Always pleasant welcome throughout the week. Very good bedding (not over-cleaned and rough as often in hotels), fairly natural heating (so no dry air as is too often in hotels). Small problem, the insulation a little too tight.

We were generally satisfied with our stay. One note, however, on the equipment of the room, which is very spacious: there was only one chair even though the room is for 2!!!! it would have been much nicer to have a coffee each sitting on a seat! I found this to be a major flaw in the layout. Kind regards

The room was very well equipped and clean. Only the shower wasn't that good. The hot/warm water jet was very small and adjusting the temperature was difficult. We really liked the breakfast and the location is also central. We were able to park the car right in front of the door for a fee. The service was very friendly and helpful.
Well located hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious, it's a bit noisy on the street side. The restaurant serves high quality cuisine, the bar is superb and the staff are very pleasant.
I no longer go anywhere else when I go to Cambrai! Family box, friendly welcome, right in the center, an excellent restaurant on site. The ideal hotel for a stopover evening.

We had an excellent time in this restaurant "Le Carré", very good cuisine with portions allowing you to fully enjoy the quality and preparation of the dishes. We recommend it to all those who like to enjoy something other than "gastro" cuisine with nothing on the plate.
We had a problem while we were at the hotel. The staff were superb when helping us to sort things out. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Unfortunately only hot water came out of the tap, no cold. This is the first time this has happened though, we have stayed here on a number of occasions.
Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Some signs of minor wear and tear. Food was excellent in the restaurant and including the bar area had a warm and cosy feel.

The room is well appointed and the bathroom decent. My complaint is that the radiator was cold, the heating was not turned on during my entire stay. We were in mid-February with rain outside, I would have liked to find a heated room. Otherwise, the welcome is pleasant, the staff very kind and considerate.

Very central, sufficient paid parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. Super spacious hotel room! Room is heated with air conditioning. There is no socket in the bathroom for your own electrical devices. At breakfast I miss scrambled eggs, or at least being offered breakfast eggs or fried eggs with bacon, for example, or a warm porridge with fruit.

Decoration from another century! (maybe even 2). Sewer smell in the bathroom. Bathroom tiling = ice rink Horrible decoration! Orange carpet, purple wall, nothing is right! Nothing is connected!! Decoration of odds and ends. woke up at 3:30 a.m. not the flush of the sanibroyeur in the room above which fills up every 15 minutes because of a leak in the flush! Not to mention the soundproofing of the wooden floor, I could have talked to my neighbor upstairs. Breakfast at 10 € ridiculous!! ! 3 mini croissants and pain au chocolat in a basket on the buffet, no salty at all!!! , no eggs, .yet there was the device to heat them, no cheese. I do not understand the 3 stars of this establishment and the opinions on the various websites!! Unacceptable at this rate!!!! Catastrophic value for money. No one ever asked me if everything had gone well. Never again!
