I regularly stay at this establishment during my business trips to Besançon and it is always a particularly enriching experience. You stand out in relation to the character of the building, the service qualities of your staff and their professionalism, the originality of the decoration, the products offered but also in relation to the prices charged. You know how to take care of your guests. It is a real pleasure to benefit from your know-how...

I will no longer take a Prestige room, which is not worth the price difference. Very noisy Prague room. Inconvenient shower,

Still the best evening stopover ever in France, and this stay after stay... Bravo for your consistency!

A preferred hotel for entomology enthusiasts!! An impressive quantity of insects living or not in the room. So I go to see the receptionist, who is also probably passionate about flies and other bedbugs, who explains to me that it's all completely normal. If it ever bothers me I have the right to remove them... Is this a prank? Unfortunately no... Never again!!

Everything is perfect as always

Beautiful grounds, evening meals and breakfast are very good. On the other hand, the price of drinks... A bottle of Coke for 7.50! That's the price of a glass of wine. An espresso for 5.50! It's more expensive than in Paris! The redone room, very good, however the single glazed windows, all the outside noises are quite annoying, I'm talking about a stable which is located just below the windows. Overall very good hotel, quality service.

Everything was perfect. A superb setting. A very good team, smile, advice. A divine meal full of finesse. A spacious room.

Breakfast was poor, nothing was refilled, selection was limited. Breakfast only possible on an 8 day, unfortunately we were not informed about this, poor service :-(

The room reserved for two people was in fact designed and equipped for only one. - insufficient equipment (only 1 set of bathroom linen, 1 single armchair, lack of storage space) - no privacy possible (bathroom open to the bedroom, WC without interior closure). Restaurant inaccessible until the end of September (many seminars). Beautiful park (deserves to be better maintained). The “4 star” rating of the establishment does not seem justified.

Excellent evening stopover, with exceptional value for money. And when you can dine on the terrace, it's great. The breakfast is also of high quality!

Stopover evening, SPA available despite late arrival. The welcome is warm. The car park is far from the hotel entrance, you have to unload before parking. The GPS pointed to the entrance at a wrong address which was closed to traffic.

The dinner was very long, it lasted 2 hours while I was in the evening stopover so no surprises at the level of the menu

A total disconnection, this house is really worthy of the name, I had the pleasure of being upgraded to the Gingko cabin and it was a memorable experience. A warm welcome, a beautiful and good restaurant with a renowned chef and the service is more than pleasant.

Special mention to the very good room service. Attentive and professional staff.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful and idyllic setting within a park surrounded by trees. The room was quiet and the quality of the catering both in terms of dinner and breakfast of very good quality. The service was impeccable. The hotel was even kind enough to lend me a phone charger, which I had forgotten.

Always a great pleasure to stay at the Chateau de la Dame Blanche, whether for the quality of the welcome, the comfort of the rooms, the beauty of the place and the absolutely remarkable restaurant.

Every thing is perfect except breakfast. Not that much choice. Same thing every day => Get bored

Very good address, however, some car parks may not be very easy to access (holes), so not easy for very low vehicles. But that's not a problem all the same. On the other hand, the bedroom door is totally ineffective against noise... We have the impression of being in the hallway... Noise from the fire door, sound of footsteps, people talking, etc... ..

Very well appointed treehouse with all modern comforts and a pretty little terrace up high. Access facilitated by an access ramp at the front and a very pleasant terrace at the rear. Just a pity for the road below which fortunately is not very busy. The hut would also need a little cleaning for the dust/cobwebs on the windows and on top of the furniture.

Perfect room, except for the lack of air conditioning (but I had been warned), dinner and breakfast at the top.

Most: - the park of the castle, its calm, the general atmosphere - the very welcoming and very friendly staff - the quality of the catering (evening meal and breakfast as far as I am concerned) - the quality / price ratio minus: - spacious room but aging decoration with office too small - being housed in a different building from the main building, outdoor route between the room and the reception / eating places (pb in rainy weather)

The stay was absolutely perfect. The park and the venerable castle are beautiful. The view of the wide landscape and the grazing horses in front of the room window had a calming and relaxing effect. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and smelled nice. The staff was very friendly and competent and had chosen the accompanying wines for the menu very well. Thanks very much. We'd love to come back.
