Très bon accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires. Nous avions un mariage et nous avons pu récupérer la chambre en tout début d’après midi. C’était top. Chambre très bien équipée et d’une grande propreté. Rien à redire. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

There was a little disturbance from fellow guests moving around their room at night above our room.

What a fabulous find! Everything was top quality, the modern quirky bedroom decor, the luxurious bedding,,the high quality bathroom, the large very comfortable bed. Our room was the comfort room of 20 m2, so spacious & warm with lots of excellent lighting & tea & coffee making facilities. The room & bathroom looked to be newly refurbished, all beautifully done.
The restaurant meal was superb & all the staff so friendly & helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Reservation of a two-bedroom duplex, for one night for three people. On arrival we are given a studio with a sofa bed and a bed in the same room. after pointing out that we had not booked this room but a duplex with explicitly describing that there were two bedrooms. We then see ourselves handing over the keys to a duplex, of course, but with a separate bedroom, the second being in the passage leading to the master bedroom with bathroom. When I reiterate the fact that the duplex still does not correspond to the reservation made, the person who had taken us the keys tells us that she can do nothing for us that we must see the owner. We return to the main site and therefore see the owner. Without too much care and on the defensive this one for his first argument tells us that the photos are not contractual! I tell him that beyond the photos, I have booked a 55 m2 duplex with 2 bedrooms (descriptions of the product ordered). His answer is then for this product we should pay 300 euros! I tell him that the reservation is the one I have just described to him and raise my voice a little, because this owner spoke to us badly and pointed out to him that we are indeed his customers. On this he answers me (and this leaves no room for a constructed exchange) that this duplex is very good and you will not be disappointed as to the quality of the services, that it is complete => basically it is to be taken or leave! not a smile, a kind accompaniment if even a "sorry". Just for information because I think this person does not even move to see the quality of his services! The state of the finishes of the apartment leaves much to be desired, upstairs: the only wardrobe for broken business, bedside lamp for the bed in the passage broken, no smoke detector installed, electrical panel in the entrance completely apparent, trash can with the lid half broken so that does not close a second TV in the master bedroom that does not work the bed placed under the attic which does not allow you to benefit from the length of the bed (the feet that protrude!) when we moved in forced, we had to claim the missing towels for my daughter, no tea towel was available downstairs so that we could wipe our hands! and when i asked for help with the tv i was told that the service was going to start, it was working and no one would be able to move. that's what we call service! For information we had two glasses of champagne during our dinner offered "by the management", the boss did not even come to introduce himself

We had a one night stay on the way south from Calais. The room was really nice, efficient air conditioning and black out blinds. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very restful night. The food at dinner was excellent, very high quality. Everyone was very friendly and we will definitely stay again.

Top notch! Fully and imaginatively modernised hotel and restaurant, retaining some of the chatm of the older premises. Comfortable room with great facilities and good sound proofing, v welcoming tesm and great food. Some good and original twists in the dinner presentation, breakfast up with the best, wish all coffee was as good as this!

We were able to park on a quiet street right outside the hotel. We were very impressed with the polite helpful greeting. The room was very clean, the bathroom very clean. The room was quite small but very nice decor, well thought out and we had everything we needed ie. very comfortable double bed, good blackout blinds, good size TV, coffee tea & kettle, two chairs and console table. We used our own wi-fi but I gather wi-fi was available. We arrived on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed but we were offered a tray in our room. The food was very good quality and we really enjoyed it. We didn't have breakfast but if it is the same quality I'm sure it's very good. We will be booking this hotel again. Thank you.

The room was comfortable and t diner very good.

We were a group of 5 on our way to Brittany. The staff are on their toes, the apartment we got for the night was a two minute walk from the hotel and was well furnished. We could easily have stayed longer there. The place is cute and invites you to take a relaxing stroll with an aperitif in one of the bars. We ate at the hotel and were not disappointed, it was the best meal of the whole holiday. Breakfast was in a comfortably set room with a view of the terrace. We thought it was great. Next time we'll stay two nights and take a bike ride through the scenic rural countryside.

Everything was perfect: friendliness of all the staff, cleanliness and design of the room, quality of the bedding.

The first impression when arriving by car on the head street was a small disappointment... After my entrance, you guided me to the privat parking at the rear. The reception and also everyone helping in the nice restaurant were very friendly and helped us a lot. The food and drinks were high class, as was the breakfast. The rooms were rather small, but very clean and nice AND with airco. In all it was a very, very pleasant surprise. TOP !

about thirty km from Chartres, I think there are not many Italians who have stayed or will stay in this relais, the town has nothing, lost in the countryside. On the other hand, the hotel and restaurant are more than positive, they were kind in preparing us a light dinner with some dishes off the menu (mixed salad and cheese, even if a bit expensive, 3 small pieces of cheese). the parking is at the back of the hotel and here I must point out that upon arrival in the afternoon I unloaded my luggage and passing from the parking lot to the reception they showed dog excrement, which the next morning when I brought the luggage back to the parking lot was still present; Sin!

Welcoming, attentive and helpful staff. Very nice and comfortable room. Very practical and well-equipped PMR room. The bedroom is spacious, as well as the bathroom. The very practical shower curtain to avoid wetting the bathroom. The front door could be a little more convenient for wheelchairs. We are on a slope to open the door... The number of TV channels is a little reduced...

Hotel in the city center but very quiet, with closed parking at the back. Tastefully renovated hotel. Very nice room with a pretty and functional bathroom. Excellent meal served on the terrace. Very good breakfast. Friendly, considerate, attentive staff. Our dog made very welcome. We recommend this hotel!

We were unfortunate that,, unbeknown to us, the restaurant in the hotel is closed on a Sunday. They did provide a room service meal but it was not very good and was very expensive.

Stopped en route from boat to where going on holiday. Lovely room in a lovely hotel in nice town. Easy to find and secure (if tight) car park at back. Fabulous dinner terrace, food was excellent as was service. Steak and seafood were specialities. Very enjoyable, thoroughly recommend!

Our studio accommodation in building D on the ground floor (annex to the hotel being renovated overlooking a courtyard opening onto the street) had a defective French window. It was indeed impossible to close the accommodation leaving our personal belongings unsecured during our 2 night stay. This problem was not considered by the manager mr Eric C. Worse, he made us responsible for this malfunction with an aggressive and disrespectful tone. The difficulty of having an invoice paid at the end of the stay confirmed his bad faith. Too bad, all the staff (hotel and restaurant) were also very good. We advise the manager to rest in order to avoid him going off his hinges like his French window.
