Découverte de Logis Hôtels, de l'hôtel du Midi et de Rodez pour nous lors de cette escapade : absolument rien ne nous a déçus. Un hôtel confortable, avec une belle surface pour la chambre triple et pour la salle de bains ; le personnel est charmant ; nous avons bien mangé au restaurant ; nous avons bien dormi et le petit-déjeuner était impeccable. Nous reviendrons et recommanderons cette adresse à notre entourage !!!

Excellent accueil !! La chambre très bien et surtout ma mère âgée de 86 ans s’est cassé le bras à Rodez et on nous a permis de garder la chambre jusqu’à 15 h sans frais supplémentaires c’était très appréciable.

Seul bémol (mais c'est fatal pour un hôtel de ce type ) : chambres plutôt très chauffées la nuit -- mais on s'en est rendu compte le matin ; peut-être y avait-il moyen de baisser donc j'avoue c'est à vérifier... Le contraste avec le vent froid de Rodez début mars ne pardonne pas !
Tout le reste nickel, typique d'un bon hôtel-logis de France : confort, accueil extrêmement efficace, aménités pratiques (parking et possibilité de laisser un peu la voiture en journée), et positionnement idéal en centre-ville. Petit-déjeuner et ambiance bien français, comme si le temps restait figé -- c'est chaleureux et on ne s'en lasse pas.
Le vrai plus : établissement local, donc les gens peuvent tout à fait vous renseigner sur la région qu'ils connaissent bien.
Mention spéciale à la salade de fruit maison.

Malgré le double vitrage, j'ai été un peu gêné par le bruit de la circulation très dense jusqu'à une heure avancée de la nuit… Préférer une chambre située à l'arrière. WiFi très faible : nous avons dû abandonner son utilisation (image figée)…

Petit Hôtel urbain avec possibilité de parking et certaines chambres dont la notre avec belle vue sur la cathédrale. Bien insonorisé par rapport à la circulation, portes de chambre non insonorisées.

It's always the unknown to go to an independent hotel in the city center but ..... what a good surprise. The welcome is very pleasant, the rooms spacious for 3 and well equipped and above all, it's quiet. We slept very well! As for the breakfast, varied and fresh .... Nothing to say, it's exactly what you expect when you go to the hotel for one night. I recommend with eyes closed.

The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile organising a travel charger and an airport transfer.

I think the Sunday opening hours of the reception are too narrow, from 5 to 8 in the afternoon. Even the restaurant, in the information in the room, is only open for an hour and a half, and of course it is closed on Sundays. For the rest, excellent location, comfortable room and bathroom, good cleaning.

The common areas do not reflect the quality of the rooms. The rooms are very pleasant, only the floor of the toilets deserves a deeper cleaning. I would have liked to have found a drink dispenser at the reception, the tap water not being very tasteful. The location of the hotel is a real plus. The reception person is very nice. Overall good. Selected because a Logis hotel in town centre with private parking. Lift to upper floors. Everything worked and obvious that all recently redecorated. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels. Major disappointment was restaurant not open due to staff shortages. We would not have stayed if we had been aware of this. Similarly bar in pleasant breakfast room not available in evening. Hopefully staff can be found but worth checking when booking.

In this period of strong heat wave we thought that the room was air-conditioned. Alas no. We found a fan placed in the room but without any extension cord to connect it properly. the only solution for it to broadcast during the night was to plug it in instead of the television socket and this somewhat acrobatically. It would have been good to provide an extension cord and at least one multiple socket, because on the side of sockets other than the nightstands, the room was sorely lacking! Too bad because the rest was quite correct.

The room and bathroom were nice sizes. The fact that the wardrobe only had two hangers in was ridiculous as I was staying a week and travelling for work. I asked for more but it took two days for them to find more. It's a shame there is no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in this hotel, this might make me consider going back to another local hotel in the City which offer these facilities. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

The Hotel du Midi in Rodez is very well located, opposite the cathedral. We had a small room, but very well equipped. The car was sheltered from the heat in a private garage. What keeps us from putting this hotel very well is the fact that there is no 24 hour receptionist. There is no one at reception in the afternoon before 3pm. and, from 8 p.m., as there is no one left (but this may be circumstantial, since the restaurant was not working on Saturday evening), the customer enters the hotel using a code (which still works fine). On this point, we have a reservation.

The downside of our stay was the location of the car park, which is not protected at all, knowing that the open boxes are separated from the street by only a small chain. On the other hand as the boxes can accommodate two cars one behind the other we have to leave the keys at the reception so that they can possibly move our vehicle and we only knew the next day that a number emergency existed if we wanted to access our vehicle after the hotel closed around 9 p.m. In summary, this car park, for which you have to pay 5 euros (this is the first hotel that asks me to pay for the car park), is neither practical nor secure. Small detail also, the shower head does not hold on its location.

The room was nicely decorated but I'm still surprised there were no shutters or truly blackout curtains. We come to a hotel mainly to be able to sleep, and personally the sunlight does not allow it. Lots of noise problems in the neighborhood and clearly a soundproofing problem as a result. Not to mention the noise from the elevator right next to the room. In short, hotel well located and beautiful decoration but really not pleasant for the night.

Very welcoming staff, clean hotel, we were 2 hikers. He allowed us to leave our bags in order to visit the cathedral before our departure and on our return he offered us a coffee. Lots of kindness not to mention the coffee.
