Nous avons pris l'habitude depuis une dizaine d'années de séjourner à l'hôtel des Templiers lors de nos déplacements et apprécions toujours ce cadre si agréable et reposant, le calme de ce lieu et des chambres ainsi que l'accueil qui nous est réservé à chaque passage.

Food was good although the presentation of some dishes (in particular our dessert) was poor and therefore not appealing to the taste at all.

Très belle découverte dans une magnifique région ! L'hôtel est placé le long d'une rivière, c'est très dépaysant. L'espace bien-être est top avec un hammam, un spa et jacuzzi extérieur donnant sur le cours d'eau...un moment magique ! L'accueil et le personnel est bienveillant. Le menu est soigné et très bon!
Juste un petit bémol, dans la salle de bain, il y avait une odeur d'égout qui provenait de la douche et avons apprécié le geste (apero offert)pour ce désagrément.

Im Erdgeschoß gibt es zwei behindertengerechte, geräumige Appartements mit Holzboden, sehr schön!

Comme j'ai déjà répondu à cette enquête pour cet établissement que je fréquente régulièrement, du moins chaque fois que mes déplacements professionnels me le permettent, tout est au top, et si le paradis existe, je suis sûr qu'il est ici.
La nouveauté cuisine est vraiment une réussite, bravo.
Bref ! Pas besoin d'étoiles, vous faites bien mieux que d'autres qui en ont.

Cadre idyllique. Très retrait ant tout près de vezelay et de la pierre qui vire. Tout a été refait avec goût. Accueil parfait. Merci à tous, cuisinier, compris de cet agréable séjour très ressourçant.

Dommage chambre trop petite, mais bon pour une nuit et la nourriture bonne mais simple à part les desserts gouteux.

Wonderful weekend at the Moulin des Templiers. We loved the spa and especially the outdoor jacuzzi by the river. Warm and very professional welcome! We will come back in particular to enjoy the day spa with a view of nature with its large windows! Pleasant setting with fireplace for meals. Correct meal with local products.

Very good time spent at the Moulin des Templiers! The welcome was perfect, with an accommodating team from our arrival to departure. The room was clean with a high quality bed. The products offered on the breakfast buffet are of very good quality with juices & jams from the region. We were also able to take advantage of a slot at the spa (sauna, hammam, Nordic bath), very clean and with space (3 couples max per session)! Thanks to the whole team.

Bautifully placed old restored Mill on the creek of le cousin. Quiet and intemate. Spa overlooking the great natural surrounding and simple well cooked french diner. Breakfast ist overwhelmingly rich with homemade cakes and tarts.... We will go again!
Some windows of the hotelromms face the street which is usually very quiet. Passing cars and motorbikes are very loud though. Book a room away from the street. Once they strip the old carpets in the rooms and hallways, this place will absolutly marveles!

2nd year that we have come to the Moulin des Templiers We returned with friends. The spa area is accessible in the price of the room for 1 hour 10 minutes, outdoor jacuzzi in the middle of nature, very pleasant after a motorbike day. Very warm welcome, friendly and courteous, we will come back.

We have visited this hotel for many years and have always loved the ambiance. Much has been done to improve the quality of the rooms and the addition of the spa is very tastefully done without spoiling the special feel of the 'Moulin'.

We were staying downstares. The people in the appartment above us were loud and you could hear their footsteps.
There was not enough storage for our clothes. Not enough hangers and no shelves. Only a open space in the wall.
We had to have our suitcases lying open on the floor.
We liked the fact that the cleaning of the room was optional, so you don’t have to deal with cleaning ladies ( more privacy)
The location of the hotel is very beautiful! The parking very convenient.
The spa was very nice. Included in the room price. The allowance of 70 minutes per visit is too short. We prefer 90 minutes.

No cuesta lo que vale. Las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, al abrir la puerta uno se choca con la cama. No tienen frigobar siquiera; el spa no lo pudimos usar dado que es muy pequeño y no tenían lugar para darnos turno. Pagamos el doble de lo que vale un hotel similar en la zona. Si bien el entorno es lindo nos pareció muy caro por lo que es.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for work. The place is relaxing and the quality/price ratio satisfactory.

Beautiful location. Very small room, 2 out of 3 days no WiFi and no umbrellas, steep stairs, worn out bed. Bad service: if you arrive at 3:30 p.m., you should wait in front of the reception until Madame has finished her nap. Unbalanced price-performance ratio. No recommendation.

