L’accueil le 1 er jour par une dame très aimable mais alors le lendemain matin un homme extrêmement impolie…
Le 3 étage pas top top pour les enfants avec des bagages. Et les radiateurs en fontes qui font du bruit tte la nuit aussi .. mais alors au 3 eme étage les plafond sont extrêmement bas ?? On tape la tête à chaque fois … ensuite clim dans une chambre et ventilo dans l’autre donc dilemme entre bruit ou chaleur 😥
In het restaurant liep een grote hond rond een husky dat kan gewoon niet ,en misschien goed bedoeld we zaten nog niet neer en we werden al aangesproken wat we wilden drinken , en de menukaart werd direct onder onze neus geduwd en eens de drank op de tafel moesten we al weten wat we gingen eten , en er werd alleen maar Frans gesproken ik denk dat het verantwoord is in een restaurant dat er teminste ook Engels gesproken word.

Doch das Booking.com angepriesenene Frühstücksbuffet war gelinde gesagt, nichts wert?? Ein kleiner Brie, etwas Marmelade, es gibt ja auch so wenig Käse in Frankreich!!! Kein Wurstteller, kein Rührei, kein gebratener Speck usw

Uncleanliness, terrace unkempt, food mediocre, no bread at the table, breakfast poor, the ladies were very friendly, the boss less so, error in the bill that was only corrected after some effort!
The old womam in the front was very unkind on
check in.As she didn't give me a city map nor Wifi code, I asked them to her.Then she glared at me without any explanation. The room was of very poor quality in the Annex, in spite of not a few vacant rooms on that night. I requested the change of rooms.
At breakfast time, a very big bog with long fluffy hairs of a male staff was wandering about in the dining room and stretching its neck to each tables.It was a dirty act and could be harmful to dog-allergetic peaple.
But the male staff left the dog to do as it liked.
Breakfast was so plain and poor , regardless of the normal price. No hams nor bacons, just bread and a few dry fruits, sliced pineapple. That's all.The only protein food , eggs were raw,not boiled.
This was the worst hotel I had experienced in my life

Very happy to have chosen this hotel for a stopover, too bad there was the problem of the bathroom and toilet door which did not close! Not pleasant at all. And yet the hotel was aware of this problem... Few TV channels were accessible.

Small but refurbished room, Good comfort. Very good dinner with slightly overcooked sweetbreads, but very good restaurant Simple breakfast, a bit old fashioned which isn't bad. Annoyance of the big dog rubbing between the tables, the boss who doesn't react when it gets in the way (two ladies in this case). And on the terrace the cat places its paws and hindquarters on the tables prepared for dinner.

The hotel consists of a new and an old part. The newer part may be fine and appropriate. The old house has rooms on the third floor that no longer meet expectations. Smell of mold especially in the bathroom, heat under the roof, also traces of mold in the stairwell.
A room on the 3rd floor, very difficult stairs to climb and no elevator. We notice that a footboard was broken. We are installed in another room (upgraded by the receptionist). Then back to the first room after the manager came to fix the foot. We realize that the two legs have been changed and the bed is lower at the level of the feet. Traces of mold in the bedroom and bathroom. A hole in the bathroom wall. The manager not very pleasant with his customers and his staff.

Small cozy hotel, very friendly, unpretentious, with a pretty garden where you can have breakfast and dine on summer evenings. Very good value for money. Friendly staff! This is the third time we have stayed there. And we will come back to it.
Superb hotel we came with my mom and my son, the welcome is warm, we enjoyed ourselves at the hotel restaurant with Aska 🤣 for the great happiness of our son. The room was nice and clean, perfect for our stopover.

Clean and renovated room. On the other hand, in the "historic" building, the staircase and above all the access corridor to the rooms need a major overhaul. The meal taken under the trees is good value for money. The team is nice.

This is the second time that we have spent a night in the Hôtel des Capucins, ideally located near the motorway and featuring a good restaurant for dinner during our stopover.

Liked · Hotel close to all services while being quiet in this charming little town where the welcome of shopkeepers is perfect. Breakfast taken in town 5 minutes walk: very good and economical. The room is equipped with a kettle and also air conditioning. The hotel is well worth its * * *! Disliked · Staff seemed overwhelmed.

An excellent evening stopover
Dinner was a good meal, but my request for a wheelchair accessible room had not been actioned and the allocated room had to be changed on arrival.
Accommodation meets our expectations. Spacious room, especially with the French bulldog, functional bathroom. Plus, parking for the side car, the ground floor room, the very good restaurant. Only small downside, a linen under the bed rolled up in a ball... Too bad, but that does not change the whole of the very positive evaluation.

The rooms on the 3rd floor, without lift, (303 for ours) are a priori well below "Logis" quality: dirty and smelly carpet, noise from the radiator. Unfortunately very disappointing.
We were satisfied with our stay at this establishment, which was a pleasant stopover on our way to the Côte d'Azur. Hotel easily accessible from the A6 motorway. The restaurant serves a quality menu and the breakfast buffet is also very decent. Air conditioning facilities are a bit noisy but turned off during the night.

There is no lift and you have to go up a spiral staircase with your suitcases: this should be reported as an architectural barrier when booking. A wardrobe is missing and the solution adopted for shelves for clothes should not be made of fabric which is unsanitary. Friday dinner was very good, Sunday dinner was less good.
Very good welcome, spacious, comfortable and clean room. The only downside was the noise from the busy road and the impossibility of closing the windows due to the lack of air conditioning.
Hotel well located, quiet, top bedroom, nickel bathroom, perhaps lacks a handrail in the shower, all opening onto a very pleasant terrace and although it is close to the kitchens, we did not we did not feel any inconvenience.

We spent two night at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for the good value for money, the quality of the services, the welcome, the quality of the dishes in the restaurant and the breakfast. Free parking, spacious family room with a double bed (albeit narrow 1.50m wide) and 2 separate single beds. Air conditioning in the room. Spacious bathroom with bath only, no separate shower. Beds hard or firm. Beautiful garden with terrace. Breakfast at 11 euros was a bit scanty.

No elevator and very narrow spiral staircase to climb with luggage, they advertise air conditioning and not all rooms have it. They charged us a supplement of €10 to change to a room with air conditioning.

Friendly welcome with ease of installation, possibility of parking the motorcycle in a closed car park. The room was well appointed and large enough with quality bedding. the hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable / the breakfast is correct, fresh pastries and a choice, however being gluten intolerant (and having warned the reception) no gluten free bread, just soft rice cakes so expired! As for dinner, the problems still related to gluten: snails with wheat croutons decoration, and of course no gluten-free bread... for the final note, a dish was charged to us when it was part of the menu. Following my complaint of last 04/07, I still have not had an answer, the unfriendly receptionist and probably indifferent to this "gluten-free" problem decided to ignore us completely

Satisfied with all the services offered
We had asked for two French beds, but were given a room with one double and two singles. There is a damp smell in the corridor and in the rooms. The furniture is peeling. The shower hose is leaking in the bathtub. The pillows on the beds are so thin that it's like not having them. Dear the lady present at breakfast, the same cannot be said of those who welcomed us. She even rolled her eyes, because right after we told her we wouldn't be eating breakfast, we changed our minds. Overall I don't recommend it for more than one night
