Espace SPA très complet (En plus nous y étions seuls !). Chambres très propres et spacieuses. Le restaurant était en travaux, mais cela n'a pas empêché l'équipe de proposer une prestation d'un très bon niveau (quel plateau de fromages !)

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, restauration de tres bonne qualite, seul le petit dejeuner est normal sans plus, et pour un prix tres raisonnable!
Bref, j'ai beaucoup apprecie cette etape, d'ailleurs j'y suis retourne sur le chemin du retour !

Hello, excellent restaurant deserves stars, the same goes for the table service. The room with these few small defects, which spoils the comfort.

they were not aware of my request for two beds and no table had been reserved for the restaurant. This was still on the reservation papers of Logismen recommends no dessert and my wife got strawberries instead of raspberries

We slept in the outbuilding, there was a musty smell in the entire building. And at night there was a lot of noise from trucks delivering goods. The mattress on the bed was also very hard, a soft topper would work wonders here.

An excellent quiet stopover. Quality bedroom and kitchen. Nice indoor pool. Disappointed with the breakfast. Arrived last, the buffet was incomplete, the indications absent. 10 minute wait for a slice of ham! Only the departure in the morning left us with some regrets, but the establishment is totally recommendable, especially for its restaurant.

Correct

Spacious and well-equipped room (the lounge on the terrace, free access to the swimming pool are extras). We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and professional service throughout our stay. We had opted for the half-board package and we were not disappointed: 3-course gourmet menu with the possibility of supplements (wine and cheese pairing). The dishes served delighted us. We will come back !

On room basis at 98 eu. Good Qte/price ratio and good reception. Disappointed not to have taken advantage of the pool when I arrived (maybe late 18.45).

The room we had was adequate rather than comfortable but had everything you need for an overnight stay. The restaurant was very good with a nice choice of options on the menu. Wine list excellent.

Despite the wonderfully available massage services and the very well-run restaurant serving delicious meals, the overall services of this spa hotel are not up to par. The organization is approximate, the rooms and the equipment are in poor condition and do not allow a calm and peaceful stay. In addition, the staff too often absent or overwhelmed. To avoid if you come for something other than massages or the restaurant.

Room functional, fine for 1 night. Unfortunately only very bad telephone network. Free WiFi with reasonable signal strength. Very good restaurant with competent service. Unfortunately very manageable (French) breakfast. No cold cuts, just cheese and sweets. Good location, large and free parking lot in front of the hotel.

Good reception, very fast. The room allocated, for people with reduced mobility, is large. Unfortunately, its state of cleanliness left something to be desired (dust accumulating on the furniture and the floor, cobwebs, ..., reported on my departure). The bathroom is a little cleaner, but its fittings are aging. The restaurant offers quality dishes, the service is fast and good. Breakfast offers a variety of ingredients, both sweet and savory. The wifi is of good quality to be able to work.

Acceuil trés sympathique, personnel très agréable et serviable, trés bonne cuisine et beau menu. La chambre était trés propre et WC séparé de la SD. avec douche italienne. On est trés content de notre séjour.

First time at the hotel. Would definitely return. Staff welcoming. Appreciated the bowl of water given to the dog.. would have liked more information in the room eg details of time of breakfast,, details and prices of the spa, places to visit nearby and close places to walk the dog.. Fijn hotel op een fijne plek. Spa was een voirssing en heerlijk na een lange reisdag. We sliepen er een nacht op doorreis naar huis. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De gerechten bij het diner waren op hoog culinary level. Franse keuken, dus geen vegetarische gerechten. Interior of the restaurant is gedateerd. Kindermenu was een hamburger met friet. Ontbijtbuffet was niet erg uitgebreid, maar wel lekker met veel streekproducten.

Our experience started off badly, walking into reception I said Bonjour, the three female members of staff ignored me, carried on with their heated conversation until after several minutes the receptionist then acknowledged our presence, booked us in and took us up to our room, with no smile or friendliness. Our room, 14, was stylish but far from clean , when we moved the corner chair a layer of dust , cobwebs and long grass was found and the multi bulbed lamp in the corner had mismatched bulbs. The worst however was the black mild under the toilet rim, obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time, there is no toilet roll holder, and the shower has pink soap scum fur growing on the grout and black mould all around the sealant. The bedding was clean thank goodness. The food at dinner was good, although not quite the fine dining experience we had hoped for, it is obvious the two female waitresses are under strict instructions not to smile or engage with the clientele which is a shame because smiling happy helpfully staff always improves the ambiance , and the client’s experience. We felt it was all style over substance. . We had looked forward to experiencing the Hotel Elegance and Table Distingues but it fell short of our expectations sadly

Noisy hotel day and night. Unjustified spa supplement, lack of towels. Sauna to be turned on either when you arrive. No tea at the herbal tea room. No water fountain at the spa. Cleaning not done 1 day out of 4 The same sheets for 4 days Lack of storage, no drawer or shelves for clothes, yet it is a "comfort" room Execrable atmosphere because of the boss that we intends to grumble with the employees. Summary breakfast. Too bad for this beautiful region that we enjoyed.
