Le site est très douteux,il met le doute sur la réservation, j ai considéré ça comme une escroquerie, option soit disant gratuite et c est faux.pas très honnête comme procédé. L hôtel lui n y est pour rien,mais j étais en colère.
We were only able to take a quick shower, the water was barely lukewarm in the evening and the next morning the same.
I booked a room here for the sole reason that there was a restaurant on site. When I arrived I was informed that it was closed. It was a Friday. I was not offered to find something to eat in the (closed) kitchen, such as a frozen pizza, a sandwich, a bag of peanuts or anything to drink. I was not offered to take a taxi into town or have takeaway delivered. Very, very mediocre. At the price of €100 for a single room, the world expects better. Nice clean room with all the facilties you'd expect.
We were on a bike tour and previously stayed in two other Logis Hotels, both of which were awarded 3 stars. For us it is a mystery why the Hotel De France only has two stars. Compared to the other hotels, the room was not on the street. We had a relaxing and quiet night. The shower was handicapped accessible and not in a bathtub. The entire room was newly decorated and clean. The waste baskets were empty and there was nothing left in them from our predecessors. Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

Friendly place where it is good to be. Attentive staff, simple but excellent catering,. Rooms of very good comfort. I recommend without any hesitation
This establishment is very good value for money both in terms of accommodation and the quality of the meals. The welcome is warm and the grilled meats over a wood fire are a delight!
If I have to go back to this region I would take this hotel again, which is very quiet, ideal for resting, no noise in the evening and at night. It felt like being alone while other customers were there. The boss comes to see her customers to find out if we need anything. Easy access in the evening thanks to the digicode. We can enjoy our autonomy after 9 p.m. I recommand it.

After staying at this hotel for the first time 5 years ago, we didn't hesitate to come back because we had very good memories of it (Room 7). This time we stayed in room 8 and we found the same comfort there. The welcome is always warm and the staff pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this establishment.

We arrived after 2pm to check-in and discovered a note saying reception would be open at 5pm. We had no notice that this would be the case and were disappointed as we had driven from the ferry early that morning and were looking forward to having a rest before heading for dinner.
We then discovered their restaurant was closed that night so were directed to the nearest eatery.
In the morning we discovered no hot water in the bathroom but we're not informed until I went to reception. Whilst the receptionist gave sincere apologies and said that it was exceptional, it would have been courteous for to ring residents to let them know. The only offer of compensation was a free continental breakfast which we didn't have time to consider.
The tea tray only had 1 teabag and no milk, just as well neither of us wanted tea or coffee in our room.
