En ce qui concerne cet hôtel, je n'ai pas d'autres compliments, c'est dommage que les propriétaires prennent leur retraite !

La patronne est très sympathique le personnel est à l'écoute. Le restaurant est a la hauteur de nos attentes avec des produits de qualité et régionaux. Cet hotel est en vente pour cause de retraite le nouveau propriétaire va devoir tenir le cap en apportant sa touche personnelle. Bonne retraite.

J'ai par contre un très gros grief envers Hôtel.com a qui j'ai fait la réservation le 19. Le 19 au soir,j'ai eu une confirmation et un N°de réservation. Le 20 au soir a notre arrivée à l'hôtel ,ils n'avaient aucune réservation à mon nom.Heureusement que l'hôtel n'était pas complet
A l'avenir,je ne ferai plus mes réservations par l’intermédiaire de Hôtet.com .

Madame / Monsieur,

désolé de ne pas avoir satisfait vos exigences
pour les croissants ,je reconnais nous avons changé de fournisseur et dès le stock fini nous reprendrons l'ancien
par contre le 4/4 est maison (pas Aldi )
qualité de la restauration vous noté 1 alors que vous n'avez pas mangé au restaurant
séjour en famille vous noté 2  vous étiez un couple
conseil , activités , visites NON vous n'avez peut être pas vu le classeur d'accueil dans la chambre où il vous est proposé de nombreuses choses à faire
