Restaurant Family Hôtel

très bonne surprise pour cet hébergement de deux nuits. très bon accueil de l'ensemble du personnel, chambre spacieuse et confortable, diner tout à fait satisfaisant .Nous avons pu aussi bénéficier de la piscine, tout cela pour un prix intéressant. Le rapport qualité/ prix est excellent.
l'établissement est bien situé sur la route du Lioran avec un parking et le wifi gratuit. nous reviendrons certainement à l'occasion.

GOOD hotel, the rooms for 4 people are practical. there is a real fridge in the room. (but suddenly we hear it). A toaster is missing for breakfast in the morning. We didn't have time to test the facilities.

This hotel lives up to its name very well! Friendly welcome. Room with balcony and lovely relaxing view. Cleanliness at the top! Correct and plentiful breakfast.

Insufficient soap and gel products

Good hotel, several of us left, however the price difference between the 3 people was not negligible! I paid much more than the others, 15€ difference for the same room, same service

2 single beds with a children's bunk bed are not suitable for 3 adults. The bedding needs to be reviewed. It is imperative to equip the rooms with air conditioning, it is vital in times of heat wave! Insufficient markup and hours of access to swimming pool/jacuzzi. Hotel aging, stuffy and extremely noisy .. we are very disappointed with our stay in relation to our memories of a few years ago ...

Comfortable hotel. However, the rooms facing the very busy street become noisy if the windows are open. In this period of heat wave, it would be good to be able to cool off in the rooms...

Comfortable hotel, located near the center of Vic; Very nice home; in summer, avoid rooms facing the street (the window insulates well from traffic noise, as long as it is closed...). "Family" restaurant.

Hotel 2 stars but which is worth 3 easily because of its facilities: tennis, large indoor swimming pool and large outdoor swimming pool, Magnificent garden with trees... Decent room in short, we are delighted with our stay and the friendliness of the staff

A very nice "aging" hotel but with quality services in a family atmosphere. It is very well soundproofed. BE CAREFUL the catering prices are high if you are only there for one or two days!

Everything was perfect

An exceptional stay in a charming hotel! Pleasant and very present staff! I recommend this establishment for a short or long stay!

Our room was spacious, clean with a nice bathroom, separate toilet, and good bedding. Good breakfast also and correct evening meal (the wine in pitcher is perfectible). Beautiful view from the window overlooking a wooded park.

In its own juice, the hotel remains well maintained and very clean. However on our arrival, the reception is cold and without advice. We are obliged to insist on knowing the breakfast times. When we ask for advice on restaurants in the village... no more answers, we manage! The breakfast does not keep its promises and the best tables are reserved for the usual "residents". What about new customers? We won't be back!!!

Aucun accueil ni présentation des diverses activités (horaires piscines, prêts de raquettes etc...)
Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, murs et portes sales (traces d'urines sur porte toilettes) ...
Pas de proposition du petit déjeuner, et lorsque l'on demande les menus pas un mot mais on nous tend le menu et nous laisse seuls...
Matelas du lit principal de bonne qualité, mais lits superposés de mauvaise qualité et bruyants.
L'établissement nécessite un rafraîchissement, et les hôteliers un peu de courtoisie...

Had a great week with family hotel. The staff seems a bit rough at first, but ultimately everyone is super friendly and helpful. We will go back there.
