why some less complimentary comments: too little lighting in the room to read a book. A stool is missing in the bathroom. The hairdryer is fixed very high. For the rest, we are delighted and we will come back

We booked Hotel Arnold but we were sent to a different location up the street up a very steep hill.with no information on how to gain access.

Very nice hotel. Very good staff. There are no loungers in the SPA area and it is too loud when children are present.

Room was comfortable, a little disappointed not to be in main hotel as was unaware of this fact. Could do with tea and coffee in the room and the shower being fitted to the wall. Difficult not to flood bathroom which is then left with slippy floor.
Breakfast very busy but plenty of choice and was replenished often .

Booked soiree stage. Initially a room with small windows. After paying 8 euros, I received a room with a balcony. There was a large pine tree here, so there was little view. Bathroom had a shower in the bath, without a shield, so the bathroom floor was wet after showering. During the week it is not possible to have a drink anywhere, except from the minibar

Disappointing - simply put. The welcome and the service in the restaurant in the evening were perfect, the catering a little disappointing, and the welcome in the morning I dare not say what I think.....we simply won't come back.

A spa hotel that I highly recommend, a truly beautiful setting, very very welcoming hosts, just magnificent

I have been very disappointed. Following an announced gluten intolerance, the same pre-packaged rusks were served for breakfast throughout the stay, excluding. This is completely loveless and unnecessary, you can buy gluten-free baked goods (bread and rolls) everywhere.

First experience in this establishment and what a surprise! Everything was perfect ! The welcome, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast, the restaurant located next door... The hotel is very well located, and allows you to enjoy the surrounding villages in a practical and pleasant way. Truly a memorable weekend.

Very nice Alsatian hotel in a magnificent setting. One night stay in the evening stopover, very well received, large functional and quiet room. Very good table (even if the menu is imposed) in a cozy restaurant. At breakfast cold meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries etc, and special mention for the bread! Several car parks available.

Superb establishment with a magnificent view! The staff are helpful and warm. Our room was perfect (decor, equipment, balcony, view, cleanliness). We have not been to the SPA, so no opinion. Only downside: the orange juice that was not in a hurry. But that's just a detail.

I thank the hotel for its warm welcome and its little attentions (water, sweets) The SPA area was very pleasant, well laid out and with a beautiful view. Tastefully decorated room with comfortable bed.

Friendly welcome and family atmosphere. Possibility to eat nearby which is very comfortable after a day of sightseeing.

We were especially disappointed by the wellness area: tiny pool and no jacuzzi and all that for the sum of 16 euros per person! Especially since we had come from another less expensive home, which had included a magnificent relaxation area in the price.

We are very satisfied, all the staff are very friendly and very attentive. The wifi did not work in the first room (N°8) which had a bathtub that did not allow you to take a shower, we were able very easily and kindly to change rooms the next day, losing the view of the vineyards, for a view of the parking lot and the woods, but with shower and wifi. The spa pool area is also very pleasant but sometimes a little crowded which is also logical in the event of a major holiday, the hotel was full. The meals were excellent and very well served. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back. We also took advantage of the bicycles for a superb ride.

Very nice hotel. It is perfectly located, in a beautiful quiet village, and close to the North-South axis which crosses Alsace. Excellent value for money, I recommend it.

Very nice place and amazing staff

Regulars of the establishment for several years, we were very disappointed to have a so-called "charming" room without separate toilet. We think that with a toilet in the bathroom, we can no longer speak of a charming room. I will specify it during a possible next reservation.

Hotel located in a beautiful village. The welcome is warm and smiling. The size of the triple room we had is a bit tight if you are staying there for a few days. But for one night, it's enough. The bedding is of good quality.
