Gerne wieder für einen Kurzurlaub. Zimmer modern und gute Betten. Sehr große Dusche. Ruhig (waren zur Hofseite). Parkplatz vorhanden. Gute Lage zum See und auch zu den Lokalen für das Abendessen. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung im Hotel.

Veramente un bel albergo accogliente; ho chiesto un bollitore d'acqua con del caffé solubile in camera, nessun problema. Avevo la camera sulla strada, ma di notte non c'era tanto traffico. Magari in estate potrebbe disturbare. Mi sono sentita molto a mio agio in questa struttura. Inoltre avevo un problema con il mio cellulare e me l'hanno risolto in fretta. Trovo anche l'orario del check out (11.30) molto generoso, almeno si può fare con calma, non come in tanti altri hotel. Quello che non gradisco in Francia sono i locali doccia e toilette separati, ma ogni Nazione le sue abitudini, nessun problema.

The Hotel Les bains in Gerardmer gets a very good rating from us in all respects because it was really a very pleasant stay, the location of the hotel is perfect, it's just 300m to the lake, the staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean. We will be back definitely.

Charming hotel, a little older inside, but very comfortable, rooms and bathrooms renovated and modern, only point of criticism: not barrier-free (no elevator). Located in close proximity to the lake and the center. The staff was super nice and helped straight away with any problems. Very tasty breakfast.

We arrived much later than expected so called the hotel to notify them and ask them if that would be a problem. They kindly replied it was not a problem and sent us a text with the way to get in via the night entrance using a code etc. Perfect! Bigger room than expected; really comfortable bed, big lovely shower, everything was perfectly clean and proper breakfast in the morning with a lot of choice.

Hotel with a lot of charm. The decoration is neat. The exchanges at the reception are professional but a little cold, however the people who provide breakfast and cleaning are very pleasant. The hotel is very clean. The same is true for the rooms. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The negative point is that it lacks a ventilation system. The bedrooms and the bathroom are not equipped with VMC.

We love staying at Hotel des Bains this was our 4th visit and will return again. The hotel has a grandeur feel about it, offers great parking in centre of Gerardmer.
Good overall but a few things to improve. The shower controls are very finicky. You have to open the window at night to be able to sleep without clammy and the shelf above the bed is too low, we hit it several times. The good points, very good breakfast, helpful staff, pleasant room and the possibility of fully charging your electric car for only €10.
We will return with pleasure to this establishment if we have the opportunity to go back to Gerardmer! Very efficient and pleasant staff.

The hotel. Very large century in its architecture, renovated in a style that retains this soul with a monumental staircase that is surely classified. Pleasant and regularly stocked breakfast to avoid stagnant dishes! For me, I spent in this hotel, in a superb room decorated in keeping with the history of the place, huge and equipped with a sauna, a good time

Cramped private car park where it was impossible to park late in the evening, the vehicles (motorcycles) parked along the hedge preventing the parking maneuver. We were awakened at 6:30 in the morning by the noisy footsteps of the hosts on the stairs and the landings of the floors.

Hotel is centrally located in Gerardmer. From the hotel you can reach restaurants and bars on foot in a few minutes. Parking is free and there is enough. Super friendly staff. Renovated rooms are modern and practical. Unfortunately, you can hear in the rooms when someone goes up or down the stairs in the hotel (wooden stairs in the house), but that only bothered us on the first night. The breakfast is great for France.

Cozy hotel located a short 10-minute walk from the lake. Comfortable room. Very nice breakfast buffet with friendly staff regularly restocking it. Wide choice of foodstuffs which allows you to find what you are looking for. Very good coffee. Please note that there is no elevator or air conditioning in the room to my knowledge. Good bedding. Some rooms overlook the road with a bit of traffic at night. Without air conditioning and an open window, this is inconvenient. The hotel's private car park includes around fifteen spaces. However, many free locations available nearby. Several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Overall we are satisfied.

Really charming establishment, warm decoration, room not large but comfortable and good bedding. The only downside is the shower floor which was damaged (broken / detached tiles) and would need a refresh. I appreciated the outdoor access to the balcony from the bedroom. We were accommodated in the new wing of the hotel with pretty, tastefully furnished rooms. Good bedding, sufficient storage space, well-designed toilets (Italian shower) and hot water immediately (separate toilet which is also very good). The staff is smiling and affable.
