Hotel restaurant to recommend! Ideal place in the Basque Country, on the heights of Aldudes, in the middle of sheep and pigs. Magnificent view ! Room very well renovated, clean, good bedding. Top address! The location is quiet, in the heart of the beautiful Aldudes valley. The rooms are clean and well equipped (great detail: the window mosquito net). We are very well received there, we eat quality (products of the valley). Second time coming to Le St Sylvestre, and I know where I will return on my next stay!
