Hôtel calme, très bonne cuisine
Chambre un peu vieillissante (malgré le rafraichissement de certains papiers peints) et chauffage électrique qui a été difficile à remettre en amrche après avoir simplement voulu baisser la température.
A part ça, l'accueil est toujours cordial, le lieu est vraiment agréable et l'hôtel est calme.
Bon point également pour le parking au pied de l'hôtel.
Côté cuisine, le restaurant propose en soirée étape une carte dont devrait s'inspirer d'autres établissements. Choix, qualité des plats, présentation des assiettes : plaisir des yeux et du palais.
Dans cette gamme de tarif, Le Moulin des Forges est une très bonne adresse.

Very nice place, well maintained and well managed.
Good hotel in a quiet location
I was disappointed with the hotel. The bathroom was really to be desired. Hygiene needs to be reviewed. Lots of hair on the sink and on the wall. The shower drain is not clean. Result: no evacuation/flooding.
Everything was great, the location, the building, the staff, the kitchen, the cleanliness. Only the room was very, very small, no closet or shelf. The toilet too. We would be happy to come back, but only if there is a larger room.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant and meals make Le Moulin des Forges at Saint Omer en Chaussee one of my favourite Logis.

This great advantage of this hotel is its restaurant. The food is outstanding. Everything is beautifully prepared and delicious and servings are generous..
Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing and the rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was incredible, I highly recommend the Duck Main.
I would definitely staff here again and recommend it to anyone passing through or flying from Beauvais Tillé airport as it’s only 15mins drive.

Disappointed by the lack of soundproofing of the rooms and the quality of the bedding. The dinner was average and the dishes lacked flavor. At breakfast the choice was very limited. We chose this establishment because of its excellent reviews on the internet. We probably fell on a "day without"...
Very relaxing as a stopover. Very nice and quiet location, friendly staff, clean, large 3-bed room. The only small minus point: the shower water did not drain sufficiently in the floor shower. The restaurant is definitely recommended. We had the pork medallion on the menu, which tasted excellent.
We were passing through Belgium and booked this simple hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money. We also took advantage of the restaurant which deserves more than a warm recommendation! The menus are authentic and particularly liked by us.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and has fantastic food in the restaurant. We ate outside overlooking the water. The rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds. An altogether great stay.

The hotel is nicely located & away from noise. The property is in good condition & the owners take great pride in ensuring that it is well maintained & clean. I arrived by motorcycle & was offered covered parking in a storage building overnight as a courtesy that I was very appreciative of. Little English is spoken, but we managed to communicate fine. This is part of the charm of the hotel, it is a genuine experience of France! Weddings & special occasions are obviously an important part of their business & this is reflected in the layout & decor. This makes it a little quirky as a regular hotel, but none the worse for it. I did not see that there were many amenities nearby, but the hotel is well appointed & the highlight for me was the restaurant. The food is exceptional & there is a good selection of wines available. The pricing is not cheap, but for the high quality it is reasonable value. I will certainly return next time I am in the area.

I felt really welcomed, with caring attention to my vegan diet (Vegan). I appreciated the Chef's creativity in proposing new dishes each evening based on the vegetables of the day. In addition, I discovered with joy that I could even order gluten-free bread for my breakfast in advance: the assurance of being well for the day. THANKS

The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. Our only issue was the Logis website said the restaurant was open Sunday evening and it wasn’t but the hotel receptionist was kind enough to email us in advance so that we were aware. The listing could do with updating.
Old hotel. The insulation of the ceilings being non-existent, the ceilings creak at the slightest movements of the occupants of the rooms above. It is unfortunate to have such a pretty place that is not highlighted. Outdated and dirty outdoor furniture (green moss). There is still a lot of work to make it a beautiful place in the middle of nature.

Chambers lousy! Closet in the bathroom, wedged against the toilet. Very small room, beds too short. Stains on the wall at the height of the bedside….

the webside promised all kind of nice things, none of them came true/ there was nobody in the hotel duting the night, we were the only persons. kitchen was already closed when we arrived (18.00 hr) no sercvice at all. room in the second floor without elevator.
