I have come to the Hôtel Le Fleuray several times now and the welcome is always impeccable. I also recommend the restaurant: the chef always knows how to surprise and delight us.
Perfect, very quiet environment and beautiful view, and a very warm welcome with attentive staff. Excellent restaurant and perfect for breakfasts. We also benefited from a very nice upgrade. The only possible problem is that the wifi from the room (Cerisier) is unfortunately either inaccessible or with extremely low speeds, fortunately compensated by perfect 4G coverage.

's morgens was er na tussenkomst van het poetspersoneel een probleem met de lavabo - water liet niet weg - die ook nog 's morgens gemeld is aan de verantwoordelijke 1 (man) van de receptie; bij terugkeer van een daguitstap 's avonds was er niks veranderd m.a.w. het probleem niet opgelost; nog gemeld die avond aan verantwoordelijke 1 (vrouw) met als antwoord dat er niemand meer te bereiken was; 's anderdaags is het probleem opgelost; achteraf - ook niet bij uitchecken - geen verontschuldigingen van verantwoordelijke 2; bij uitchecken werd ook niet gevraagd of we tevreden waren van het verblijf

A one night stay whilst travelling from Calais to the Pyrenees. This hotel was not far from the autoroute.
Rural location, remote and quiet, perfect! Nice pool for a dip after a 45km bike ride round the local vineyards when average temperature was 38 degrees C. Restaurant was excellent, superb dinner and good light breakfast, Highly recommended.

. The building is pretty and the room was spacious. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel's service. We chose this hotel based on the fact that it had a jacuzzi. When we arrived, we were told that the jaccuzi was out of order (we had not been warned beforehand otherwise we would have changed places) and in the face of this great disappointment which was close to our hearts, no commercial gesture granted ... so we felt very left behind.

This hotel is remarkably kept and it has kept all its promises of comfort, calm, taste for decoration. The room was indeed air conditioned as advertised. The welcome was very pleasant and the service excellent. The restoration was remarkable, the products came as much as possible from the region, the search for these products was virtuous. The table service was refined. We also appreciated that the hotel is nestled in a green setting. We felt that the price corresponded to the excellence of the services.

It is a pity that the swimming pool was not open at the start and that they did not tell us at check-in. The next afternoon, however, it was accessible. Delicious. Also have a meal nearby at De nature gourmande, a very nice living room restaurant.

Very nice hotel, well located near Amboise. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent meals. To recommend. Two small flats nevertheless but which will in no way prevent us from returning 1) there are no parasols at the swimming pool or a place in the shade which prevented us from fully enjoying this space (NB the parasols are deployed on the terrace for meals) 2) the restaurant staff is young and inexperienced. For example, during a breakfast, as we had said that we would prefer to eat outside, we expected that a table would be set up on the terrace for us. As this was not done and after some waiting, we had to "prick" cups and plates inside. Another detail, it happened that the empty glasses of the aperitif/zakouskis plate remained on the table until dessert. These are remarks which are not intended to blame anyone but which we hope will lead to an even better service.

Wonderful hotel but more of an Irish country house feel. ( This is so meant as a compliment) Warm welcoming, staff very engaged to ensure a welcoming but unobtrusive attention. Lovely- gardens, food fabulously comfortable bed. Will definitely be back.

But very very few choices on the menu limited to 2 choices for starter, main course and dessert - quality food - gastro quantity so for big eaters. .. Excellent breakfast! Soft-boiled egg Scrambled egg deli meats homemade squeezed orange juice... Etc. Delighted with our stay (1 night in a suite) xxxxl bed! Very good

The rooms are nice but the dinner in the restaurant could be better. The meat was not cooked as requested and the portions were quite small. Third week of September and the pool was already closed due to energy prices. A pity because it was still nice weather.

A niche hotel in the countryside not far from Amboise. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our bedroom, in the main house, was air conditioned so sleeping on hot summer nights was assured. The restaurant offers a good dining experience with attentive staff and fine food. The hotel is a good 15 minute drive from Amboise so has a captive audience for breakfast which is pricey at €17 and not really good value with such limited choices. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub offer a place to relax and refresh after a long journey or sightseeing along the Loire. The outside terrace and/or lounge are areas to enjoy an aperitif or coffee.

