Très bel hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné pour un mariage sur place tout était parfait!

Bonne situation

Arrivée à 18h30 et personne pour accueillir, juste les clés avec un mot posés sur le comptoir.
Chambre grande et confortable mais soucis avec une lampe. Le personnel est venu arranger le soucis.

Au restaurant (comme dans les chambres) un froid de canard. Après questionnemenr aux personnes de la salle, la chaudière est en panne mais va être réparée dans l'heure. Ce n'est pas votre faute mais il aurait été correct d'en informer les clients à leur arrivée...

En salle le personnel à l'air débordé et manque de professionnalisme pour un hôtel ***

Nuit très calme et confortable rien à redire.

A 119€ la soirée étape dans un 3 étoiles, je pensais être reçue avec plus de professionnalisme (reçue même tout court vu l'absence derrière le comptoir)

PERFECT

Having booked online in the afternoon, I showed up at this hotel in the evening. There was no longer anyone at reception. Only the adjoining restaurant was in service. After 15 minutes of waiting, an extra who was in charge of catering ended up telling me that there were no more rooms available. He calls his manager, who 10 minutes later offers me a room in another hotel 15 minutes away. So I cannot comment on this hotel. However, I am still waiting for apologies or regrets for this inconvenience. The extra told me that this kind of situation happens from time to time...

My stay at this hotel was excellent and allowed me to relax after a long train journey. Nothing better than an evening stopover for short business trips. Absolutely preferred.

We have been guests at this hotel in September for several years and we can experience everything with a lot of hospitality from reception to departure. The kitchen serves sophisticated dishes in the evening or for breakfast. The wines are selected and if the staff has some time, you can even chat about this and that. Thanks again at this point.

Restaurant closed on Sunday evening, no breakfast on Monday morning. Information by email only on Saturday. Restaurant and breakfast recommendation very poor. Room facing the garden - means bicycle parking and high hedge facing the neighbor.- No departure formalities, no staff on site. Key on the counter and goodbye.

It's all ok. Gladly again. :)

Very nice hotel, clean, nice decor, breakfast is a bit expensive (14€ / person) the cleaning ladies who come into the room at 9:40 a.m. it's not great since you can leave the room at noon, the soap dispenser in the shower was defective you had to press 3 times to get a few drops, otherwise it's not bad

Perfect for our bike ride between Alsace and Germany. Only disappointment, the restaurant was closed, and it was part of our selection criteria for this hotel.

We have not been warned that there was no breakfast on Monday morning than on Sunday which is not correct and on Sunday the rooms are not cleaned, without there being a reduction in the price .

Home absent or non-existent, permanently closed so if a customer had not left the hotel impossible to have the door code. The only strong point is the bedding.
