Hotel au calme.Chambre spacieuse.Bonne literie. Juste dommage qu on n'ait pas un choix de menu sur la soirée étape. Bon repas ,belle presentation des plats,,mais un peu léger .

Work was being carried out in the dining room. The hotel was close to a factory with pervading smell of melting plastic.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce charmant petit hôtel . Le restaurant ( repas du 2eme soir ) excellent , petit déjeuner plutôt satisfaisant ( je dirais qu'il manque juste une salade de fruit même si il y a des fruits à disposition ) .
L'espace aquatique est sympa .
Mais alors , le gros bémol pour nous , c'était le couchage ( chambre 101 ) , le matelas à ressors ou les ressorts sont plus qu'à la surface .
Accueil prévenu le lendemain de notre 1ere nuit et malheureusement rien à été fait pour nous . ( remplacer un matelas dans un hôtel dans la journée ne doit pas être bien compliqué)
Je peux vous l'assurer votre matelas est MORT .
Dommage car tout aurait été Parfait .

Reception reacted very delayed or not at all to defects, towels were not changed as we wanted Tempo box was only refilled after asking 3 times, as well as the soap dispenser, toilet seat had an unsightly conspicuous scratch, the toilet paper holder had to be repaired, the entrance code to the swimming pool didn't work or only From the umpteenth attempt, the veal from dinner was not as desired, it was completely cooked, the prices in the restaurant also do not correspond to the quality and finally we were billed for 6 breakfasts which we did not have and another expensive wine .

Well located, away in the countryside. Stay in a suite (new construction): comfortable bedding, spacious but no storage and the bathroom smells of humidity and the shower is not practical (you get wet everywhere), very nice and warm decor and in the theme of nature. Very good table. The terrace and bay window rails would benefit from cleaning. Decent breakfast. Good location for a stopover.
Very poor management of our reservation yet scheduled a month in advance. Poor coordination between teams. But nothing to say according to the people at the reception and at the start since we were upgraded... one night out of three so we settle in but we have to start again the next day without a precise timetable! But hey, we were upgraded.... The relationship with reception was very disappointing.

Vendredi soir beaucoup des enfants dans l'espace détente à jouer et crier donc pas trop détente. Pareil dans la chambre on entendait gueuler les parents dans les chambres proches.
Au restaurant un erreur de facture, on a dû faire corriger le note au départ de l'hôtel. En plus, ma copine a pris le menu mais à la fin ne voulait pas désert et n'a pris que de café, ceci a été facturé en plus du menu. Pas très commerçant du tout et un peu gâchis une expérience restaurant autrement très bien.

Everything went well. Just small details: floor of the dirty pool room (fly on the floor and on Saturday evening and Sunday morning, leaves also), ugly and dirty bathroom seals (seal at the bottom of the shower screen glass can be changed) , rickety faucet, no pressure in the shower. Suddenly, I find the price of the room expensive because of these details. But otherwise, great restaurant, impeccable breakfast, accessible gym, spa and steam room sauna as well, comfortable bed, quiet swimming pool. No noise at night. Have a nice relaxing weekend. Good welcome.
Good overall, too bad that we were able to fall asleep only very late at night because of very noisy customers (congresses) and woke up early in the morning for the same reasons.
Very nice suite with Nordic bath on the terrace. Lack of privacy in the bathroom open to the bedroom. The dressing area is a bit small when staying for several days. There is also no kettle in the room. After looking at the breakfast offer, we decided not to take it because for 15€ we found that local products were lacking.
Passing through for a weekend, we appreciated this quiet hotel, nestled in the heart of a green setting. Courteous, friendly and professional staff. Very clean room. Full breakfasts. Nice experience. Given the price, however, I was surprised at the lack of air conditioning and a courtesy tray in the room.

I am waiting for a return from the hotel concerning the invoicing, the receptionist could not do anything and tells me that she is going back to her management indeed, I booked a stopover evening on the site at 99 € (Reservation number: 12-2861-1849) and the invoice was made at €113 in principle an invoice is made on the amount announced and confirmed at the time of booking I expect the hotel to reimburse the difference
Particularly friendly hotel in an immediate calm and forest environment, unexpected in this suburb of Champagnole.
The first prize stopover evening is no longer what it was: room with a small bed, set menu (before we chose from the first menu). At breakfast the orange juice machine often broke down. No particular attention in the room while often elsewhere we have a bottle of water, or/AND a kettle with tea and coffee. Afterwards, the setting remains very pleasant, very calm and green, the swimming pool is a real plus and the quality of the plate very decent.
Luckily, we were upgraded, large modern room, beautiful terrace overlooking the forest with private Norwegian bath, which was a nice surprise..
