très accueillant, nouveaux propriétaires, Je connaissais cet hôtel que j'ai fréquenté régulièrement il y a quelques années. Le cadre est resté le même à part la restauration qui n'existe plus. Mais Mimizan propose suffisamment de restauration.

We came early August for 3 nights. The images of the terrace did not correspond to what we had. Cons: No privacy, no separation between the exteriors of each room, we were also in the passage of customers to go to their room. 2 armchairs and a very small side table in full view and overlooking the car park.... The spacious but tasteless bathroom, very sanitized. Lots of noise in the morning impossible to sleep after 7am. So very disappointed. Pros: The interior of the room was clean, minimalist decor but very clean accommodation, comfortable bed. Fridge available in the common area. Nice environment to go running or cycling.

Excellent stay. The managers are absolutely charming. Great welcome. The breakfast is very good, with a homemade cake to die for. It is a small haven of peace I recommend.

We spent one night in the magnificent perched cabin. The decor is superb, the children were delighted (slide to get down from their room), very hearty breakfast. The hosts are adorable with the ms customers. The price is a little high all the same but it remains a very nice experience.

Lovely room. Great staff. Only complaint was that there is no locked indoor bike storage space. Bikes were around the back under a security camera but readily accessible to others.

It's an excellent option if you are looking for a cozy place. We went with our dog and had a very good time. It was like being at home. The breakfast was also complete with juices, boiled eggs, coffee and herbs, some cakes. The owners very kind and friendly. We would repeat the place

Very warm welcome, rooms very well decorated and very clean (great shower in room 6 😜). Hotel very well located for cyclists, along the cycle path. Only downside, wifi a bit weak. I recommend 100%!

For our first weekend at MIMIZAN, we were spoiled. We chose this hotel, on the recommendation of a local friend, and sincerely, only happiness. We booked the tree house. It was great ! A cabin with all the comforts and services of a 4-star hotel. Warm, perfectly arranged. Nothing was missing. In addition, the managers of the hotel are very friendly and caring people. As a result, we have found our base for our next stays in the region. Looking forward to coming back very soon.

Hotel was in bed condition and the sleeping bed was disappointed!

Perfect for 1 family. Just a small defect: a smell of humidity.

Good establishment recently taken over by a dynamic team and they will have to be given a good year for everything to be on top. We wish you good luck for the work to be done and we will come back to you.

we had a very nice time with friendly hosts. The room was very good and the house very clean. The location on the bike path was ideal for us for beautiful tours to the beautiful beaches in the area.

Top hotel, relaxed atmosphere, it feels good!

This hotel needs renovation, no maintenance in last couple of years I guess. The rooms are worn out, beds/mattresses are old and bad with big slots. Lady at the reception is nice and helpful.

The landlady is charming. The room is clean.

Great concept! We forget that we are in a tree given the space and the luxury of the rooms and bathroom. What a pleasure to hoist your breakfast and enjoy it on our terrace!

A charming hotel, on the edge of a cycle path. Lively center and oceanfront within walking distance. Fabulous breakfast.

The owners of the hotel are on their terrace as smokers welcoming their customers in jeans shorts and undressed. A very dangerous staircase to climb with luggage. A bar with no drinks available saying the season has just started for just a week (we were there early July). We asked for a recommendation to eat there "HALTE MARINE" - rude service and incorrect dishes, especially as we asked to be aware of an allergy. Also we ordered a bottle of white wine and they delivered a rosé...and 1001 other errors. The only advantage of this hotel is the tranquility. In the morning at breakfast again the badly dressed owner is on the terrace as a smoker. Lack of bread - still baking the gentleman just told me...so we just finished our fruit salad and tea/coffee. After putting our luggage in the car I took another 2 whole grain breakfast rolls. with comment, it's their own fault not to follow and pay attention to the speed and passage of customers! Never again will we stay with such type of people.

But there is a parking problem despite it's not easy to find a place in the private car park, it's a shame.

The new owners are extremely friendly. Very pleasant stay. Decent room. Only downside, the parking spaces: you have to maneuver a little depending on how you park (but the advantage is that it is free, which is not the case with some other hotels in the area). And the wooden cabin (if you are lucky enough to rent it) is TOP!

Good size family room. Large bathroom. Great breakfast. Ik has everything you need, 3 different fruit juices, plenty of hot drinks. Viennese pastries, cereals, dried fruit, cakes, cheeses, charcuterie. A real meal. Very nice home. Parking spaces are not easy to negotiate if some are badly parked. There is space to park in front of the hotel.