The hotel is correct, the value for money is not up to par compared to other hotels in the Logis de France. I could not try the SPA because there was no more space. I'm a little disappointed with the evening meal because it was very simple (a salad, a bowl of pasta with some cold cuts, some cheese that I didn't take and the dessert was good). What is missing is a traditional cuisine that warms. The parking lot is not tarred, the shoes are quickly dirty with dust. There is no decent gsm network, wifi is too slow and impossible to work to send some emails and make quotes. The breakfast is very good, only from 7:30.

It's a great location, so relaxing and picturesque. The spa is super nice and the staff is super sweet. The place was affordable, good breakfast although I wish they had less products from the super market and more of what they made like the juices. But otherwise amazing stay.

Because I read only rave reviews I wanted to describe my experience. No it's not the best. Prices that change on the reservation sites, price differences depending on the rooms for a few M2 more but really really not much. A correct Spa without more. A slightly expensive dinner .... Only positive note, breakfast: for 17 euros, enjoy. And to finish the addition: I did not understand .... I do not recommend.

Excellent three-night stay on site, in the heart of autumn. Welcoming team, magnificent location and many visits to do around (not to mention hiking). The SPA experience is very successful, 1h20/night of pure relaxation with only 3 rooms at the same time. The rooms are quite small but the common areas (terrace, living room) where you can relax make up for this lack of space. We will come back without hesitation, thank you! Julia

Great welcome. Perfect SPA area. Excellent breakfast. Only big downside: tiny rooms and especially very badly soundproofed: noise of footsteps, doors, flushing. We do better in terms of soundproofing even in low-end chain hotels. It is not a haven of peace and tranquility as sold on the website.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, organization at the top! Everything was perfect, a treat for a quiet bucolic relaxation. Tastefully decorated room, very comfortable bedding with good pillows to fall asleep with the little birds (take your binoculars, it's really worth it). Hearty breakfast and homemade products in a dining room typical of the region. We took advantage of the board games made available to play on the garden terrace facing the river, really nice. Since I discovered this establishment located at the entrance to the Cousin valley, I always come back with pleasure knowing that I would have a good time there. Wir waren drei Tagen im Châteaux et Demeures Le Moulin des Templiers.
Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
Die Angestellten sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und alle Zutaten kommen aus der Region und sind Saisonal.
Preis/Leistung stimmt hier.

Ein kleines Minus gibts für den SPA:
Massagen konnten keine mehr vor Ort gebucht werden, war alles ausgebucht. Das sollte man am besten schon während dem Buchungsprozess erledigen. Den Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Hotpot konnten wir benutzten. Da für uns der SPA hier nur als supplement war, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.

Great place to stay and get away for a few hours or some days. This establishment is very well placed and keeps all its promises. I strongly recommend coming to Moulins Des Templier. The welcome from the staff is very pleasant and with a kindness that you don't see everywhere, I would be very happy to come back to this establishment which did me a world of good.

Room are somewhat little but comfortable, interior are surprisingly very modern, spa (to be reserved) was excellent even if hammam not so hot, breakfast was good but quite expensive

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Spa is very simple with reserved times all explained in English and French respectively. Message and Reiki must be booked at least 10 days in advance. Eating outside by the river in summer is lovely. The rooms are all fairly new. Very limited number of rooms. In summary, live like God in France and very romantic!

Atypical place, surprising on arrival, but you quickly feel at ease. Relaxing place, very quiet, the small river with trout, tits. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Alright. But, we do not live in a perfect world, therefore, I regret a little that the style/decoration of the rooms is not in harmony with the style of the mill, and finally, more embarrassing for my taste, the view from the tables on the terrace during the dinner on the spa with people who "soak". A breeze seen, plants, etc. would be welcome. I think people who use the spa would enjoy it too.

Very nice place to unwind. The calm and charm of the place will appease you. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness and their availability. We had already come in May, and our 2nd stay seduced us as much. The spa, the evening meal and the breakfast are real pluses.

We have stayed here before and it is lovely, great position, lovely food especially the breakfasts. Staff polite and friendly but very welcoming. lovely setting by a the river cousin. Very tranquil.

Very nice experience in this beautiful, relaxing place. Hearing Cousin's water flowing, the birds singing, there's nothing like relaxing. If you want to enjoy an ultimate moment of well-being, do not hesitate to take advantage of the SPA! We were very well received by hosts attentive to their customers. They are also good advice to discover the surroundings !! I highly recommend!

The tempeliers small room is Verg small, a bit too for usconsidering the price.

A nice setting for a relaxing and calm moment. The spa in the middle of nature, a real delight for the rest of the soul and the spirit.

Très bel endroit immergé dans la nature, le spa est très agréable, le personnel est très gentil, et le petit déjeuner très bon. Nous étions avec nos deux enfants dans la.chambre, petite et prix élevé.

