Le fait d'avoir un parking privé est très appréciable, d'autant plus avec les innombrables travaux dans la ville.
Lieu calme dans lequel le personnel parle bas ce qui incite à faire de même.
Diner excellent, et joliment présenté

Une soirée étape agréable, parking privé, bon diner et bon petit déjeuner avec le sourire dès le matin et ça fait du bien ! La literie et le confort de la chambre est au rendez-vous. La petite note de déception (pour moi) est le manque de sourire et d'échange au moment du diner, après une bonne journée de travail c'est tellement agréable ce petit plus à donner au client et ça ne coute rien !

Hotel calme avec des chambres spacieuses. Possibilité de se garer et de recharger éventuellement les voitures électriques.

Overall, very good stay, as usual! Never disappointed to return to this hotel. The welcome is very pleasant and the employees are all very attentive and smiling. Spacious and very comfortable room! Small downside for the shower head and its support which could be refurbished.

The hotel is very well located in the city center and well equipped. The welcome is professional, the catering is of a good standard, and the rooms are clean and well renovated. The parking lot is accessible and a good size. The only weak point: very noisy air conditioning/heating which is annoying at night. Overall recommended.

Second stay in this hotel on a professional basis and still just as good! The hotel employees are very WELCOMING and PROFESSIONAL. Another very good address which includes my notebook for professional and personal stays.

The room was clean, but dingy and the toilette smelled. It was called a ‘superior’ room, so I can’t imagine what a standard’ room is like! The dinner in the Glycine (Wisteria) restaurant was ok, but they completely forgot our starter and arrived with the main course first. Sylvie came up to check this with us, and snatched up the paper order from our table and walked off. After checking that we were telling the truth she came back and said sorry, we appeared to be correct. But she clearly wasn’t very sorry at all, and certainly didn’t offer any redress of the situation. The breakfast was good, but the whole visit was very disappointing compared to other Logis Hotels and restaurants we have visited earlier this week, which have been fabulous- accommodation and food.

Nice hotel.Warm welcome and car parked up very easily. Room was a nice size and quiet enough in relation to external noise. Air con was a little noisy and the room tray was void of milk and a single tea-bag for two people. The 9.30 breakfast should be extended to 10.00 on every day and it took a while for staff to replenish items and coffee. We would happily return!

All the staff, everyone, were very friendly. The lady on reception was outstanding. She was super helpful. They are a great team!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very nice and very clean rooms. Quiet rooms. Negative point: the breakfast. The supply of products is varied but of mediocre quality. With the exception of local cheese and organic bread, no other product is organic and/or local (industrial foods, even Vendée brioche, class 3 eggs!, etc.).

Air-con wasn’t working and it was a boiling hot day. No window either.

Too bad the hotel does not open before 5 p.m. on Sunday….we chose this hotel as a stopover on the way back from vacation….arrival in Fontenay-le Comte around 2 p.m.….the wait was long….then very few restaurants open in the evening, re galley !! Fortunately the room was fine and air-conditioned. A criticism, a rather impersonal welcome. And an extra €7 for our whippet. Then 7€ extra for our whippet.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. Great friendliness of the staff. Very helpful staff. Very clean and very quiet hotel although located in the center of Fontenay le Comte. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, nothing to say, it was excellent. We keep this address very preciously. This hotel fully deserves to be Logis de France. We recommend it without any hesitation!

Second long stay at Fontarabie this year. The welcome is always perfect, the staff taking great care of the customers. The rooms are very clean, pleasantly decorated and well soundproofed. The breakfast is complete and serene. Indoor parking is very convenient.

The managers of the hotel are adorable, unfortunately their employee at the reception and very disrespectful, lack of knowledge. This is my 2nd stay and it's the same feeling.

Great hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Good location in the town to walk to the local sites or use as a base for further afield

Announced room of 17m2 but beware the living part of the room (if we remove the hallway, the bathroom and the WC) is only 2.30 mx 3.50 m. Bed not very pleasant because being on very high feet, when the spouse moves, gave the impression of being on a boat. In conclusion to remember only for a stopover of one night.

Nice hotel in the middle of town. Having stayed at 3 different hotels on our trip this was the weakest with more of a travelling salesman feel to it. Everything worked and was adequate but lacked some je ne sais quoi. Nice restaurant and most staff charming.

I put very well for reception and service, but if it had been separated, I would have put very good service (very smiling and attentive people) and average for reception (reception and departure, people certainly pros, but that stops there)
