Je recommande cet hôtel. L'hôtel est propre. La literie est confortable. Ça fait plaisir de trouver des chambres familiales pour 5 personnes car ça manque énormément en France. Le spa vraiment agréable après avoir fait de la route. Le restaurant excellent. Je recommande cet hôtel tout était parfait.

Deux séjours dans cet hôtel très différents.
Le premier excellent, chambre spacieuse, propre et nourriture correcte.
Le deuxième beaucoup, chambre (2) avec une forte odeur de tabac, beaucoup plus exiguë et une nourriture moins qualitative.
Petit déjeuner toujours très bien en revanche.
Le rapport qualité/prix reste très correct.

Très bon Accueil et personnel au petit soin, mais très déçue du restaurant, plats froid, riz tellement sec qu’il était croustillant, pommes duchesse qui semblaient dater de la veille, chère pour la qualité. Les oreillers sont tout fin et dur pas hyper conforts mais le spa jacuzzi est top sinon.

Avis tres mitigé: nous faisons étape dans cet hotel depuis 3 ans et nous étions satisfaits mais cette année nous constatons une grosse baisse de prestation. L’hotel est vieillissant. Les volets roulants ne fonctionnent pas ou tres mal et nous avons dû nous accommoder d’une couverture pour calfeutrer la lumière, comme au camping. Pour le restaurant, décevant et bcp trop cher pour des courgettes et des pates à l’eau, un bout de poisson sans saveur et plein d’arêtes. Un doute sur la fraicheur du paris brest également. Le personnel bof, on ne sent pas de réel enthousiasme au service du client, à l’exception d’un jeune homme aux tresses, tres agréable qui remonte le niveau ! En revanche nous avons le droit a un geste de la part du responsable de salle pour les volets. Les petits déjeuners sont néanmoins tres bons et copieux mais hors de prix ! Literie confortable. C’est avec regret que nous ne reviendrons pas l’année prochaine.

For years I have been going to Logis (1 to 2 nights per week) because the value for money is good with high quality evening stops but for the first time I had a terrible meal. As a starter, a hard-boiled egg in a dried out sauce, as a main course, an inedible reconstituted paupiette and overcooked shells... In short, a meal unworthy of what I see in other Logis.
Good hotel in general, too bad that access to the spa is from the outside and that the restaurant service is very very long,
Good quality hotel, only the bed and the shower area could, in my opinion, be a little more plush given the standard desired by the hotel. However, at the price charged for evening stops and stays, combined with the services available, this remains a very good hotel. It might be desirable to start breakfast a little earlier for people who start their working day early.
The only problem was they haven' y elevator.
The welcome, the team, and the hotel are good, the jacuzzi area is great. The big negative point is the catering. Just on the child's meal the pasta is dry, without oil, without taste, the chicken is completely dry and impossible to eat. Really a shame because the service, welcome and everything else are really good.

We found the decoration of the hotel in poor taste. In our room the orange walls were not relaxing. The lights on the stairs leading to the upper floors were more appropriate for a funfair than for a hotel. To access the rooms, you had to go through a “fitness room” full of machines of all kinds and very ugly. We enjoyed our dinner but the background music was inappropriate and too loud, making conversation difficult. Breakfast was OK but we regretted the lack of a choice of sugar-free cereals.

A first room on the 2nd floor (impossible for my husband) changed for one on the 1st in which there was a pestilential smell of sewer. Changed one last time for one in the DRC, good but a little small. The equipment is adequate but the price is a bit high for such a small room. The meal at €25 decent, nothing more.

As always an excellent welcome and stay at this family run hotel. It was super hot (33 degrees) when I arrived and couldn’t get the air con to work… took a little fixing but all ok once up and running. Food is always to die for, close to autoroute and dogs welcome. Would highly recommend if you have not visited yet!
I don’t know why I had to be rung twice to confirm I was going to arrive. Bathroom smelt of drains and space between toilet and shower door was hilariously small! The English themed room was awful.

If I was generally satisfied with the hotel, it is thanks to the restaurant which presents well and whose dishes are tasty. It should also be noted that the staff, whether in the hotel or the restaurant, is very welcoming, friendly, smiling and dynamic. What catches me is the room in which it was difficult to sleep awake as it was noisy. Imagine a bus stopped with the engine running all night, this is the feeling because of the ventilation motors located in this room entirely under the slope and totally asymmetrical in which there is no room to walk around (we bangs everywhere, my tibia testifies to it). I had the feeling of having been housed in a room that was not originally made for sleeping. I think it's bad luck as the other rooms looked much nicer. Damage.
Dark and sad room, the small window looked like a loophole. The VMC is very noisy. The shower floor is very slippery (dangerous) I pass over the degraded toilet seat. Disappointing.

The room is small but comfortable. A very large bed with good bedding ... but the "bathroom" with WC inside is TINY. positive point: everything is new, very clean with fun little lights.
Value for money is not there at all. Very dated room and not nickel clean but used bath towels. We chose a meal at 33 euros but not worth it. Change of badly washed glasses we keep the same cutlery between the starter and the main course, napkin sir wine stained. Only the white wine and the breakfast are to be remembered. The Fasthotel next door left us with very good memories on the way out of our trip.
Cramped room, not air-conditioned and yet expensive when you don't use access to the Spa. Restaurant menu has become too expensive. We are disappointed with the evolution of prices since we have been frequenting this hotel. . The breakfast is plentiful, even if a little too much to the detriment of the budget.