The quality/price ratio does not reflect reality in view of what the hotelier offers. I find that the room offered (family room) is overpriced compared to the price paid. No air conditioning, very little space in the bedroom, a large bed for the parents and a BZ for the children (280€ per night all the same). Very good evening meal, very good breakfast, excellent SPA.

Very disappointing quality of service and accommodation. No friendliness from the waitresses. No sense of the customer. Mixed welcome. Upon departure, once the "salty" note paid, no more friendliness from the receptionist. His last line; "Well don't come back!" Very small family room, very basic considering the price, no soundproofing, unguarded parking... The list of complaints would be too long, like in a bad movie! I therefore stop here the enumeration of the problems encountered. In short, very bad way to end our long vacation. Luckily it was only a one night stopover on the way back...

It is a fabulous establishment for a pure moment of escape. I enjoy going back there, it's a first for me to go more than twice to the same place. So we feel good there.

The setting is great and the team really welcoming and accommodating on schedules. I stayed at this hotel as part of a business trip, the "evening stopover" formula includes the room, breakfast, dinner and .... 1h20 of SPA! The meals are offered with local products, the rooms are spacious, the setting is magnificent... nothing to complain about!

Regrettable. The welcome was cold without a smile or enthusiasm. A very spartan and tiny "superior" room: 9m2 and a windowless bathroom of 4 m2. The price of 200 euros per night is disproportionate to the services offered. A dose of coffee and a ordiller were missing. As for dinner, the imposed menu offered either charcuterie or salmon tagliatelle reheated in the microwave as a direct dish, which affects the quality and freshness of the product. The service in the image of our stay was cold and without any smile. To wonder why we chose this place: well for its exterior and its garden which are indeed very pretty. The spa is very well installed. The photographs of the rooms, however, are misleading.

The price of the room is prohibitive compared to the quality of the room and should be divided by 2: room of a 2 star and price of a 4 star.

We had let ourselves be tempted by the idyllic image of the mill at the water's edge, but we were quickly disillusioned: the overpriced "privilege" room has the sole privilege of letting you hear the flow of all the evacuations of the house... and the restoration is non-existent. We advise you to dine elsewhere.

Always warm and friendly welcome! This is my 3rd stay at this establishment and I am always very satisfied! The room, the SPA, the setting in the middle of nature, the dinner and the breakfast, everything is perfect! Thank you to the whole team who took care of me!

Very quiet place surrounded by nature by the river. Great and very clean SPA. Full breakfast with good products. Simple dinner but very good and affordable. The room is cramped and a bit dated. Not enough space to store our belongings but good quality bedding, we slept very well.

Beautiful and very quiet setting by a river, chosen for this reason. Comfortable room at a high price because very cramped with little possibility of storage. Very friendly welcome.

If I knew this COUSIN valley (from the name of the river that crosses it) discovered a few years ago on a snowy day, I did not know this place. If heaven exists, I believe it is here. Lost between VEZELAY and AVALLON. Rarely seen a place as charming, calm and relaxing as this establishment. From the welcome to the value for money for the services it offers (the price of the spa is included in the stopover formula), the meal and the extreme kindness of the owners, one word to sum up: thank you and bravo!!! 90€ in the evening stopover is a gift Even the simple meal is effective and excellent, all accompanied by a glass of wine (quality local production) As for breakfast, unheard of. Only fresh and healthy products In short!!!! Excellence has a name Above all do not change anything I will return in a private setting and with a little more time to devote to it

The hotel is beautiful and the staff really very friendly and take care of you.

Check-in at very limited times is not up to the standard of your price range. We had to drive around until 4 pm (earliest check-in time). When we returned most of other guests have already checked in and we were not sure, whether they took also the first choice of rooms. (we were back exactly at 4pm).
The staircase to the room is not comfortable. Fortunately the ladies running the show there were very helpful, but the view of ladies having to carry heavy luggage is not realy pleasant.

A refreshing stay in a magnificent place 🤩

Adorable welcome, lovely place, charm and absolute calm. Very pleasant exterior.

Very disappointed with the staff despite the idyllic setting. The owner of the hotel not smiling, not tolerable towards his customers. And let's not even talk about the staff. A bad-tempered employee disrespected us by speaking to us in very very familiar ways, in addition to the gesture of her hands during all the discussions. Just because we didn't turn on our music, which disturbed absolutely no one, we were alone. The non-private spa! The water of the Jacuzzi not hot no signs of indications or prohibition which prohibits to consume or smoke whereas we are in full nature. Disappointed, I do not recommend this establishment, which calls itself a Spa hotel, except that in reality it is a nursing home.
