If we had known how small and basic the cabin was we would not have booked it. This should have been made clear. Basic equipment eg. A toaster, kettle, normal sized cups and/ or mugs, should have been listed if not ... If we had known how small and basic the cabin was we would not have booked it. This should have been made clear. Basic equipment eg. A toaster, kettle, normal sized cups and/ or mugs, should have been listed if not available.There was no one to contact once we had paid our bill! No phone, wifi, or even a contact in a case of emergency. We were the only people staying there in the middle of te countryside. None of this was expected, it should have been made clear in advance. Madame, Thanks for taking time to answer to the satisfaction request. We apologize that you didn't enjoy our accomodation as you expect to. You booked our roulotte as an insolite accomodation, as descripted on 'booking' and the photos provided on the website show you exactly what is a roulotte. I'm sorry that you didn't understand it as such. You also think it was too expensive but it should be cheaper if you book directly with us (-22%). Actually, our days off are tuesday and wednesday, so we were not here but as I've told you, you can call me on the phone number indicated on the roulotte. I can just advise you to prefer an hotel in town than a roulotte in the countryside. Sincerly Nous vous prions daccepter, Madame, nos plus sincères salutations.
