Les communs et les chambres sont entièrement rénovées, très belle réalisation !
Lumières indirectes, qualité des matériaux, c'est très agréable. J'aurais aimé un peu de déco dans la chambre (photos, tableaux) mais c'est un détail ;)
Le petit déjeuner est complet, on peut déplorer quelques produits "sous plastique", mais il y a aussi des produits frais, gâteaux maison, salade de fruits, l'ensemble est très correct. Le personnel est agréable et professionnel, c'est appréciable.

Très bel accueil, aussi bien de l'extérieur que du personnel de réception. Calme.

Upon arrival, Friday 8 March, we were greeted by a very pleasant and charming man on reception. We had a lovely meal at which the waiting staff were also very happy and helpful. The room represented good value for money.

Hôtel très bien situé, calme. L'hôtel doit être très sympa en été avec la végétation et les fleurs. Très belle promenade à pieds autour du lac à côté de l'hôtel.

Excellent hôtel, personnel très accueillant, chambre confortable, en conclusion, je recommande.

At the foot of the Plan d’eau de Briey site, this hotel complex is a ray of sunshine! Magnificent establishment! A superb garden. Catering, room, taxi service, everything is impeccable and remarkably professional! Everything driven by Spitoni father and son, an establishment that I highly recommend!! Excellent value for money!! Magnificent rooms renovated!

Charming hotel and very pleasant welcome: the team is keen to welcome customers with as much help as possible. Quality restaurant. Free private parking is a plus. I hope I can stay longer next time.

The ASTER hotel, in Briey, was recently renovated: the rooms are beautiful, welcoming and comfortable and, faced with a reservation difficulty caused by me, the reception team very efficiently resolved the problem. This was the 8th time in a few years that I stayed at this hotel, which also has a good restaurant.

We stayed Sunday evening, we hadn’t realised the restaurant would be closed. Short walk to a bar with food. Rooms fine, plenty of parking. We arrived after reception had closed, before 6pm. Telephoned and they explained how we could get a key and access the hotel. There is a small bridge over the river to the hotel entrance, next to that is a machine, put your name or booking number in and pay by card. A door card key and receipt come out gives you access. That gardens looked very nice but we had to get away first thing so did not access them

Funny hotel in a nice place. Located a bit outside Metz (-(20 minutes) but it is worth it. Especially on a nice day.

We liked a lot of things about this hotel except the fact that we weren't notified that there was a wedding. That said, the front desk manager did everything to find us an alternative. Finally, we dined on the spot and were not very disturbed.

Marriage just below us without being notified. Loud music until 4 a.m.

Everything great, good kitchen

Beautiful location and hotel. Fine dining in the evening was just what we were looking for. The standard of that food was exceptional and highly recommended.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Rooms were also amazing and clean. The breakfast was tasty and overall we had a very comfortable and easy experience.

Very nice hotel where we found what we were looking for, located in a beautiful setting. One small remark about the AUX ARCADES restaurant adjoining the hotel. Beautiful setting and very good cuisine. But during service, the bottle of wine was brought to the table...and then no member of staff took care of it, despite the fact that I called twice for help. Finally, after hailing the only member of the service who appeared to me to be a professional, he complied and to apologize brought us back a 1/2 bottle of the same wine. Hiatus probably due to the fact that almost all of the service is provided by young people, probably students. The cause ? Difficulty finding staff after the covid crisis?

Very nice establishment, lots of charm. Great welcome and very nice staff. Only small downside a kettle and a small fridge would be welcome. We will return with great pleasure.

Wir haben im Hotel Aster einen Zwischenstopp gemacht. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, das (frisch renovierte Zimmer) angenehm. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Unser Menü war ordentliche Hausmannskost, keine kulinarische Überraschung. Bei der Größe der Portionen werden wir in jedem Fall das nächste Mal a la carte essen. Und ein nächstes Mal wird es sicher geben, den der Ort und das ganze Tal waren eine positive Überraschung, sogar im Winter bei -5 (!) Grad.

Superb tastefully renovated rooms, very comfortable bedding

Room refurbished we appreciated a lot simple and clean. Tv not working properly and very small. Very small towel to be able to go around our Corp. No bathrobes either. We hadn't taken pajamas used to traveling the world, this is the first time this has happened to us. Quality bedding, very functional bathroom. Too bad the entrance is a real smoking room. Every time we went in or out, we had to pass through the smoking crowd.

Decent accommodation, good bedding, .Unfortunately room not air conditioned and poorly soundproofed. But great restaurant, half-board, very good starter buffet, very good local wines at reasonable prices and above all a very warm welcome. Good breakfast.

Good value for money and very pleasant staff

Terrible I had to drive through fair visiting people, accompanied by law enforcement officers. At the entrance gate, a man from a taxi van is standing inside the gate, who let me drive in. I was tired from a long drive, get the key from that man, I wanted to eat and have a drink for dinner, but reception and terrace were closed due to the fair, but I could go to an Italian restaurant or a brasserie when visiting the fair, the taxi driver told me! Ok I carried my suitcase up the stairs alone, I am 70 years old and I am on my way through fairground people to the restaurants, but all when closed! Without something to eat or drink, I wanted to look for another hotel. It was now half past six and I had already driven 500 kilometers. I only arrived at one of the Valk hotels through back roads in Arlon. There I had a cheapest room for the double rate and could still have dinner on arrival at 9 pm. Arrived in the Netherlands very tired yesterday. Terrible!
