower gel + missing coffee maker (capsule but no coffee maker), which invites us to make a complaint to reception (never pleasant) - everything was put back in order in the evening. Catering: very good - quality service and advice - Breakfast: fresh orange juice but little buffet (just a fresh baguette + croissants, no chocolatine, a cake with pink pralines and cereals + a small fridge with fresh products In my opinion, breakfast not worth the price.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in the area. However, we noticed the presence of ants in the room. The hotel car park is not private and sometimes there is not enough space. Access to cable TV channels is not automatic (handling with the telephone to be expected). There are less expensive hotels with free access to the Canal + channel.

Always a friendly welcome when we arrive. Our room is always spotless and comfortable. And the evening meal is such a pleasant experience.

Why we didn't put 5 stars everywhere...! Because of the very disappointing restaurant experience... The comfort of the room was very good, large, with space, a very large bathroom, a view of nature... When we is in high season, it must be complicated to park, because already for us it was not easy, given the limited space in front of the hotel. For the restaurant, the service was deplorable, whether in manners or simply by having as a waitress, a young person who does not speak French...! it's a shame, it was up to us to understand and adapt ourselves by trying to understand, knowing that in addition she did not speak English either... The other servers, serve you, almost in you not abuse their gestures and ways of doing things that are inappropriate for a restaurant that wants to be welcoming. The quality of the meats and the respect of the requested cooking, are to be reviewed.

All good but we had a room with views of 3 walls. A little disappointing.

Very nice hotel. The room is perfect. The meal went fairly well. The only downside is having eaten cold scallops because the server was slow to bring the requested bread. Didn't apologize either. But otherwise the meal was very good.