Wir hatten leider den Eindruck, dass man versucht etwas zu sehr auf (englisch) nobel zu machen. Etwas mehr Einfachheit und Lässigkeit würde dem Hotel gut stehen. Aber im großen und ganzen kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Den Pool haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr schön aus. Das Zimmer war sauber, wenn auch sehr klein. Das Frühstück gut.
Charming place with a very nice family room, But the services and details are not up to the prices charged: shower gels not replaced, towels not replaced, very expensive breakfast as well as meals with few alternatives and quantities served quite weak.

The Hôtel Le Fleuray is located in the middle of the countryside, and when the owners bought this old building (in 1991, I think?) to transform it, they must have looked a little ''crazy'': a successful bet , I liked everything about this hotel! The buildings and the environment have a crazy charm, you can walk around and rest everywhere, there are vegetable gardens and a pond, a calm and serene view of the fields, there is even a swimming pool to relax. The room, spacious, was nicely decorated with super comfortable bedding (Marguerite room as far as I'm concerned) and even if the bathroom is a little small and could be slightly refreshed, the whole is nonetheless very pleasant . The dinner, taken on the terrace, also pleased me a lot: first by the stated commitment to working with fresh and local products, then by the surprising and delicious flavors (smoked salmon tartare with citrus fruits and yuzu granita as a starter, followed by fillet of sea bream in a hazelnut crust, polenta, tarragon and grapefruit.To finish, royal chocolate entremet, with perhaps a little too much biscuit for my taste). Note that the service is impeccable and smiling! Breakfast the next day was plentiful, with plenty of choice, enough to get back on the road on the right foot. In a nutshell, I found this fabulous place and would love to go back if the opportunity arises!

This is a comfortable and relaxing hotel in a lovely quiet location with good facilities. We would just add a suggestion that the pool area should be provided with parasols, this would be essential in our view in hot weather. Also room servicing can be a little inconsistent ( items like water , toilet rolls missed regularly and on 1 day our garden room doors were left wide open all day after cleaning whilst we were out ! ). We would also urge visitors to ascertain exactly what the evening dinner menu is going to be in advance. This is because in our experience the version on the board is not always the same as offered to guests when seated, especially at times of staff shortages which did happen regularly on our stay.

Excellent location and hospitality. There is a lack of a small refrigerator in the rooms, which is particularly appreciated in times of high heat, as was the case during our stay. The price is a little high as well as that of the breakfast which is very complete but at 17€.
Zeer Ruime kamer en badkamer (garden room), comfortabel en complet. Verzorgd in proper, geen airco maar door gebruik van luiken bleef het voldoende koel (bij 35gr). Ontbijt eerder basic frans. Spijtig dat er geen tafels buiten gedekt werden hoewel het weer dat toeliet. Avondeten lekker en verzorgd , goede prijs/kwaliteit. Inriching hotel beetje oubollig . Goed zwembad. Super rustig verblijf!

We were in a room for four Adults 'Pensee' however the 2 single beds were in a disgraceful condition and should be immediately replaced (Try them for yourself ! )

Very nice hotel located in the middle of the countryside; the room and the view were beautiful; but we weren't charmed: staff a little stuffy, not related (it seemed to us) to the place (countryside); prices too expensive for the services offered: even if overall it was very good, the price is not justified (for example €35 for a breakfast which is nothing exceptional, it's a steal); and above all the quality of the dishes offered in the restaurant really needs to be reviewed: products used, recipes, no seasoning,... it's really not very good; it would be Ok if it wasn't expensive but then again, considering the prices charged, it's not suitable.
Hotel of exceptional charm, you feel resourceful after a night in such a relaxing environment. And what about the restaurant on site, excellent food, perfect service And the most, swimming pool and spa .... a pity that the latter only opens at 3 p.m. To recommend without hesitation
We spent two nights in a beautiful setting and perfectly received by the staff. Very nice hotel nicely decorated with taste. The restaurant menus are made up of very good quality local products. Everything was perfect except for the hard to find access, it's part of the charm of the holidays.
When you enter the Logis, you discover a place that promises a pleasant stay. But before accessing it, if we refer to the indications provided by the navigator, we have the impression of getting lost because the hotel is not well geolocated. It is lost in the countryside, far from the town indicated on the guide to lodgings. As we had chosen this address to visit the Chaumont sur Loire estate, we were misled by the indications on the Logis site. For this reason we do not recommend this site.
