A very nice hotel where you feel good. Quiet room, with comfortable bedding, custom heating and impeccable cleaning. We had dinner at the restaurant, also recommended!

Room with a nice view of the Rocher de Dabo. Breakfast well supplied, plentiful, with excellent value for money. But the room is rather cramped and with outdated furniture (desk, chairs). Moreover, being under the roof and without shutters, exposed west, it was an oven in the evening! Difficult to fall asleep in these conditions, especially since the bed was not very comfortable (hard mattress and thin, soft pillows). The "bathroom" was rather a shower room, that is to say with a shower but without a bathtub. Bad point: when I arrived, the owner told me that he had not been informed of my reservation! The hotel is not indicated in the center of the village so a little difficult to find.

We are completely satisfied with the various services of this hotel-restaurant. The atmosphere is made particularly family by the setting and the omnipresence of the "boss-cook". The meals are delicious, plentiful and served with professionalism. We highly recommend it.

Stop for one night. We had booked 2 rooms for our sons and us. That of our children (teenagers) was very good, as for ours, it was limited in terms of bedding and practicability. The sanitary and bathroom doors were not easy to maneuver. The mattress was more than average.

Weekend motorbike trip. Side street with parking right in front of the door. Very convenient. In the sunny weather we could have a coffee outside in the shade. The food is very good. Rooms very clean. Getting a bit old. But didn't bother us.

Excellent welcome, comfort and calm appreciated. A very nice stopover in this very beautiful place in the Vosges forest. To be recommended to motorcyclists for the stage or the star hike. Hikers also welcome.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits ici lors d'un week-end de randonnée. C'est un peit hôtel-restaurant tout simple mais très bien dans un endroit particulièrement calme. Accueil sympathique. La chambre (avec vue sur le Rocher de Dabo) n'était pas très grande, mais il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait en termes de rangement : parfait pour un court séjour. Lit de bonne qualité, sanitaires impeccables et modernes. Le tout très propre. Le wifi n'était pas très bon : je n'ai jamais réussi à m'y connecter depuis la chambre et ma compagne, après avoir réussi, n'a eu qu'un faible signal. Nous n'en avoins pas vraiment eu besoin, mais cela pourrait être un inconvénient pour certains.

Bon petit déjeuner avec pain frais, fromage, jambon, croissants et cake.

Nous avons très bien mangé les deux soirs au restaurant : très bonne cuisine du terroir simple mais copieuse, avec un accent sur le gibier à cette saison. Ma seule critique serait que la carte ne comporte que que deux entrées : si on reste plus d'une nuit, le choix devient vite limité. Une option soupe ou salade verte ne serait peut-être pas trop difficile à ajouter et donnerait un peu plus de choix.

Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne adresse.

Ample parking, a breathtaking view of the rock of Dabo at sunset. As the hotel is located outside the main roads, it enjoys incredible silence. The boss offers personal and original recipes and the breakfast is hearty. (charcuterie, jams, croissants...)
