Impossible d avoir une soirée étape si réservé avec logis,
Le dîner relativement cher pour une qualité moyenne 30€ une souris d agneau, et j ai dû réclamer ma carafe d eau et mon verre de vin limite servit la fin du repas .
Pour le petit déjeuner, même punition, très cher pour pas grand chose.
Je ne recommande absolument pas.
En ce qui concerne la chambre, je suis moyennement grand 1,86, pour accéder au WC c est très limité, devoir s assoir en diagonale, inutile de se faire une image !
Hotel agréablement bien situé au bord du lac.

De passage pour affaire, je n'ai pas eu de proposition pour une soirée étape, le restaurant ne propose pas de menu spécifique le soir. Dommage.

L’hôtel est correct la literie est perfectible.restaurant de qualité.
En revanche au moment du paiement,le prix du petit déjeuner était différent que celui du site logis (+2€) et on m’a refusé la formule soirée étape sous prétexte qu’il fallait passer en direct avec l’établissement.

The hand shower hose in the shower was broken
The wifi was very fiddly. It required the insertion of a long number as username, and another long number as password for each device. Each time one reopened a device one had to log in with the numbers again.

Quiet hotel & ideally located opposite Lake Nantua. The rooms are very clean but the beds and bathroom are a bit small. Friendly and attentive staff. Buffet breakfast copious and relatively varied, but lack of local products and a little less industrial for the price.
Hotel well positioned, facing the lake and parking available
We had a lovely room with a view over the lake. The accommodation was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast. Both were very good and well organised.
Hotel located in an excellent position, modern and current entrance, the classy French cuisine restaurant with an excellent view of the lake, ideal for seeing the sunset, kind staff ... non-tourist price, ... but decent value for money. The nice and functional rooms, recently renovated bathroom ... Sore point the breakfast, poor ... and with unsympathetic staff. Cost 11 euros per person ... to be avoided !!! And Wifi is not free ... but with a maximum of 15 minutes of use ...
The hotel is correct and clean well located facing the lake. The restaurant employees, the receptionists and the ladies and gentlemen of the rooms. Only downside at the time of our departure this morning the person present at the reception whose job it is obviously not made a remark to us about presenting our Logis loyalty card and paying with holiday vouchers: it did not suit him obviously not and she makes the remark to us with a disdainful air. She told me that she had fees on the loyalty card as well as on holiday vouchers. However, payment by credit card also generates costs. When you don't have the training of a receptionist but rather the profile of a cantankerous, embittered accountant, you don't allow yourself to make disparaging and inappropriate remarks about customers. I wish this lady a quick retirement to fully enjoy the rest of her life.
Very friendly welcome, a pity that the room is not bigger, but very correct, there is a lounge area for sitting down, a pity that there is not too much outdoor lounge. The set is very nice with a view of the lake and just the road to cross for a walk

Very good location by the lake. Parking behind the hotel very convenient. Very clean newly renovated room. Very comfortable bedding. It still lacks a courtesy tray with a kettle, tea, coffee... because there is no drinks machine in the hotel. Good experience in this hotel.

Evening stopover in a professional setting. Room size adapted to the need, spacious sanitary facilities and well equipped for depositing toiletries and make-up. Calme. in the hotel there is a corner to work with several people. Very good evening meal with seasonal produce. Breakfast provides: white bread, wholemeal bread, pastries, fruit, boiled egg. Perfect to start a good day. Parking behind the hotel.
Bedding is not worth the price. Not qualitative.

Overall disappointed. Wifi was not working, our hair dryer was overheating every 2 min so we couldn’t use it. In addition to this, at the restaurant the menu was very limited. Prices of food are not adequate at all, it is definitely over priced. Average price for a starter is €20 and for a main is €30. The most affordable set menu has only one choice which is not great at all.

With all the messages received following our reservation, we thought we would have a warm welcome when we arrived. It was a total disappointment: frozen reception with a minimum of words. Otherwise the rest was good, especially the restaurant staff, who were warmer.
Prima hotel; schoon; prima restaurant
Functional but charmless hotel
Hotel ideally located opposite Lake Nantua. Modern and comfortable room but we will forget the air conditioning, much too noisy for the night.
The staff in the restaurant room incompetent, despite three complaints including the head waiter we waited 3/4 hour for us to finally be brought a drink, for the dishes the same, in all 3 and a half hours for dinner. We weren't the only ones in the room even tables with kids.
Our stay went very well! Too bad we didn't stay long, but we plan to come back. The hotel is welcoming and warm, the garden area and the view facing the lake are just pleasant, a big big +++ for that.
the Hotel itself, good, room good, position excellent, restaurant very over priced for meal content and service, it took 1 hour 10 minutes for bread to delivered to our table, total time for dinner 2hours 30 minutes.
1st room very small for a 3*, moreover on the pediment traces of a 2* indication... but the price is that of a 2* so... 2nd no separation between the bedroom and the hallway door so... noises in the morning 3° unbearable noise, slept with the pillow over his head, air conditioning even off 4° no little extra in the room, kettle for example or shoe cleaner 5° no kettle for the breakfast, suddenly the tea has the smell of coffee... it's not hard to put a kettle and quality teas, especially organic! 6° no organic wine but verbena leaves 7° what a pity to serve a cream of blue cheese with a silver spoon which transmits its metallic taste to the product but adorable staff and incredibly delicious cuisine except for the mentioned downside
