This was the first year we missed air conditioning in this hotel as it was extremely hot and humid. We have been staying here since the 1980s and never had that sort of weather. We left our balcony door open as much as possible but the next door occupants smoked on their balcony so we had to keep closing the door as the smoke came into our room. Perhaps no smoking rooms should include the balconies too!

L'accueil est très chaleureux, le cadre magnifique seules remarques la poussière sous les lits nous étions dans un petit chalet et le matelas trop mou.
A découvrir, de plus il y a de nombreuses activités à faire dans la région.

L’hôtel est situé dans un superbe cadre, près des montagnes, non loin des Grottes de Bétharram et Chapelle Notre Dame de Bétharram (30 min a pieds). Superbe accueil, personnel et responsables adorables et à l'écoute. Repas excellent !!! Très belle vue depuis le balcon.

Le prix relativement élevé de la restauration reste le coté négatif de notre séjour.

Nous tout aimé dans cet établissement mais l accueil de la propriétaire et la disponibilité de de son équipe font que le côté humain est mis en avant et donne l’envie de revenir dans établissement pour y séjourner.

Marie Pierre treated us like family. She helped us to celebrate my birthday and even provided me with a Cortosteroid ointment for a problem I had as a result of brushing up against some stinging nettles on the Camino. It was a lovely end to our first day on the Camino from Lourdes and a wonderful birthday dinner.

Hotel tenu par une famille. Donc tous très concernés et très accueillant. Une ancienne ferme transformée. Donc, le tout un peu rétro et rafraîchissant : cet hôtel a une âme.

Nos ha encantado el hotel y su ubicación. Apreciamos sobre todo la tranquilidad que se respira y las vistas. El personal muy amable y servicial.En cuanto a la decoracion de la habitación sugerimos cambiar la moqueta ya vieja por un suelo cerámico o parquet.
En el baño preferimos tener ducha a nivel suelo pues la bañera no resulta práctica para gente de edad. Una repisa para los neceseres sería de agradecer.

Hotel muy agradable en un entorno espectacular. Nos alojamos en las cabañas un día y fue perfecto. La cama cómoda, aire ac en la habitación, el baño nuevo y con todo lo necesario. Usamos la mesa y sillas que hay a la entrada de las cabañas para cenar al aire libre y fue muy agradable. No usamos la piscina porque no hacía calor, pero es un punto positivo. Nos gustó mucho alojarnos en el hotel.
Por poner un pero, la cena que tomamos fue rica, pero un poco cara para lo que servían. El desayuno muy bueno.

For me this is the perfect place to stay. It is in a beautiful setting, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and food was good and the overall feeling of the place was wonderful. The grounds were perfect to walk the dogs in. I only stayed for an overnight on my way to my holiday home but would have happily stayed longer.

Hôtel calme et agréable proposant des prestations de qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la nourriture délicieuse. L'accueil est digne de celle qu'on doit retrouver dans un hôtel. Seul le petit déjeuner en terme de choix, pourrait être à mon sens revu.
