Restaurant Plage Saint Jean

Sur la table du petit déjeuner, les verres ou fourchettes apparemment non utilisés, puisque c'est le jugement de la dame qui débarrasse, sont laissés et les chemins de table en papier sont essuyés et non changés à chaque fois. Je peux comprendre les restrictions d'eau mais ce n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles. Le choix est limité, les aliments sont resséchés, on est loin des beaux buffets de certains 3 étoiles.
La propreté laisse aussi à désirer, tant dans les communs que dans les chambres.
La poussière est visible à l'oeil nu sur les escaliers en moquette, d'autant plus quand vous marchez derrière quelqu'un qui monte devant vous. Et c'est pareil dans les chambres.
Les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas toujours propres.
Je n'y retournerai pas, une expérience bien décevante.

Excellent accueil , rapport qualité prix correct. Minibar et bouteilles eau fraîche c'est très bien. Il manque de quoi poser ses affaires de toilette et une tablette pour la douche pour éviter de tout mettre au sol. Spa très bien, pensez à enlever les toiles d'araignée à l'extérieur côté jacuzzi et a faire les vitres. Belles prestations dans l'ensemble et accueil au top

Le spa est exceptionnel, le restaurant incroyable et le personnel très accueillant… Manque peut-être un peu d’espace dans les chambres pour le prix demandé… Mais je recommande fortement cet hôtel…

Very warm welcome, very pleasant and attentive staff. It's a shame that the temperatures of the jacuzzis and swimming pool are a little tight during the winter period. Breakfast is excellent. Thanks to the whole team.

Top Hotel with leisure structure and incredible sea access. The reception team is talented and the dog "minus" is the guarantor of your safety ;-) Note: catering is currently carried out outside the establishment. I highly recommend !

Friendly and pleasant staff Overpriced No toilet paper

Lack of hygiene: damp and stained bathroom linen when we arrived, cake paper under the bed, sausage in the fridge, soaked carpet on the floor in front of the bathroom entrance (thanks to the bacteria nest). Breakfast: 13 euros to be served mini frozen pastries, coffee machine offering around ten hot drinks but only serves espresso or long coffee and as a bonus when we took our cups to help ourselves they were very dirty ( probably placed there without having been washed or checked) The SPA swimming pool area is nice although very few deckchairs, the jets do not all work in the jacuzzi, there are even missing headrests Really disappointing stay which still made us feel cost 170 euros for 1 night with PDJ…

Very good stay at the hotel plage saint jean; we really liked the relaxation area with its 3 jacousis, its beautiful swimming pool, the Sauna and the proximity to the beach. . The room is small but functional with everything you need. The breakfast is very generous. . We would also like to highlight the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff.

I was not disappointed all is very well

The hotel team is welcoming and professional but the condition of the rooms, furniture, bedding and aesthetic appearance is not at all consistent with the photos on the site. For 163 euros per night the room was of equivalent quality to that of a formula 1… the center says spa: pleasant swimming pool but a broken down jacuzzi, the value for money is unfortunately not at the appointment.

Disappointed with the assigned room, near the access to the hotel and the road so noisy .... did not correspond to the descriptions on booking.com ... I therefore do not recommend the 4 rooms located on the first floor next to the assigned room 114...

Everything is perfect ! The reception staff is attentive, the facilities are great. Swimming pool, jacuzzi hamam etc... The bar, TV in the XXL rooms, brilliant shower and precise air conditioning.

Main reason we choose this hotel was the spa. We were finishing a road trip from madrid to italy. We were really tired and just needed some relax

Warm welcoming, amazing room, awesome breakfast and the SPA!!!! What an amazing experience. They let us stay a bit later at the spa since we arrive late at the hotel, they would have let us stay after the checkout time as well, but we had to go. The nicest surprise: a marselle soap when we left!! We hope to visit again!

Hotel with comfortable bedding with free parking. Good reception, the rooms without being gigantic are sufficiently large and the office area of correct size. The breakfast is average for what you find elsewhere. Disappointing point of this hotel, the sustainable development. Only unit doses in the bathroom, bar of soap, shampoo and shower gel (you wash your hands twice, the bar of soap used to only 5% goes in the trash after you leave). A distributor would be more ecological and economical. At breakfast, only small glass jars or unit packaging, which we do not necessarily finish. So much packaging waste and food waste! Not to mention that somewhere the customer pays for it. All these products could be in bulk and offered on demand for the most accurate use.

on arrival we were surprised to have a room in a pavilion, with tiled floors, so cold with an outside temperature of 8 degrees, and an unheated room and no bed descent or duvet. The duvet was put on later and the heating took a long time to come up to temperature. Room perfect for summer, but not in January. Bedside rugs would be welcome. The bathroom heater never worked properly, despite staff intervention. Although the website indicates that the restaurant is open, we were told that it is closed for annual holidays.

A traditional hotel which offers good value for money. The breakfasts are perfect. The Spa very good, with just the need to specify that you have to go outside to go from the hotel to the Spa (20 meters) The room we had rented was still a little too small (9 m2) but the shower room-wc has been completely refurbished.

I make a reservation on logis.fr. I validate my reservation for a traditional room for 2 adults and 1 child of 11 years old with breakfasts for 2 days. The price is 321€. Upon arriving, I am told that there will be a folding bed in the room. A room of only 11 M2. We had to make a choice between opening the bed or accessing the bathroom or unpacking the 3 suitcases. We didn't unfold the bed. Our son slept with us in the bed. In a 3 star, such a small room is not possible. When paying, the receptionist announces an extra bed. At no time was there a trap on our part. The estimate, the reservation and on arrival the announced price was 321€. The room offered is not suitable for 3. We spent 2 bad nights. It was enough to refuse our reservation or to announce it to us clearly before arriving at the hotel. It's a shame, the hotel is very nice, the pool is great and the staff and the breakfast are of good quality. In the 21st century, with the technology that is available today, we are forced to leave the hotel on a misunderstanding, which has been resolved, it's a shame... And a socket in the bathroom included on the hair dryer or other, it's the minimum. I have never seen that. Having to shave or straighten your hair in the bedroom...

The hotel room was spacious, the pool and jacuzzi were great, unfortunately our room smelt a litte fusty but opening the wlindow helped cure that. Breakfast was very good!

Hotel in an excellent position, with internal parking, private access to the sea and spa with very welcoming indoor pool. Room not large but with everything you need, work corner, mini bar, and balcony with table. Super comfortable bed. The lady at the reception was very kind, helpful, she gave us information for restaurants and visits to the Calanques.

Very friendly. The lady at the reception desk was so helpful and went an extra mile as we had arrived early. They were great the whole stay, answering questions and giving local advice. The breakfast was nice. We were expecting coffee, croissants and cheese. But there was a wide range of food and drinks. The parking was very helpful, the reason we picked this hotel. But it is walking distance into town and there are many many lovely restaurants about. Would definitely stay here again.
