Hospitality: very good. Silence, comfort, heating. Catering: excellent. Gourmet, hearty dishes. Graceful service, no waiting. Very welcoming boss and boss.

Everything is Excellent and Charming We had an excellent stay in Cantal, radiating from this establishment where everything is authentic far from noise and light pollution (the starry sky and the sunrises are magnificent). We had a great stay at the Relais de la poste in Neuveglise, pleasantly welcomed by an attentive team, the meals are of very good quality. We highly recommend the establishment where we will be happy to return.

Really nice hotel in the middle of the countryside. Our room was huge with a huge bathroom and extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also recommend eating in the restaurant, we had a great meal. It was great that the hotel had a the local aperitif, wine and digestif to accompany the meal.
As an observation, perhaps some of the decor was a little 'tired' but I'm mentioning this just to set expectations, it isn't something that should stop you choosing this as a place to stay
We are generally satisfied. The quality of the restaurant is very good. Our room was spacious and pleasant with good bedding. However, the soundproofing needs to be improved. The breakfast is of good quality but its price is too high. The brochure downloaded from the Internet (excluding booking) is not up to date. Prices do not match and are misleading.
We made remarks during the dinner taken at the restaurant the host, which were not taken into consideration. Overpriced for the quality of service....

Warm and professional welcome. The bathroom is a bit dated but clean and well maintained.
We were warmly welcomed by the managers and their collaborator, all 3 very attentive and professional, while being natural. The family suite is very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped; only small downside with the current high heat, being at a road intersection, you can hear the traffic with the windows open. The traffic is bearable but if you need peace and quiet, a room at the back would be quieter (not the same perspective as a result!) A smile and warm availability are the hallmarks of this very friendly place avrc A very good table Furthermore. Ideal for a traveling stay between Aubrac and Cantal!