Buscabamos algo para descansar de camino de vuelta a casa y sin duda acertamos de pleno. Pequeño hotel muy tranquilo, bien cuidado y con zona de SPA, gimnasio y hasta puedes hacerte un buen masaje. The comida muy buena y tiene un montón de referencias de vinos. El personal atento, hablan Inglés y Francés, pero se hacen hear well. Very recommendable. Sólo un pero: con lo que vale el desayuno, quizás un poco justo. Y no pueden acabarse los Croissants y decir que se acabó lo que se daba. Habitaciones: Habitación espaciosa, with a huge bedroom and as a species of entrance with a sofá-cama. Comida y bebida: La cena espectacular, de buena calidad y generosa cantidad. El vino de la cena muy bueno, dejándonos aconsejar por el camarero. Sin embargo el desayuno más flojo pero acceptable

Our stay here was diminished by the food poisoning my wife suffered. We have travelled extensively during our Spanish and French trip and this was the only time we ate different dishes. A lot of produce was left on display and the place was plagued by flies. One to avoid.

The advantages are the proximity to the highway, and the calm. For those who have time, there is the wellness area, but by reservation with times that cannot be guaranteed when traveling and depends on traffic. But I'm sure it must be very nice. The room was ok, the bed comfortable. The correct restaurant, the variable staff (I always wonder about the need to specify, at the initial order of the menu, the choice of the scoop of ice cream that we will take for dessert "to avoid waiting" as we are told 'said...).

Wonderful hotel! We were traveling with two small children (under 1 year and 2 years old) and the family room was perfect. There was even a little playground on the property adjacent to the restaurant which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!

A bit run down, much too expensive for that! Room facing the street very noisy! Bad, kidding, not even a person can move in it... that's not how you should start your vacation... and it shouldn't end either.
Very expensive for the service. The bedding is soft and noisy. The gym in a hallway ... A coffee maker in the room but no capsule, broken bathroom trash. WiFi not tested. Only the breakfast is excellent but for 15 euros it can!! Accustomed to accommodation in ibis hotels, they are by far much better in terms of quality and price.
The only downside is the size of the bedroom and the bathroom. On a motorcycle, we have a lot of business to expand....

The double bed in the family room (1st floor) needs to be changed. It is sagging in the center. Difficult to sleep well at 2. Mixed on the restaurant which is a bit expensive for what is offered and the room resounds.
The restaurant is no better than a Flunch. Supposedly homemade food, which looks like Metro quality.

Very pleasant hotel, thanks in particular to the access to the Spa included in the price of the room. The covered Spa (balneo / sauna / steam room) is located at the back of the restaurant and easily accessible. The restaurant is of high quality, local products and an impressive wine list. Very pleasant setting The breakfast was very good, very good quality products (bread, jam, local products) Small gym near the rooms A flat for the room which was very small and quite badly soundproofed. But that did not prevent me from having a pleasant stay. To be redone!
We booked for a romantic getaway, the 1 hour duo back treatment was just perfect, the beauticians were very professional and very pleasant with us, we also had dinner on site, we had local menus, everything was very well cooked. simple and efficient house, very friendly waiters the only downside might be the room, although the bedding is comfortable, the decor is still quite dated and it is difficult to move around in the room (very small for 92 €!) night quiet and clean room

This is the second time that we have taken a break in this establishment, if the opportunity arises we would do it again without problem. Too bad, the menu card had not changed, and a bath in the room, the shower is more functional for us.

Good hotel, disappointing restaurant Good location in central France, good for a stopover on long journeys across the country. Excellent room for three people in the family, comfortable beds, quiet... Lots of parking spaces. We enjoyed the shaded outdoor terrace, perfect for a refreshing drink after a long journey on a hot day. Disliked · While the hotel itself was fine, the restaurant was extremely disappointing. We had eaten here before in May, just two months before and it was good. This time the food was low quality, the service was bad - and it was overpriced, especially for the quality. I was assured there would be catering for vegetarians but that only consisted of two different salads. Maybe the timing wasn't the best (late July/early August, holiday change), but it could have been improved with a better chef and more servers. I'm afraid we no longer use this restaurant.

I am British but have travelled extensively in France. Probably like many people, I have often selected a hotel on line to fit in with travel plans. As such, the initial decision is based on a range of factors - location, facilities, price etc. - from a review of various websites. I am pleased to be able to say that my choice on this occasion was everything that I hoped for and more besides.
A persistent smell in the room and known by the hotel for a long time made this stay unpleasant. The surprise is to know that the hotel knows this, certainly has done some work, but does not inform the person who takes the room and does not make a difference in price with another room! Do not take room 9!!!!
This establishment is a great discovery for a relaxing and gourmet stopover! A real pleasure for the mind and the taste buds! How not to be tempted by a good massage (performed with great professionalism) in this environment of relaxation and total letting go thanks to the beautiful SPA / jacuzzi area. All the staff are very pleasant, attentive and the food is excellent!!! What happiness … we will come back with pleasure. Thank you all

Spa facilities are excellent. Good gym too. Our room was very nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was also very good and the decor looked fairly new. The service in the restaurant was poor with young inexperienced personel. The hotel had a habit of keeping calling me on my mobile phone, once in the spa and more than once while on a long drive from Carcassonne. It is illegal to take calls while driving but the receptionist was still rude when we arrived. Nowhere on the Booking.com website does it state I have to inform this hotel of my arrival time. It just shows the hours the reception will accept arrivals, the earliest to the latest. If they want exact times they need to change their details on Booking.com. It's such a shame because this hotel is generally good but the staff need more training and 15€ for breakfast is way too high compared to other hotels we've stayed at.
