Central, quiet hotel. Spacious room and comfortable bedding. However, a refreshment would be worth considering. Plentiful and good quality breakfast. Pleasant staff with the exception of the person who welcomed us. Note a lack of electrical outlets in the room

Very good value for money
Acid burn. During our stay from August 7 to 9, 2023, we were the victim of negligence which could have cost us our lives. During the first breakfast we had booked at the hotel, while eating a slice of bread, an unbearable burning invaded my mouth. The manager of the establishment gave us little credit, certainly imagining that it was an allergy (which I tried hard to dispute). While we were consulting with a doctor who attested to the serious burns on my mouth, the manager informed us that several other customers had also been burned, and that it was acid poisoning, a extremely powerful detergent, used for the maintenance of restaurant ovens. The burn was so intense that I immediately spit out the bread with the acid residue, but what would it have been if we had ingested it? We are almost a month after the accident and my mouth is still burned, my taste buds are still insensitive and it is still impossible for me to eat certain foods. As compensation, the manager reimbursed us for the breakfasts, rather ironic given the fact that these were the very ones that poisoned us and the burns were such that I was obviously incapable of eating the one from the second day. Sad experience unfortunately.
RAS would be perfect with air conditioning and garage. Very good value for money
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were delighted. Everything is there to be well: reception, rooms, relaxation area outside with the swimming pool and the garden, which can be appreciated in very hot weather. Special mention for the restaurant and the breakfast. We recommend this address.

The room lacks soundproofing from the street which was very noisy at night

Perfect location for a stopover or a hiking trip on the Causse. Very clean, comfortable and functional room. Hearty and tasty breakfast. High quality restoration, fine and sought after. Attentive service while being discreet. We couldn't use the swimming pool because we arrived too late, but the equipment is on a terrace, in a charming little garden. Very nice and good establishment.
Charming hotel with a little old-fashioned side but very well equipped, right in the center of town with easy parking, more service, swimming pool and extra breakfast not to be missed. We didn't try the restaurant menu because of old habits in the area, but it felt like it!
Hotel limits in its juice even if we see that efforts have been made. Shower water temperature fluctuates constantly.
Excellent experience. Everything is a success, the welcome, the kindness of the hosts and all the staff, the garden and the swimming pool and especially the restaurant was a very nice discovery which did not make us want to try others on the two evenings of our stay. A great place to try.

Pleasant stay, very friendly welcome, quality bedding, small swimming pool which is nice in the middle of summer. To make it perfect, all that is missing is a small renovation of the rooms and air conditioning.

We came to spend one night in Laguiole and tour the area but also to see/buy knives...lol. This hotel was very nice with a great dinner. The room was very nice and comfortable. No shower in our room but a big tub with shower hose that worked adequately.
