Restaurant Beau Site

Pour être tout à fait honnête, notre choix s’est porté sur l’établissement de façon aléatoire.
Mais la qualité du service, l’accueil des salariés et le service client vraiment très chaleureux et de grande qualité. Nous sommes venus par hasard, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
Je recommande si vous cherchez du calme et un cadre idéal pour se retrouver en famille.

Déçue. Gros problème d'humidité dans les chambres à cause d'un problème d'étanchéité au niveau des fenêtres. De plus pas de radiateur dans l'une des deux chambres (la plus humide). Resultat: enfants malades dès la première nuit. Nous avons dû réclamer un radiateur d'appoint pour les deux autres nuits. La gérante a eu l'air étonnée du problème alors qu'il est clairement visible (bois de la fenêtre très abîmé + gouttes d'eau qui tombent du velux et de l'une des fenêtres)
Également bruyant. (Parquet qui grince beaucoup, nous avions l'impression d'avoir les voisins de chambre avec nous!)
Tiroirs du mobilier de chambre très sales.
Le wifi est gratuit mais on ne nous a pas donné le code..
Pas de geste commercial à la fin.
Déçue dans l'ensemble

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé. Je remercie chaleureusement le personnel qui a contribué à la réussite de mon week-end par leur gentillesse et leurs sourires. Le lit était un peu trop ferme pour moi, mais étant très cambrée, je suis difficile sur ce sujet. Merci encore à toute l'équipe ! J'espère bien revenir chez vous!

Hôtel et chambres très bien situés face au lac Chambon, la vue est superbe. L'emplacement est idéal pour partir sur les nombreux chemins de randonnée. Le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible. Je vous recommande le restaurant tenu par un jeune chef passionné par son métier et la réalisation d'excellents desserts, truffade etc...Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

the room is quite large and the bed is comfortable. the bathroom is also good. the television could have been centered facing the bed and not completely to the left of the wall. Too bad to have cooking smells all night in the room on the 1st floor. Lack of glasses. The hotel is old and in its original state. it needs a good lick of paint (green in the corridor it feels like a hospital) and to change the hideous orange carpet. lots of steps and doors to open to access room 6 on the 1st floor. Even To access the breakfast buffet served on the ground floor there are 3 steps. unsuitable for a person with walking problems.

Noises and vibrations, felt in the room until 10 p.m., due to the extractor hood in the restaurant kitchen.

Hotel very well located with a view of Lake Chambon. Room and bathroom very clean. Private parking, which is a real "plus". Young and dynamic team. Very good meal in the restaurant in the evening.

Everything went very well and the room and the restaurant were very good, with a magnificent view of Lake Chambon. We chose half board. Saturday August 12, 2023 in the evening there was only the truffade menu available and not the alternative triple dessert menu indicated in the description of the hotel's website (this could have been useful if a person does not like potatoes and charcuterie). We were able to admire the annual fireworks that evening from the terrace.

Beautiful stage than the lake Chambon. The hotel has an ideal location. The rooms are simple and comfortable. We were very well received. Good restaurants and hearty breakfasts. We recommend.

We rented an apartment. The interior was very good, clean, comfortable bedding, everything necessary. The location was also very good. The only problem is that there is a smell of fuel throughout the apartment. By asking at the reception, I am told that they know and it is because of the ventilation of the toilets which comes out at the level of the fuel tank and that they can do nothing...

Hello, a beautiful hotel and in itself a beautiful room. Too bad it was only about 13 degrees when we got there....Once a little warmed up, we had to go outside to ask for batteries for the remote control which didn't work. It would be appropriate to check the rooms before the arrival of customers. Finally, impossible to adjust the water in the shower which went from cold or hot even by moving the button millimeter by millimeter, we could not shower or our little one so it was hot or cold. The meal was good even if we would have preferred to be able to eat a truffade, a typical dish from the area, rather than the imposed menu in the half-board. We are disappointed especially that when we share our inconvenience, even if the person apologizes, there is not a small gesture and we pay full price for having been cold and not having been able to shower us and our little was not entitled to a second croissant at breakfast. I pass on cheese at lunch with a rancid taste. Really disappointed. Angelique Grisonnet.

Everything was perfect - only a small thing to improve in case of closing - clearly indicate where the door is with the code luckily someone arrived because we addressed the hotel by him even though the door closed is to the left of the restaurant - not very serious but to report

Very friendly and caring staff. Room very good. Simple catering, good but not too refined Not too much choice in the dishes. Simple breakfast, a little limited in choice, but hey it's correct.

After a small a priori at the start because the room is a bit "old-fashioned" (that being said, it corresponds to the photos), honestly we had a great night. Comfortable bedding, necessary equipment present. Meals and breakfast, good value for money.

The hotel is in a very nice location and the view of the lake and the mountains is terrific. Friendly reception and service, clean rooms with very good beds and pillows. Good restaurant with regional ingredients and specialties in the house. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautifully located with a view of the lake. The room is classic with very good bedding. The restaurant offers affordable and excellent menus, not to mention the breakfast and its regional products and fresh fruit. We recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Our 3rd floor room without a lift, no shutters on the windows, cramped sanitary facilities, the mediocre restaurant. But, beautiful lake view.

we enjoy regional dishes such as truffade, Auvergne hotpot, sublime duck puff pastries too... a downside: morning coffee and breakfast.... and, plan less warm bedding for spring- summer. AMB

Very friendly welcome and quality of the cuisine. The comfortable room was a bit small, but the view was superb.

Admittedly a little dated, but we are very well received and we eat very well!
