Extreme kindness throughout the stay, cuisine of great refinement. A great happiness
Catastrophic, price announced on the phone higher than that displayed on the site and directly at the reception of the establishment. Room dilapidated, with strong smells of sewage, very noisy. Very expensive compared to the service offered. Unfriendly reception person, no reaction to the fact that we couldn't sleep all night. Bar "guinguette" very expensive for what it is and the 3 wilted carrots/celery are not worthy of the name "tapas". Really disappointing. Worst night and worst attitude we've ever had in our life.
We went there with friends to participate in a relay for an association. The spa was generously offered to us. Pleasant stay
Very pleasant stay with a perfect and attentive welcome. Perfect place to access the Queyras or the Lac de Serre Ponçon.

Very good hotel, the interior fittings of the hotel are very pleasant, the rooms comfortable and very clean. Everything is neat for a reasonable price. It's a pity that one of the staff members doesn't keep his political opinions to himself… we don't necessarily want to start a discussion on pension reform over breakfast!

Booked garden room unavailable due to “cold”, restaurant offered only few dishes due to a group, took an hour to get a drink, room infested with flies. On checkout it did not seem to bother the receptionist that our stay was disappointing and the representation of the hotel and it’s services on the website are not realistic.
A pretentious hotel not at all up to par! To flee !! At 145€ per night you will also have the company of 2 large spiders next to the bed…a bathroom with blackened seams… A restaurant that thinks it is a big restaurant but does not know how to cook a rack of pork and an artichoke . Waitresses putting their fingers in the glasses to set a table. And concerning the guinguette, like the restaurant, it's an organized scam!! Thinking you're eating real tapas, we serve you a charcuterie board with just 1 very thin slice of ham and 6 slices of sausage as thin as a sheet of paper, a piece of caillette, all of this for €14. there is not even 2 € of goods !! We put 4 slices of bread in a basket, these are not tapas!! In short 50€ for nothing to eat! He'd better make pizza, maybe he'd manage to cook it properly! And watch out for the sun lounger by the pool, so old that you're afraid of falling through it! Avoid looking closely at the very dusty decoration of the room! An address not to be recommended! And a very expensive hotel for the service!

The toilets and bathroom are very badly arranged, it is impractical to access the toilet (sneak into the mini bathroom, close the door of this one to be able to open the door of the toilets) It must be fixed. arrange. The restaurant service is not up to the products. More than an hour before the service of the first course. Smiling is an option for many waitresses.

Very disappointed by the fact that the hotel is so close to the road without a noise insulating wall as much in the room as in the garden. Very pleasant garden with vegetation.
