From the evening of our arrival the reception was very cold by the receptionist who turned her handwritten notebook over and over again, supposedly that we had no reservation. The restaurant is closed due to reception and the car park inaccessible, forced to park in a side of the road more than 150m away. The night was disturbed by noises and incessant shouting on the terrace until 4am without the staff present doing anything. The next morning the receptionist was particularly unpleasant when we reported these facts to her, even violently shouting at us “it's not my fault, we have to work!”.
