Restaurant à l'Etoile

Bon Hôtel. Accueil très sympathique avec circuit pour courir, SPA très performant et très joli, petit restaurant mais de très bonne qualité, petit déjeuner varié avec de très bons produits. Petit bémol sur les chambres avec un besoin de rafraîchissement et une isolation pas au top. Je recommande tout se même.

Very disappointed with the menu in the evening stopover Entry and low-end dessert (dry tabbouleh with 4 frozen prawns / rice pudding) / fish with lots of bones and a sauce that was much too salty I had very good memories of this establishment there a few years ago .... the annex of the hotel remains a very pleasant place .... the restoration much less !!!

Hello, It was Christmas excusable, but if we ask for a reduced mobility room often also people who do not benefit from the best sleep ..... we had a lot of noise until 3:00 am. For the SPA you have to cross the road, whereas we expected to have this room in the same building, in this case accessible by exiting the bath. In the room no bathrobe??

Typical Alsatian place, charming, cozy where the magic of Christmas reigns… Excellent typical cuisine and helpful and very pleasant staff.

To have modern rooms, you have to ask to be in the extension.

The reception was satisfactory, however we were disappointed by the quality of the rooms and the fact that the swimming pool is outside the accommodation. The fact that the spa and swimming pool closes at 8 p.m. also did not satisfy us!!!

Séjour dans la partie historique de l hôtel (il y a aussi une partie plus récente), la chambre était …. Historique.. mais la literie exceptionnelle.

I strongly advise against. The room is really small and in a sorry state, it looks like time has stopped a long time ago. Wall and carpet with stains. All very old fashioned. We stayed barely 20 minutes before returning the keys. Really not a pleasant place with the restaurant and the spa separate from the hotel, really impractical and the receptionist who almost yells at us when we tell her that we want to leave. I've done hotels but ones like that I've never really seen.

Thais is à lovely small Hotel. Located in a small village, the nights are very quiet. There is a spa, which we didn’t use. We came, and not for the first time, for their excellent food. Small but nice and clean rooms, top value for money!

Professional stay. Couldn't take advantage of the Spa. What a pity. Very good hotel with air-conditioned room appreciated during my stay. Sufficiently spacious bathroom. Clean set. Good breakfast. I keep the address for my next trips in the area.

We have been regulars at L'Etoile for 10 years, still under the Bruckmann family. The rooms are very different, this time we unfortunately had a very small room under the roof without a balcony with a small window, but the air conditioning worked well. However, the WiFi was useless here. Perhaps a repeater or something similar would be appropriate. In the bathroom there was still a towel from the previous guest hanging behind the door, a no-go for me in Corona times. I find carpeting in the room really unhygienic and there were some dusty shelves on the shelves too. Wouldn't have existed "before". But the restaurant was great as always, beautiful dishes that tasted delicious. But if you want to eat 3 courses, the main courses are a bit too big, and we are really good eaters :-) Nevertheless, a nice stay, but there are a few small adjustment screws to optimize. For example, it would be nice if there was more choice at the breakfast buffet. A few scrambled eggs with ham or similar would be nice, beer ham for breakfast, well, on Sundays there was still raw ham. And maybe oatmeal, or real muesli and not just these sugar bombs. The staff is really great, very friendly and attentive, and the new boss does his job very well.

The rooms are comfortable, the dinners correct, and above all the spa is spot on!
