View the hotel's answerRendez-vous important dans Rennes le samedi matin. Attente devant une porte fermée qui donne accès à la salle de petit-déjeuné. Mon badge étant resté dans la chambre avec mon épouse qui est resté au lit. 8h toujours pas d'accès je sors de l'hôtel par la petite porte avec le bouton de sortie pour accéder par l'entrée principale de l'hôtel. Celle-ci est également fermée et personne à l'accueil et dans de la salle de restauration. Quand je vois une personne, je tape gentiment sur la vitre. Cette personne vient me chercher et me reproche immédiatement d'avoir frappé à la vitre alors que je ne lui ai fais aucun reproche. Je voulais juste accéder rapidement au petit-déjeuné que j'ai pris en 10 minutes. J'avais prévenu la veille ... Je n'ai même pas pu m'expliquer. Comment peut on en arriver là ? Tout était prêt. Aucun autre voyageur. Pourquoi un tel stress et pourquoi ne pas ouvrir la porte intérieure d'accès à la salle en guise de bienvenue. Franchement c'est d'une tristesse. Continuer comme ça, ou alors en espérant que cela serve d'expérience. C'est le but de mon message. Ce qui est sûr c'est que vous ne me reverrez jamais plus dans votre hôtel quand bien même si cela vous est égale.

Très déçu et surpris de la qualité de prestation de cet hôtel Logis. Je ne me suis pas senti considéré et écouté vis à vis de l’hygiène sur un séjour de 4 nuits. Poils, poussières, crasse, taches. C’est dommage j’avais une bonne image du groupe Logis.

Small downside on sound insulation of the walls.
The geographical location is good but apart from this element, I find the nightly rate excessive.
Very good bedding and pleasant staff but room partition not very soundproof which spoils sleep (regular noise of something which sounds like a hot water tank resistor starting up (??) every x minutes (15 or 30 ..), neighbor's alarm ringing... A tube of hand gel in the sink and also in the shower but empty box for shampoo. A folded terry towel in the shower tray.

The welcome is really friendly. Valérie is always smiling and friendly with customers. On the other hand, it would be good to repair the bedside lamps. I had 2 close stays, in one of the rooms there was only one working lamp. In the other none of the two worked. The cup was missing from the bathroom.
My friends were satisfied for a short night in your hotel and recommended it for the quality of the service as well as its attractive price for one night
We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The room was very functional and clean. Special mention to the courtesy tray which is really a plus. The people at reception were very attentive and very pleasant. We recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we stay in Rennes.
Clean, quiet hotel. Good welcome
very good bedding, we just feel that the years are there, worn shower wall seals. I also had a problem with the shower drain which does not flow well into the siphon so the water level rises with the risk of overflowing quickly.
Wi-Fi connection, you have to fill out the questionnaire, to receive advertising, pathetic. Breakfast, overcooked pastries, pancakes too thick, doughy flan too thick, low-end cold cuts. Identified apple juice, grapefruit and orange juice and also too bitter for me. Too expensive for what it is.
On arrival, friendly and helpful staff. At breakfast and departure the next morning, the reception person (also present in the breakfast room) did not speak to us, not even a hello or goodbye. We left the room key without an exchange of glances.

Very good welcome, nothing to say. Incomplete bathroom linen replacement, no more small bottles of water (30°C in the room). Cleaning the floor, forgetting the corners. Incessant door slamming. Have the bellboys adjusted or changed.
When you've traveled 8 hours, you arrive in the early evening, you think you'll relax by putting your feet under the table and you read on the front door "restaurant closed for holidays", you have the balls. And in addition when you are sent to a disgusting fast food, you tell yourself that the customer service is really not up to par. The least we could have done was to notify the booking site that the restaurant was closed, out of respect for the customer. Otherwise the hotel and the rooms are very clean.
It is a good place to spend the night on your way or to stay close to Rennes with good value for money.
Hotel au calme, literie confortable. Nous avons bien dormi. Cependant le ménage laisse à désirer. Pour 12,50€ un effort est à faire sur la qualité de la charcuterie proposée au petit-déjeuner, il manquait des œufs.

A very good welcome with available staff. The bedding is very comfortable (mattress and pillows). Very clean hotel.
Very dilapidated accommodation, I had to have a double bed room, I find myself with two twin beds pushed together. The carpet is dirty, stained towels, yellow pillows.
For a Logis de France very disappointing because for a stopover at 105 € menu offered as a starter industrial raw vegetables and as a main course green beans salad with turkey I regularly go to the Logis de France this is the first time I have come across an establishment also disappointing does not deserve these three stars possibility of sending you photos of my meal 😡

Good hotel. Small flat on the very old and pilled extra blanket, and toilet door not clean in terms of cleanliness (and yes, sitting on the toilet, slight yellowish drips are visible). Nothing serious in itself. On the other hand, restaurant really not worthy of a hotel: monastic atmosphere, music turned on late and which stops every 30 seconds, the meal more than "blah", industrial pepper sauce which stung, fish gratin probably made with mashed muslin, salad 1st price bag, ridiculously small dessert (chocolate mousse), few dessert choices, more than limited fresh fruit, white wine 4€ for really few cl. Honestly, MC Do would have been better. hotel, I recommend but the restaurant especially not friends in the morning, very over breakfast, they had warned me to avoid eating there in the evening because they had read negative reviews, they preferred to eat elsewhere the evening. I wanted to test not wanting to take the car that night. I was hoping for a comfort meal following my training day, so I ate as quickly as possible.

Hotel that does not look "hidden" in the middle of a commercial area. Behind the fairly simple facade of the building, the reception is at the appointment, I had been informed of the access conditions after the closing of the reception. Very clean room and comfortable bedding. Due to its location there is no traffic noise when you open the windows which is nice.
Manque un peu de propreté, tout particulièrement dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner moyen, café à l'ancienne à filtre , café assez mauvais quand on est habitué au Nespresso . Mais point positif, machine à presser les oranges. Personnel vraiment très gentil.

we had chosen this hotel for its location and its restaurant, which was unfortunately not open in August. There was a pipe smell in the shower. With this heat we opened the window but unfortunately we suffered the smell of cigarettes coming from the terrace. So I could come back but not in August and I would ask for a room that does not overlook the terrace.

We are disappointed with this establishment. Arrived on Saturday June 18 we had a room where we had more than 40 egres inside with no air conditioning or ventilation. We had asked for a fan which we were refused. It is inadmissible to rent a room with a high temperature. I do not recommend this establishment....
