Nous souhaitions terminer la visite de Carcassonne un peu à l'écart par une étape paisible et gastronomique à proximité, las, c'était le jour de fermeture de l'hôtel et du restaurant. Bien sûr chacun a droit à son temps de repos, mais je regrette que cette information ne nous ait été donnée que la veille, car nous choisissons un LOGIS autant et même d'abord pour la qualité de sa restauration... Nous regrettons d'autant plus que pour ce jeudi de Pâques, tous les restaurants de Lagrasse étaient fermés: nous avons dû nous contenter d'une pizzéria...

A pleasure as always to return to the Hostellerie des Corbières (this is the 3rd time) in the magnificent village of Lagrasse. Pleasure of interacting with the owners, pleasure of tasting the delicious dishes of the hotel restaurant. An essential address.
Very pleasant hotels, with a TOP welcome from the owner (both VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY friendly), and an excellent restaurant with dishes cooked at THE TOP by her husband! Plus a very pleasant terrace for the restaurant (we dined on the terrace on September 30 because it was VERY hot this weekend!) Very well placed in Lagrasse for visiting the village 2 "small" downsides: room a little small and without TV (but with a very nice little terrace), and no parking, the nearest parking lot is 100m away on foot
Excellent stay and perfect kitchen
Great stay the only a little bit negative is the temperature in the room and maybe a little bit of decoration in the room. For the rest lovely place to stay and very God hosts.
Great welcome. We would like to congratulate Alexandra and her husband. What a brave couple. We had dinner at the restaurant. What more can I say except that the cuisine is worthy of a starred restaurant. Alexandra takes the time despite her work to chat with her clients. A big thank-you. Don't change anything, you're great.
Excellent hotel well located, very clean, comfortable, spacious room. The welcome is very warm and the staff attentive. The restaurant's service is careful, efficient and gives good advice. Original, fine and good quality dishes. A very good address !
It is a hotel where you feel at home. The restoration is the best in the area, highly recommended. It has maintained a higher level of quality and creativity since I first visited many years ago. The hotel is comfortable; some areas could use updating a bit. In summary: a good hotel with an unbeatable restoration.

Very nice place for a relaxing experience. Excellent dinner, and careful hospitality
No air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that we can't leave running because it's too noisy!!! For a region where the summers are very hot (we had 39° degrees in mid June) this is intolerable. No television. No proper wifi connection. No hair dryer... No buffet formula for breakfast and no salty food! For the price (118 euros, for non-member), it is unacceptable. The rooms in much less expensive hotel categories have air conditioning and TV and some even have a hair dryer (the campanile where we stayed the night before offered us all these services for 71 euros!!!
The second night the room wasn't cleaned as it should have been, garbage not removed, Done in a hurry and it was very disappointing. The food was first class even so the restaurant was closed for dinner on our second day there. La Grasse is a lovely place to visit and the breakfasts on the terrasse and the dinner were lovely. Thank you.
