We work as much as possible in short circuits, with producers of Lozere and Aveyron, for the conception of the restaurant we made work our local fabric of craftsman. We recycle our waste and the food for breakfast comes from local agriculture or is home-made.

Nous avons fait une très bonne étape, excellent accueil , la chambre (à revoir peut-être la literie) très propre et bien agencée, repas et petit déjeuner parfait

Very good time from start to finish. The welcome was very professional. The room was nice, just missing a hairdryer. The restaurant was simply excellent, nothing to complain about. The breakfast items were very good, for us it just needed more protein and some vegetables. A stay that we loved!! And a little extra room with a view of the river, magnificent.

Spacious rooms, functional bathroom, all extremely clean. The bedding is of good quality, which allowed us to rest well for this night's stopover. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, where we ate very well (menu). The staff is welcoming and professional. Note that our 2 small dogs were accepted which is a positive point for us. In short, nothing to complain about, a very nice surprise at this hotel restaurant. I recommend

Très déçus par ce logis. Réservation faite depuis 3 mois et on apprend avant notre arrivée que l'hôtel peut nous accommoder pour le souper seulement entre 20h30 et 21h. Ça commence mal. Un hôtel désert presque tout le temps. On a même écourté notre séjour. Seul point positif, la présence de Alexandre qui a su rendre le séjour un peu plus agréable. Il a donné un très bon service, était courtois et répondait à nos questions lorsqu'il ètait prèsent.

Small, poorly soundproofed room.
Avoid rooms facing the street (very noisy even at night). Any food, bland, tasteless. No fresh bread at breakfast (standby bread).
Bed covers too thick and no way to separate. Would be nice to have a sheet. Lady on checkout very unfriendly and not hospitable.
And there’s not so much you can do on a checkout to mess it up 🤷🏼♂️
Separate toilet handy but no way to wash hands there. Don’t like that. You have to touch a lot of things before you can wash your hands.
The family room we had was very good and fine as an overnight stop for the transit. The food against that was a major disappointment, a lot of Poeha was made of it and done if it was a lot, that was certainly not the case. And especially considering what we had to pay for the food, excessive price-quality ratio, in a negative sense, while eating a lot of flies around the table. the food would really be the reason not to come back here

L'hôtel est irréprochable, seul le restaurant laisse à désirer.
Le veau que nous avions choisi est selon le maître d'hôtel servi rosé, le nôtre était plus que saignant et gras.
La salade de l'entrée était en partie fanée et beaucoup de côtes été restées sur les feuilles. Une salade sortie du sachet!!
Nous commendons du vin et nous demandons à l'un des serveurs de quelques cépages il est constitué. Il nous répond qu'il est principalement constitué de jus de raisins. 😂
A bit pricey for what it is. 3 stars, why not, but I've been to hotels with one star less and better equipped rooms. Bathroom whose organization should be reviewed with, for example, access to toilet paper worthy of a contortionist. Decent bedding but could do better. The restaurant is okay. The service is good, pleasant and smiling staff. The setting is nice, on the Lot side. On the other side is the road, quite busy. Campanile level breakfast. Gear to review for toasting bread. Avoid Homday from Gifi, it's rotten...there is good material for hotel professionals. So, we were asked for our opinion.

In the room a nice clean bathroom, bed was lovely and also the view! And I personally love dimmed light. Long shorty short: we had a perfect stay :)

Great hotel with clean and spacious room. Ideal view of the river. Negative opinion on the restaurant. Choice more than reduced.. 2 dishes. (the 3rd being exhausted). Stale bread, inedible. Wine at a prohibitive price. For a menu at 29€50 the minimum would be to have a piece of edible bread. The landlady cannot ignore it because she clears the tables and picks up this bread, which is good for the hens. Really very disappointed because even the dishes remained good but really basic. Unlike many hotels, the arrival of our small dog was charged at 10 €. So disgusted that we didn't have breakfast.

perfectly clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The only downside would be that you should indicate the opening days of the restaurant when booking so that we are not caught off guard if it is closed and if it is a Monday like for us: nothing open in the village of Banassac.

The reason I didn't rate higher is that when we wanted a pre dinner drink all the staff were having their meal before the evening started and we really felt guilty about asking someone for a drink. Excellent stay. Quiet and relaxing place. Only one small downside: the handling of the bed appliques which suddenly lit up in the middle of the night ..... It was enough to find the switch. The car park would benefit from having a few places in the shade.
Despite timely cancellation, the costs were still debited! A request for correction was not answered!!
