Accueil très sympathique et attentionné; personnel agréable et aimable.
L'établissement est un peu vieillot mais malgré tout très bien entretenu, propre et confortable.
Les plats étaient originaux et très bons.
Petit plus : pour les amateurs de bières, une grande variété de bières d'auvergne très appréciable (et bonnes !)

I have stayed at this hotel previously and it remains a rather nice experience and the welcome is warm and considerate. Although reception is closed on my arrival access still available to our chamber.

' Our room was attractive, decorated in a typical French style and relatively large. Likewise the associated bathroom. A small drawback is that the reception in the hotel is usually only open from 6 p.m. There is no buffet, but breakfast is served at the table.

It's really an adorable and very well-equipped hostel, which has kept its character while offering modern and comfortable facilities: bedding, bathroom, etc. The staff is very welcoming and the meals are of good quality, with local products.

Top-notch welcome, very pleasant rooms, a very good dinner with a chef who knew how to produce a very good and beautiful vegetarian meal. Very complete breakfast with local products including apple juice, yogurts and cheeses.

What more can be said ! We came often and we will come back again for the welcome, the meal, the service, the room and the breakfast. Everything is perfect and excellent!

We loved our short stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed; the restaurant was good value for money and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. If you visit Montsalvy stay here!
