Équipe très sympathique et agréable malgré notre arrivée en plein mileiu service (restaurant).
Straddling the Franco-Swiss border, this establishment is warm and welcoming. We strongly recommend it both for its history and its geographical position and for the quality of its meals. A big thank you to the owners and employees of this hotel who are constantly caring.
It is a very nice hotel: large and comfortable room, beautiful bathroom. Very generous evening meal, very reasonable service times. Pleasant staff. Hearty breakfast too
Friendly, family hotel. Comfortable room, practical bathroom and good catering. Decor adapted to its location on the Swiss border. An establishment to recommend
Fantastic !! Everything comes together in this hotel restaurant.. the welcome..the originality of the place, the comfort and the excellent restaurant..the Swiss fondue with morels is not the same!! To discover absolutely
The staff as a whole was very welcoming whether in the restaurant or at the hotel. The dish I took at the restaurant was very hearty and very good!
Sleeping on the border between France and Switzerland, this is an original hotel run by the same family for several generations. Nothing to reproach whether it is the reception, the bedtime or the restoration, only happiness Without forgetting to point out the kindness and the good humor of the various hostesses. Whether for one night or several days, your stay in these places will leave you with good memories!
Everything was perfect, from booking to departure, a very good welcome, flexible, good food in the restaurant, a pleasant room! THANKS
Hello We come to your establishment each time we pass through the region. We appreciate the welcome and the catering service. See you soon
Really on the Swiss border. Lying down, we have our feet in France and our heads in Switzerland. It's funny !
To discover Arbézie (small principality), do not hesitate to book a room at the Franco-Swiss hotel: a guaranteed change of scenery (all-wooden chalet room), warm welcome, excellent and hearty local restaurant.
Very special hotel with an interesting history right on the border of France and Switzerland, so that even your bed is in two countries. During the Second World War, refugees could enter Switzerland via the first floor.
Exceptional hotel, interesting atmosphere
We had a wonderful stay
cozy ! we were satisfied!
Original by its situation, and its typical aspect. Warm and attentive welcome. Ease of parking
Very nice hotel with historical background
We only stayed for the fun of sleeping in a room on the border, so our feet were in France and our heads in Switzerland. Despite this, it is actually a nice hotel. Traditional with wood panelling, photos on the wall, newspaper stories about the border hotel and so on. The hotel is a little worn around the edged, but it's also somewhat updated, with TVs and hairdryers in the rooms, wifi, etc.
Our room was a bit small, but fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was really good. Plenty of space to store our bags. Our view was over the border between the two countries.
Staff are very friendly and speak French and English.
Our dinner was quite nice, a traditional Swiss melted cheese dish and breakfast was buffet style, but enough for us. Be aware, there's only one other restaurant up the hill and it may not be open. So choosing a half board option is a good idea. There's only one other souvenir/convenience store in the village.
There's some border markers on the hotel and the street outside to take photos of as well.
Payment is in Euro and if you need to connect to a phone network, Orange F is available.
