Petites critiques: les oreillers sont un peu trop plats (question de préférences....) et une porte de douche serait plus pratique qu'un rideau de douche.

Sinon bon accueil et chambres agréables.

Great location and a nice room, breakfast was a buffet style with agreat range of prodcuts and the best coffee I have even tasted out of a machine! Definitely worth considering if you plan to visit some of the nearby chateau and the little bar over the road is great! If you want an evening meal plan ahead and book somewhere locally!

Very good bedding, excellent breakfast, perfect welcome. The only downside is a somewhat cramped bathroom.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and the service, but there is nothing you can do in the place. When we were there, all the places were closed. The well-known natural swimming pool was also closed when the weather was nice. So we were a bit disappointed.

Very good for a stopover on the road between Lyon and Brittany. Good comfort and good value for money. Very close to several castles of the Loire which makes it possible to couple the stage with a visit. A very affordable and quality restaurant close to the hotel.

Room on the second floor without air conditioning and overlooking the street so a lot of noise and heat. Small shower equipped with a shower curtain that sticks to you.

The room is a bit cramped and not very modern. The bedroom door rubs on the plain carpet. I was worried about the noise at night but it was very quiet. The parking lot is small. Good for a stopover.

A hotel different from the others! When you are used to frequenting large chain hotels like Ibis or B&B which all look alike, this hotel, with its rather old decoration but still in perfect condition, is good! We don't feel like we're parked in cells like in Accor or other chains. The integration of modern sanitary facilities in this set with old decoration is particularly successful. Beds are ok for a really bad sleeper like me. This hotel is located in a quiet environment not too far from Beauval Zoo. The staff on site is available and efficient. A good stay, thank you!

Very good clean hotel with a good welcome I recommend

The young man who welcomes, takes care of the breakfast buffet and collects the departure bill, is very welcoming and efficient. The hotel has an interior courtyard at the rear where you can park your car for free. Bedroom 2 is on one level, which made it easier for us to transport our suitcases. It overlooks the inner courtyard which guarantees calm. It is clear and modern in style. It looks almost new. It is equipped with all the necessary electrical outlets, both at the head of the beds and near the desk. The lighting is more than enough. The twin beds are comfortable. The space which includes shower, washbasin, WC is suitable although I would have liked a magnifying mirror. A shower anomaly: hot and cold are reversed compared to usual. In this shower, the hot is on the right and the cold on the left, while on the sink, we find the traditional layout. The hotel had, at my request, reserved our place settings at the restaurant "Les Délices du Saint Florent" which opens onto the hotel's interior courtyard. Formerly, hotel and restaurant were one but, today, the two establishments are distinct.

The staff very welcoming and very helpful: we offered to take our luggage to our room. a well-designed room, shutters, a fan in this period of high heat, the functional bathroom. A cupboard to deposit the laundry and store our bags. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and I liked the hardwood floors, so much better than the carpets in many hotels, and the icing on the cake, a small balcony with geranium planters. Quality and comfortable bedding. Located in a small village far from the noise, but close to the castles: Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Chaumont sur Loire, and do not miss the hot air balloon flight.

Just the important detail of going through the back door was not given to me even though we had specified that we were coming back late because it's funny to find a closed door.
